Description
The present invention relates to a mechanism for reducing vertical vibration for a beam as a structural frame of a building or various structures, particularly a large span beam.
これに対処するための従来技術としてはTMD(Tunned mass damper)がある。
In the building beams and floors, there may be vibration disturbances that cause residents to feel uncomfortable due to lack of rigidity or resonance with disturbance vibrations.
As a conventional technique for dealing with this, there is TMD (Tunned mass damper). For example, as disclosed in
When a conventional general TMD as shown in
Although it is intended to reduce vibrations, it is basically not preferable to add too much mass to the beam or floor because the stress increases. The larger the TMD, the larger the weight and the installation position and the installation space. Since the restrictions also increase, it is usually realistic to limit the added mass to about 500 kg to 1 ton, and therefore there is a limit to the vibration reduction effect.
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide an effective and appropriate mechanism capable of obtaining an excellent vibration reduction effect without requiring a large additional mass as in the case of a conventional general TMD.
The present invention is a mechanism for suppressing vibration in the vertical direction of the beam, which is assembled to the beam to be suppressed in vibration, and is installed in the middle portion in the longitudinal direction of the beam. A rotary inertia mass tamper that is actuated by the vibration of the beam, and is stretched so as to form a downwardly bent line at the side of the beam, and both ends are connected to the upper part of the beam at the end of the beam, respectively. And an intermediate part connected to the rotary inertia mass damper, an oblique member for transmitting bending deformation of the beam to the rotary inertia mass damper, and an additional spring for tensioning the oblique member. The natural frequency of the additional vibration system composed of the rotary inertia mass damper, the diagonal member and the additional spring is synchronized with the natural frequency of the beam as a main vibration system, and Against the end of the beam A predetermined separation distance is secured between the connecting point and the beam end by setting the connecting point at both ends of the diagonal member to a position shifted from the beam end toward the center of the beam. It is characterized by.
In the present invention, all of the additional vibration system constituted by the rotary inertia mass damper, the diagonal member, and the additional spring is installed so as to be within the beam forming range of the beam at the side of the beam. Is preferred.
According to the present invention, a rotational inertial mass that is several hundred times greater than the mass of the mass provided by the rotational inertial mass damper can be obtained, so that a normal TMD with a large additional mass is installed while being a small and lightweight mechanism. The same vibration control effect can be obtained and a large load is not applied to the beam.
In particular, connecting diagonal members closer to the center of the beam than the beam ends can secure space for installing beam through-holes and various equipment at the beam ends. ) Can be increased, the required cross section of the diagonal material can be reduced.
Moreover, it is not necessary to secure a special space for installing the vibration reducing mechanism of the present invention by installing all of the rotary inertia mass damper, the diagonal member, and the additional spring within the range of the beam formation. There is no need to increase the floor height.
Prior to describing the embodiment of the vibration reduction mechanism of the present invention, the vibration reduction mechanism that is the basis of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. This was previously proposed by the present applicant in Japanese Patent Application No. 2008-204216.
In FIG. 1,
The
The rotary
This rotary
The
The
As the
In the
In the
As described above, the
That is, the beam end portion of this type of
Further, since both ends of the
Further, since the
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems in the
Since the vibration reduction mechanism of the present embodiment shown in FIG. 2 is based on the one shown in FIG. 1, the elements common to both are denoted by the same reference numerals and detailed description thereof is omitted. Omitted.
In the
As a result, a space that does not interfere with the
Then, by shifting the connecting point P of the
In this case, the connecting point P is also displaced in the vertical direction at the same time due to the vertical vibration of the
