Abstract
Description
また、VOSO4、K11H[(VO)3(SbW9O33)2]、Na9[SbW9O33]、オキサシリンをモル比で5.5:1:17.3:12.5の割合で使用することが特に好ましい。また、イルガサンの配合量はモル比でK11H[(VO)3(SbW9O33)2]の10%程度とする等、他の4種の化合物の配合量よりも少なくすることが特に好ましい。
クリーニング槽から排出されるMPM組成物等を含む排水は、微生物処理法により排水処理を行う処理槽に集められる。

また、第3の実施の形態に係るおしぼりの製造方法より製造されたおしぼりは、日本清浄紙綿類工業会の紙おしぼりの衛生基準を満たすものとなる。
また、MPM水溶液は、水溶液として安定であり、長期間の保存も可能である。
(実施例1−1)
まず、検体としてのタオルの洗濯機(150Kワッシャー)を用いて洗浄、脱水及びすすぎを行った。洗濯機を用いた工程は、表2に示すように行った。即ち、本洗1回、すすぎ3回行い、本洗及びすすぎ2回目に濃度12%の次亜塩素酸ナトリウム2000ccをそれぞれ加えた。また、本洗の際にはさらに合成洗剤(コスモクリーン)1800cc及びTK2000(アルカリ助剤)500ccを加えた。また、すすぎ3回目にはMPM組成物(配合比は、モル比でVOSO4:K11H[(VO)3(SbW9O33)2]:Na9[SbW9O33]:オキサシリン:イルガサン=5.5:1:17.3:12.5:0.1でそれぞれ25、115、1000、100、0.6μg/mLを含むMPM水溶液100ccを加えた。
すすぎ3回目に加えるMPM水溶液の量を150ccとした以外は、実施例1−1と同様の処理を行った。また、1つの検体(タオル)についての試料をペトリ皿で培養した一般細菌の細菌数をB−1、もう1つの検体(タオル)についての試料をペトリ皿で培養した一般細菌の細菌数をB−2として表3に示した。
(実施例2−1)
実施例1−1と同様に洗濯機を用いてタオルの洗浄、すすぎ及び脱水を行った。その後、タオルにインフルエンザウイルスを噴霧し、インフルエンザウイルス噴霧1時間後に、ストマッカー法により抽出液を得て試料とした。
すすぎ3回目に加えるMPM水溶液の量を150ccとした以外は、実施例2−1と同様の処理を行った。なお、この操作は4つの検体について行い、それぞれの結果及び平均値を表3に示した。

(実施例3−1)
実施例1−1と同様に洗濯機を用いてタオルの洗浄、すすぎ及び脱水を行った。その後、このタオルを検体として、JIS L 1902:2008「繊維製品の抗菌性試験方法及び抗菌効果」における10定量試験の10.1菌液吸収法に基づいて検体の抗菌力試験を行った。この抗菌力試験においては、Becillus cereus IFO13494(セレウス菌)の1菌株を用いた。また、検体に対する高圧蒸気滅菌(121℃、15分間)は行わなかった。また、対照としては、すすぎ3回目にMPM水溶液を加えなかったタオルを用いた。
セレウス菌の接種直後及び37℃、18時間培養後の試験片中の生菌数を測定し、表5に示した。
抗菌力試験において用いる菌の種類をBecillus cereus IFO13494(セレウス菌,芽胞)とした以外は、実施例3−1と同様に試験を行った。結果を表6に示す。
(実施例4−1)
実施例1−1と同様に洗濯機を用いてタオルの洗浄、すすぎ及び脱水を行い、ストマッカー法により抽出液を得て、試料とした。この試料を希釈した検体希釈液(1/20濃度のNutrient Brothで調製した検体の100倍、1000倍、10000倍希釈液)10mLに試験菌液を0.1mL接種し、試験液とした。
実施例1−1のように洗濯機を用いた工程で排出されるMPM組成物を含む排水を処理槽に集めた。この処理槽の排水について、水素イオン濃度(pH)、化学的酸素要求量(COD)、生物化学的酸素要求量(BOD)及び浮遊物質量(SS)、ヘキサン抽出物質、大腸菌群数、全窒素及び全りんの各項目について測定を行った。なお、測定は日時を変えて計3回行った。結果を表8に示す。

- VOSO4、K11H[(VO)3(SbW9O33)2]、Na9[SbW9O33]、オキサシリン及び5−クロロ−2−(2,4−ジクロロフェノキシ)フェノールを含む組成物を基材に含有させたことを特徴とするおしぼり。
- 基材を準備する準備工程と、
VOSO4、K11H[(VO)3(SbW9O33)2]、Na9[SbW9O33]、オキサシリン及び5−クロロ−2−(2,4−ジクロロフェノキシ)フェノールを含む組成物を前記基材に含有させる含有工程と
を含むことを特徴とするおしぼりの製造方法。 - 前記基材を洗浄する洗浄工程を含み、
前記洗浄工程は、前記含有工程よりも前に行われることを特徴とする請求項2記載のおしぼりの製造方法。
