(9)バッフル部の開口径について:1)開口径を適当に決める。2)オリフィス部を通過する際の流速を求める(有効オリフィス断面積とシェルとの断面積比で)。
*有効オリフィス断面積とは、開口径とシースヒーター径との間のクリアランスの面積である。3)ベルヌーイの定理より、オリフィス部で局所的に圧力が降下を評価する。これは、オリフィス部での圧力が使用温度における飽和圧力以下になるとキャビテーションの発生原因となるからである。4)、3)に示すように飽和圧力以下になれば、開口径を大きくする対策を施す。

Claims (5)
- 一端側に流体入口部を有し、他端側に流体出口部を有し、内部をヘリウム、水素又は窒素からなる極低温液体流体が流通する円筒胴と、
円筒胴の軸方向に並設され、前記極低温液体流体を直接加熱する複数のシースヒーターを有し、
内部を複数のシースヒーターが挿通する複数の開口が設けられた複数のバッフル板が円筒胴の軸方向に所要間隔で複数配置され、
バッフル板の開口とシースヒーターとで形成されるクリアランスからなるオリフィスを前記極低温液体流体が通過し、前記極低温液体流体がシースヒーターと平行に流動し、シースヒーターエレメントの表面熱流束が一定値以下となるように設定して前記極低温液体流体を所定の温度に加熱する、気密性を確保したオリフィス型温度調節用ヒーター。 - シースヒーターのシース管を上部フランジと溶接により固定したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオリフィス型温度調節用ヒーター。
- 最下端のバッフル板に、シースヒーター振れ止めのための複数の鍔部を有する振れ止め金具を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のオリフィス型温度調節用ヒーター。
- 下端に流体入口部が設けられ、上端近傍の円筒胴側面に流体出口部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のオリフィス型温度調節用ヒーター。
- シースヒーター電極部を円筒胴の外側に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のオリフィス型温度調節用ヒーター。
