Description
The present invention relates to a stacked cooling device in which a semiconductor module and a cooling tube are stacked.
Conventionally, a stacked cooling device in which a semiconductor module and a cooling tube are stacked is known (
The cooling tube is a tubular member through which a refrigerant flows. When the inverter is operated, an electric current flows through the semiconductor module to generate heat, so that the cooling tube is used for cooling.
In order to operate the inverter, each semiconductor module needs to be switched at a predetermined timing. Therefore, a control circuit board that performs this operation control is arranged in the vicinity of the stacked cooling device. The control circuit board is connected to a control signal terminal of the semiconductor module, and transmits a control signal to control the operation of each semiconductor module.
However, since a large current flows through the semiconductor module, a large electromagnetic noise is generated with the switching operation. On the other hand, since the control circuit board operates with a relatively small current, it is easily affected by electromagnetic noise generated from the semiconductor module. Therefore, in order to prevent malfunction, it is necessary to design in consideration of noise resistance when designing the circuit of the control circuit board.
In recent years, the switching frequency and switching speed of inverters tend to increase. When the operation speed increases, electromagnetic noise generated from the semiconductor module tends to increase. Therefore, it is necessary to further increase the noise resistance of the control circuit board.
The present invention has been made in view of such conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a stacked cooling device in which a control circuit board is not easily affected by electromagnetic noise generated from a semiconductor module.

The present invention is a stacked cooling device in which a semiconductor module having a semiconductor element and a control signal terminal and a cooling tube for cooling the semiconductor module are alternately stacked.
The semiconductor module includes a quadrilateral plate-like module main body containing the semiconductor element,

Next, the effects of the present invention will be described.
In the present invention, the noise shielding member is provided between the semiconductor module and the control circuit board. By this noise shielding member, electromagnetic noise generated from the semiconductor module can be blocked, and the influence on the control circuit board can be reduced. Therefore, malfunction does not easily occur without using a control circuit board that is particularly excellent in noise resistance.
As a result, the operation control of the semiconductor module can be stably performed. In addition, as described above, in recent years, the amount of electromagnetic noise generated has increased with the increase in switching speed of semiconductor modules. However, if the above structure is adopted, electromagnetic noise can be shielded by the noise shielding member. Regardless of the generation amount of electromagnetic noise, it is possible to stably control the operation of the semiconductor module. Further, when designing the circuit of the control circuit board, the influence of electromagnetic noise does not have to be taken into consideration, and the degree of design freedom is improved.
In the present invention, since the noise shielding member is integrated with the cooling tube, it is not necessary to prepare the noise shielding member as a separate member, and an increase in the number of components can be prevented. That is, the stacked cooling apparatus can be assembled with a small number of parts, and the assembling work can be simplified.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a stacked cooling device in which the control circuit board is not easily affected by electromagnetic noise generated from the semiconductor module.
A preferred embodiment of the present invention described above will be described.
In the present invention, a portion of the tube wall constituting the cooling tubes, than the cooling surface of the cooling tube extending in the semiconductor module side, a portion of the tube wall, that not make the noise shield member.
Therefore , a part of the tube wall constituting the cooling tube can be used as a noise shielding member. Therefore, for example, the number of parts can be reduced and the structure of the cooling tube can be simplified as compared with a case where the noise shielding member is a separate member that can be removed from the tube wall.
The noise shielding members integrated with the two cooling tubes adjacent to each other with the semiconductor module interposed therebetween are in contact with each other, and a window portion through which the control signal terminal is inserted into the noise shielding member. Preferably, it is formed (Claim 2 ).
When there is a gap between the noise shielding members of two adjacent cooling tubes, electromagnetic noise generated from the semiconductor module passes through this gap, which may affect the control circuit board. However, when the noise shielding members of the two adjacent cooling tubes are in contact with each other as described above, there is no gap, and electromagnetic noise can be easily shielded. Therefore, the influence of electromagnetic noise on the control circuit board can be further reduced.
The noise shielding member is partially formed with the window, and the control signal terminal of the semiconductor module is connected to the control circuit board through the window.
Further, the cooling tube is formed by connecting two curved tube walls, and each of the tube walls includes a main body portion that forms a flow path through which the refrigerant flows between the opposite tube wall and a counterpart side. A pair of connection portions for connecting to the tube wall, and an extension portion extending from the connection portion on the control circuit board side of the pair of connection portions toward the adjacent semiconductor module. , the extending part is that not make the noise shielding member.
Therefore , the cooling tube integrated with the noise shielding member can be manufactured only by connecting the two tube walls having the main body portion, the connecting portion, and the extending portion. Therefore, for example, the manufacturing process can be simplified as compared with the case where a noise shielding member is prepared as a separate part and welded to the cooling tube.

The details will be described below.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 1, the

In this example, as shown in FIG. 6, a part of the
As described above, the cooling

As a result, the operation control of the
