Description
Claims (20)
- 腐蝕力及び亀裂力に曝される金属管をクラフト回収ボイラの壁又は床に有するクラフト回収ボイラにおいて、
前記金属管のうちの少なくともいくつかが、内層および外層を有する複合管を含み、
前記内層が炭素鋼でできており、前記外層が、重量%で、25〜35%のCr、5〜15%のFe及び50〜70%のNiからなり、微量の他の不可避的な不純物及び合金化元素を含有している、クラフト回収ボイラ。 - 前記外層のCr含有量が27〜31%であり、Fe含有量が7〜11%であり、Niの含有量が少なくとも58%である、請求項1に記載されたクラフト回収ボイラ。
- 前記炭素鋼がASTM A−210である、請求項1又は請求項2に記載されたクラフト回収ボイラ。
- 前記外層がNi−Cr−Fe合金690(UNS N06690)でできている、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載されたクラフト回収ボイラ。
- 前記複合管が、使用中に溶融塩に曝される前記ボイラの下側部分に存在している、請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載されたクラフト回収ボイラ。
- 前記複合管が、前記ボイラの開口を画定している、請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載されたクラフト回収ボイラ。
- 前記開口が空気ポート開口である、請求項6に記載されたクラフト回収ボイラ。
- 前記開口が溶融物噴出開口である、請求項6に記載されたクラフト回収ボイラ。
- 腐蝕力及び亀裂力に曝される金属管をクラフト回収ボイラの壁に有するクラフト回収ボイラを改造する方法において、
該方法が、前記金属管を除去する段階と、除去した前記金属管の位置に内層及び外層を有する複合管を設置する段階とを含み、
前記内層が炭素鋼でできており、前記外層が、重量%で、25〜35%のCr、5〜15%のFe及び50〜70%のNiからなり、微量の他の不可避的な不純物及び合金化元素を含有している、クラフト回収ボイラを改造する方法。 - 前記外層のCr含有量が27〜31%であり、Fe含有量が7〜11%であり、Niの含有量が少なくとも58%である、請求項9に記載されたクラフト回収ボイラを改造する方法。
- 前記炭素鋼がASTM A−210である、請求項9又は請求項10に記載されたクラフト回収ボイラを改造する方法。
- 前記外層がNi−Cr−Fe合金690(UNS N06690)でできている、請求項9から請求項11までのいずれか1項に記載されたクラフト回収ボイラを改造する方法。
- 腐蝕力及び亀裂力に曝されるボイラの壁又は床が金属管により構成されるクラフト回収ボイラを組み立てる方法において、
前記金属管が、内層及び外層を有する複合管であり、
前記内層が炭素鋼でできており、前記外層が、重量%で、25〜35%のCr、5〜15%のFe及び50〜70%のNiからなり、微量の他の不可避的な不純物及び合金化元素を含有している、クラフト回収ボイラを組み立てる方法。 - 前記外層のCr含有量が27〜31%であり、Fe含有量が7〜11%であり、Niの含有量が少なくとも58%である、請求項13に記載されたクラフト回収ボイラを組み立てる方法。
- 前記炭素鋼がASTM A−210である、請求項13又は請求項14に記載されたクラフト回収ボイラを組み立てる方法。
- 前記外層がNi−Cr−Fe合金690(UNS N06690)でできている、請求項13から請求項15までのいずれか1項に記載されたクラフト回収ボイラを組み立てる方法。
- 腐蝕力及び亀裂力に曝されるガス化装置の壁が金属管により構成される黒液ガス化装置を組み立てる方法において、前記金属管が、内層及び外層を有する複合管であり、前記内層が炭素鋼でできており、前記外層が、重量%で、25〜35%のCr、5〜15%のFe及び50〜70%のNiからなり、微量の他の不可避的な不純物及び合金化元素を含有している、黒液ガス化装置を組み立てる方法。
- 前記外層のCr含有量が27〜31%であり、Fe含有量が7〜11%であり、Niの含有量が少なくとも58%である、請求項17に記載された黒液ガス化装置を組み立てる方法。
- 前記炭素鋼がASTM A−210である、請求項17又は請求項18に記載された黒液ガス化装置を組み立てる方法。
- 前記外層がNi−Cr−Fe合金690(UNS N06690)でできている、請求項17から請求項19までのいずれか1項に記載された黒液ガス化装置を組み立てる方法。
