Description
先ず、使用済みの発電セルを振動ミルにて平均粒径55μmの微粉末に粉砕した後、蒸留水200mlに、この微粉末30gを入れ、パルプ濃度が15質量%になるようにスラリーを作製した。次いで、このスラリーを濃度1mol/lの硝酸で2時間、室温で浸出処理した後、ろ過による固液分離を行い、浸出残渣を得た。次いで、得られた浸出残渣23.8gを、濃度6mol/lの塩酸120mlで2時間、温度60℃で浸出処理した後、ろ過した。得られたろ液に1mol/l及び0.001mol/lの水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を加えてpHを10とした後、炭酸ナトリウム3gを加え、ろ過した。得られた沈殿を蒸留水で洗浄してLa、Ga、Mg及びCoの酸化物とSrの炭酸塩とした後、更に、これらの酸化物と炭酸塩を大気中、温度1250℃で6時間焼成した後、ボールミルにて平均粒径1.3μmの固体電解質層の原料粉を得た。
硝酸の濃度を0.1mol/lとしたこと以外は実施例1と同じ方法により、固体電解質層の原料粉を得た。
塩酸の濃度を2mol/lとしたこと以外は実施例1と同じ方法により、固体電解質層の原料粉を得た。
実施例1、及び比較例1,2で得られた固体電解質層の原料粉0.2gを王水で溶解後、蒸発乾固し、希塩酸で再溶解して不溶分を除去した後、ICP分析装置(ジャーレルアッシュ社製:ICAP−88)で電解質品位を測定した。
Claims (1)
- Sm、Sr及びCoの元素を含む空気極層と、Ni、Ce及びSmの元素を含む燃料極層の間に、La、Sr、Ga、Mg及びCoの元素を含む固体電解質層が配された積層構造を有する使用済み固体酸化物型燃料電池セルから金属を回収する方法であって、
前記使用済みセルを微粉末に粉砕する第1工程と、
前記第1工程の微粉末と水とを混合し、パルプ濃度が5〜25質量%となるようにスラリーを作製する第2工程と、
前記第2工程で作製したスラリーを濃度0.8〜4mol/lの硝酸で処理してSm、Sr、Co及びNiを含む金属を浸出させる第3工程と、
前記第3工程の処理液を固液分離することによりLa、Sr、Ga、Mg、Co及びCeを含む浸出残渣を得る第4工程と、
前記第4工程で得られた浸出残渣を濃度5〜12mol/lの塩酸で処理してLa、Sr、Ga、Mg及びCoを含む金属を浸出させる第5工程と、
前記第5工程の処理液をろ過することによりLa、Sr、Ga、Mg及びCoを主として含有するろ液を得る第6工程と、
前記第6工程で得られたろ液にアルカリを加え、次いで炭酸塩を加えて沈殿を析出させる第7工程と、
前記第7工程で生成した沈殿を固液分離した後、洗浄してLa、Ga、Mg及びCoの酸化物と、Srの炭酸塩とを得る第8工程と、
前記第8工程で得られた酸化物と炭酸塩を焼成した後、微粉末に粉砕する第9工程と
を含むことを特徴とする金属の回収方法。
