Description

The present invention relates to a jig for producing a pulp mold molded body used when performing pulp mold molding. More specifically, the present invention relates to dehydration of a pulp mold molded body by supplying and discharging a fluid into an elastic bag-like elastic body. The present invention relates to a jig for producing a pulp mold product used for drying.

Conventionally, pulp fibers are accumulated on a papermaking surface of a papermaking mold to form a wet fiber laminate (hereinafter referred to as a papermaking body), and then pressed from the inside of the papermaking body toward the papermaking surface for dehydration and drying. And the manufacturing method of the pulp mold molded object which obtains the molded object of a predetermined shape is known (for example, refer patent documents 1-4). Here, as a means for pressing the paper body from the inside, a jig equipped with an elastic bag-like elastic body is used. The jig has a tubular portion having a plurality of holes on the side surface, and is used in a state in which the tubular portion is covered with an elastic bag-like elastic body. By inserting the jig equipped with the elastic body into the paper body from the opening of the paper body and flowing a predetermined fluid such as air into the jig, the fluid is supplied to the elastic body through the plurality of holes. The elastic body expands. The paper body is pressed from the inside by the expanded elastic body and dehydrated and dried. After dehydrating and drying, the jig equipped with this elastic body is extracted from the papermaking body after the fluid is sucked and discharged to bring the elastic body into close contact with the jig.

However, when manufacturing a molded body with a small opening, the elastic body comes into contact with the inner surface of the papermaking body when inserting or removing the jig with the elastic body into the papermaking body. There was a problem that the body was easily damaged. In particular, when manufacturing a molded body having a special shape with protrusions (for example, L-shaped or T-shaped runner pipes, elbow pipes, etc.), a shape with protrusions (for example, L-shaped or T-shaped) Etc.), the above problems occur frequently.

An object of the present invention is to provide a jig for producing a pulp mold molded body, which is less prone to molding or breakage of an elastic body even when an elastic body having a protruding shape (for example, L-shaped or T-shaped) is used. is there.

The present invention is a jig for producing a pulp mold molded body used for dehydrating or drying a pulp mold molded body by supplying and discharging a fluid into and out of an elastic bag-shaped elastic body. A tube portion in which an elastic body is disposed, and a groove portion is formed in the longitudinal direction in the tube portion, and a plurality of flow holes for supplying and discharging fluid to and from the inside of the elastic body are formed on the side surface of the tube portion. A jig for producing a pulp molded product is provided.

The jig for producing a pulp mold molded body of the present invention can increase the jig surface area by providing a groove, and can adhere the elastic body to the jig at the time of suction, thereby reducing the thickness of the jig covered with the elastic body. be able to. As a result, it is possible to further prevent contact between the inner surface of the papermaking body and the elastic body during insertion / extraction from the papermaking body. In addition, a notch is provided in a portion corresponding to the protrusion of the elastic body having a protrusion (for example, L-shaped or T-shaped), and the protrusion is accommodated in the notch. Therefore, even when a molded body having a small opening is manufactured, it is possible to prevent contact between the inner surface of the papermaking body and the elastic body when being inserted into or extracted from the papermaking body. Damage can be suppressed.
In addition, by providing the notched portion with the protrusion, it acts as a guide when the protruding portion of the elastic body is housed in the notched portion, and damage to the elastic body can be further suppressed.
According to the method of the present invention, even when a molded body having a small opening is manufactured, it is possible to manufacture a pulp mold molded body while suppressing the occurrence of molding defects.

Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the description of each drawing, the same elements are denoted by the same reference numerals.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a preferred embodiment (first embodiment) of a jig for producing a pulp molded product of the present invention, and is an example of a jig applied to an L-shaped elastic body.
The jig 10 for producing a pulp mold molded body of the present invention includes a body fixing means 1 for fixing to a fluid supply means (not shown), a tube portion 2 in which a bag-like elastic body is disposed on the outer surface, and a bag-like shape. And an elastic body fixing means 3 for fixing the elastic body. The tube part 2 is joined and integrated with the main body fixing means 1. The size of the jig is not particularly limited as long as it can be inserted into the paper body, and is arbitrarily determined according to the size of the target molded body.

The main body fixing means 1 fixes the jig main body 10 to the fluid supply means. Fixing can be performed by any method such as welding or screwing. In FIG. 1, the main body fixing means 1 is shown on the upper side (so that the jig 10 is disposed below the fluid supply means), but the jig 10 is inserted almost perpendicularly to the opening of the paper body. The jig 10 and the papermaking body need only be arranged so as to be extracted, and the direction of the jig 10 is not particularly limited.
A through hole is provided in a substantially central portion of the main body fixing means 1, and the main body fixing means 1 and the pipe portion 2 are joined so that fluid flows through the pipe portion 2.

