Description
前記第1接触角は、前記第2接触角より大きく形成されることが好ましい。
前記第2補強ブロック部の幅は、前記第1補強ブロック部の幅より大きく形成されることが好ましい。
本発明による懸架装置用バンプストッパーによれば、車両のバンプ作動によって圧縮される過程で互いに重なる外周面の上下側に一定の接触角を有する補強ブロック部を形成して、応力分散を誘導し、ゴム素材の接着工程で発生するパーティングラインに沿って上下側の補強ブロック部の接触角を大きくして、後から接触するように形成することによって、作用負荷を減少させて、耐久性を確保することができるようにするという効果がある。

Claims (5)
- 長さ方向に沿ってパーティングラインを有し、圧縮時には互いに接触する少なくとも2つ以上の凸状外周部を有する懸架装置用バンプストッパーにおいて、
前記パーティングラインに沿って一定の幅で前記各凸状外周部に一体に形成され、相互間には第1接触角が形成される複数の第1補強ブロック部と、
前記各凸状外周部の周囲に沿って一定の幅で前記各凸状外周部に一体に形成され、前記パーティングラインから一定の角をなして、相互間には第2接触角が形成される複数の第2補強ブロック部と、を有することを特徴とする懸架装置用バンプストッパー。 - 前記第1接触角は、前記第2接触角より大きく形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の懸架装置用バンプストッパー。
- 前記第2補強ブロック部の幅は、前記第1補強ブロック部の幅より大きく形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の懸架装置用バンプストッパー。
- 長さ方向に沿ってパーティングラインを含み、圧縮時には互いに接触する2つの凸状外周部を含む懸架装置用バンプストッパーにおいて、
前記パーティングラインに沿って一定の幅で前記上下側の凸状外周部に一体に形成され、相互間には第1接触角が形成される上下側の第1補強ブロック部と、
前記上下側の凸状外周部の周囲に沿って一定の幅で前記上下側の凸状外周部に一体に形成され、前記パーティングラインから直角をなして、相互間には前記第1接触角より小さい第2接触角が形成される上下側の第2補強ブロック部と、を有することを特徴とする懸架装置用バンプストッパー。 - 前記上下側の第2補強ブロック部の幅は、前記上下側の第1補強ブロック部の幅より大きく形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の懸架装置用バンプストッパー。
