Description
The present invention relates to a chemical management system for managing the usage status of chemicals that are set on a tray and used in a medical field, and more specifically, partitions a tray to store chemicals in each section and use chemicals. The present invention relates to a chemical management system that grasps the presence or absence of each zone.
In addition, in addition to injections such as ampoules, vials, and contrast agents, pharmaceuticals include pharmaceuticals such as tablets and powders contained in boxes and bottles, and auxiliary chemicals used together with chemicals.
As a chemical management system that manages the usage status of chemicals used in medical settings by setting several chemicals in the tray in advance, the number of chemicals is obtained from the image data by photographing the chemicals set surface of the tray. Has been put to practical use (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
In this system, set information before use is saved, and after use, measurement work is performed in units of trays to detect changes in the quantity of chemicals. It is also possible to grasp accurately.
In addition, a number of compartments are formed on the upper surface of the drawer that can be withdrawn, and a chemical presence / absence detecting means is provided in each compartment, so that the state of use of the chemicals can be grasped for each compartment. A shelf device is also provided (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
In addition, if you place a proper number of chemical seats pre-mounted with electronic tags on the tray in an appropriate arrangement, and place each chemical on the seat of each chemical seat, A drug setting device has also been developed that can grasp the class setting status for each sitting tool by tag reading (see, for example, Patent Document 3).
In such a conventional medicine management system, in the case of the former imaging counting method (see, for example, Patent Document 1), only one or a small number of sensitive parts / detecting parts (sensors) are required. Some chemicals are difficult to detect depending on the color, transparency, etc., so such chemicals should be avoided or handled with care.
On the other hand, in the case of the latter individual detection method, a wide range of chemicals can be handled, whether direct detection (for example, see Patent Document 2) or indirect detection (for example, see Patent Document 3). Since the number of detection units (sensors) is large, the burden of manufacturing and maintenance is large.
As described above, since there are advantages and disadvantages depending on the type of conventional chemical management system, it is desired to develop and provide a combination of both advantages.
Therefore, it is a basic problem to improve the system so that an image that can be reliably detected in units of sections is obtained after following an imaging method with few sensors.
Moreover, it is a technical problem to solve the basic problem by simple modification so as not to impair the advantage of the imaging method that it is easy to manufacture and maintain.
The medicine management system of the present invention (Solution means 1) was devised in order to solve such a problem, and an arrangement determining means for determining the arrangement of chemicals to be set in a tray in accordance with a dispensing instruction. A printing means for printing the chemical identification code on the printing paper placed on the inner bottom of the tray according to the arrangement; an imaging means for taking the printing paper together with the tray; and an identification code from the image And determining means for determining whether or not the chemicals are used.
Further, the medicine management system of the present invention (Solution means 2) is the medicine management system of the solution means 1, wherein when the determination means can read the identification code, it is determined that the corresponding chemicals are used, When the identification code cannot be read, it is determined that the chemicals in the corresponding part are not used, and thus the presence / absence of use of the chemicals is determined based on the reading result.
Furthermore, the medicine management system of the present invention (Solution means 3) is the medicine management system of the above solution means 2, wherein the arrangement determining means stores set data reflecting the arrangement, It is characterized in that the determination means also confirms the coincidence between the read result and the set data at the time of determination.
The medicine management system of the present invention is (Solution means 4), which is the medicine management system of the above solution means 1 to 3, wherein the placement determining means registers the sizes of various kinds of medicines upon placement determination. The partition is also selected by referring to the data and partition data related to the removable partition that partitions the internal space of the tray into a plurality of sections.
The medicine management system of the present invention is (Solution means 5), which is the medicine management system of the solution means 1 to 4, characterized in that the printing means prints the identification code in color. To do.
In such a medicine management system of the present invention (Solution means 1), when a dispensing instruction is given, the arrangement of the chemicals in the tray is determined by the arrangement determining means in accordance with the instruction, and further, the arrangement corresponds to the arrangement. Since the chemical identification code is printed on the printing paper by the printing means in the arrangement, it will be manual work after that, but the printed paper is laid on the inner bottom of the tray and stacked on the removable partition. In addition, by storing in the tray, a number of compartments can be easily formed on the tray, and a chemical identification code can be attached to each compartment.
Then, chemicals are set in each compartment of the tray, the tray is used for medical activities such as surgery and treatment, and the returned tray is placed under the imaging device and left to the system. Then, again, the printing paper together with the tray is automatically taken from above, and the identification code of each section is read from the image, and the presence or absence of chemicals is determined based on the reading result. In this way, when performing image processing, instead of using a direct method for recognizing a wide variety of chemical images, it is an indirect method of reading a known identification code that appears and hides depending on the presence or absence of chemicals in the compartment. By adopting the method, it is possible to accurately determine whether or not chemicals are used on a partition basis.
Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to realize a chemical management system that can perform reliable individual detection in units of sections and that is easy to manufacture and maintain.
In the medicine management system according to the present invention (solution 2), when the presence / absence of use of chemicals is determined based on the reading result, if the identification code cannot be read, the corresponding chemicals are not used. On the other hand, when the identification code can be read, it is determined that the chemicals in the corresponding part have been used, so that in addition to knowing whether or not the chemicals are used, it is possible to know what chemicals have been used. Moreover, since it can be understood from the read identification code, it can be determined whether the set data before use is stored or not.
Furthermore, in the medicine management system of the present invention (solution 3), the set data stored using the fact that the set data before use is no longer essential for identifying the medicine as described above is By diverting it to the coincidence confirmation with the reading result of the identification code, the reliability of the determination is improved by utilizing redundant information.
In the medicine management system of the present invention (solution 4), an appropriate partition is selected according to the size of the medicines to be set on the tray. In a simple manner, it is possible to prevent an undesired situation such as redoing work because chemicals do not fit in the compartment.
Further, in the medicine management system of the present invention (solution 5), the color of the identification code printing makes the compartments into which the medicines are to be stored become clear at a glance. By properly using these colors, the amount of information can be increased without subdividing the identification code.

Since the
The
The
The

When the
The
Each time the
The

About the chemical | medical
As described above, the
Prior to use,
The
Each time one
Then, the
When the
Further, when the dispensing operator puts

When the above set operation is repeated several times and the required number of
In the returned
Then, the
When the
Further, the
