Claims (4)
- 加熱室の壁面を構成する耐熱断熱材の外側に配置される耐熱真空断熱材であって、
高温側に配置される薄板状材料の第1部材と、低温側に配置される薄板状材料の第2部材と、からなり、前記第1部材及び前記第2部材の周囲を互いに接合し、内部を真空排気された後に密封される外包体と、
前記外包体の内部に収納される芯材と、を備え、
前記第1部材は、前記第2部材に比較して線膨張係数の小さい材料からなり、
前記第1部材の外面を前記耐熱断熱材の外側面に接触させ、前記第2部材の外面を前記加熱室の外部に露出して配置される耐熱真空断熱材。 - 前記第1部材及び前記第2部材は、薄板状金属材料からなる請求項1に記載の耐熱真空断熱材。
- 前記外包体は、前記第1部材及び前記第2部材の周囲を溶接してなる請求項2に記載の耐熱真空断熱材。
- 前記芯材は、耐熱断熱材料からなる請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の耐熱真空断熱材。