The pipe part 2 is hollow inside and serves as a fluid flow path. In use, a stretchable bag-like elastic body having a protruding portion is disposed on the outer surface of the tube portion 2, and the fluid flowing through the tube portion 2 is used to expand and contract the bag-like elastic body. A plurality of flow holes 4 are provided on the side surface of the tube portion 2. Through the circulation hole 4, the fluid is supplied and discharged into the bag-like elastic body disposed on the outer surface of the pipe portion 2. The size, shape, and number of the flow holes 4 are appropriately determined according to the thickness and shape of the elastic body and are not particularly limited.

Moreover, the notch part 5 is provided in the pipe part 2, and the protrusion part of an elastic body is accommodated in the notch part 5 at the time of attraction | suction. The notch 5 has the effect of accommodating the protrusion of the elastic body. A position is a part corresponding to the protrusion part of the bag-shaped elastic body used, and is suitably determined according to the shape of an elastic body. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, when an L-shaped elastic body (an elastic body having a protruding portion at the distal end portion) is used, a notch portion 5 is provided at the distal end of the tube portion 2. When a T-shaped (t-shaped) elastic body (an elastic body having a protruding portion near the center) is used, the tube 2 is cut into a portion corresponding to the protruding portion of the elastic body near the center. A notch 5 is provided.
The size of the cutout portion 5 is appropriately determined according to the shape of the elastic body and is not particularly limited, but the vertical width L of the cutout portion 5 is about 105 to 110% with respect to the vertical width of the protruding portion of the elastic body. The depth D of the notch 5 is preferably about 40 to 60% of the diameter of the tube 2. In addition, as for the thickness of the notch part 5, 1-2 mm is preferable.

The elastic body fixing means 3 is for fixing the bag-like elastic body. With respect to the bag-like elastic body arranged on the outer surface of the pipe portion 2, the opening of the elastic body is sandwiched between the main body fixing means 1 and the elastic body fixing means 3 at the root portion of the pipe portion 2, and fluid is supplied into the elastic body. Fix the elastic body so that it does not come off. The fixing can be performed, for example, by screwing the main body fixing means 1 and the elastic body fixing means 3.

It is preferable that a longitudinal groove portion 6 is formed on the side surface of the tube portion 2 so as to be radially arranged from the axial center of the tube portion 2. By providing the groove portion 6, the surface area of the tube portion 2 can be increased, the elastic body can be brought into close contact with the jig 10 during suction, and the thickness of the jig 10 covered with the elastic body can be reduced. Thereby, it is possible to prevent contact between the inner surface of the papermaking body and the elastic body when being inserted into and extracted from the papermaking body. Moreover, it is preferable that a plurality of the flow holes 4 are arranged at regular intervals in the groove 6 from the viewpoint of sufficiently bringing the elastic body into close contact with the jig 10 during suction.
The size, depth, shape, and number of the groove portions 6 are appropriately determined according to the thickness and shape of the elastic body and are not particularly limited. However, the outer surface area of the tube portion 2 is 60 to 100% of the inner surface area of the elastic body. Is preferably determined so as to have a surface area of 70% or more, and more preferably determined so as to have a surface area of 70% or more. It is preferable that the arrangement | positioning space | interval of the groove part 6 is 10-40 mm.

FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of another preferred embodiment (second embodiment) of the jig for producing a pulp mold product of the present invention.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, at least a pair of protrusions 7 are formed on the periphery of the notch 5 at the axial target position of the tube 2. Thus, by providing at least a pair of protrusions 7, it acts as a guide when the protruding portion of the elastic body is housed in the cutout portion 5, and damage to the elastic body can be further suppressed.
The size and shape of the protrusion 7 are appropriately determined according to the shape of the elastic body and are not particularly limited. However, the vertical width of the protrusion 7 is 20 to 50% of the vertical width of the protrusion of the elastic body. The length is preferable, and the height of the protrusion 7 is preferably 10 to 50% of the length of the protruding portion of the elastic body. The shape of the protrusion 7 is preferably a shape having no edge. In addition, as for the thickness of the projection part 7, 1-2 mm is preferable.
Other configurations, operations, and effects of the jig of this embodiment are the same as those of the jig of the first embodiment.

Next, the manufacturing method of a pulp mold molded object is demonstrated.
For general methods of pulp molding, reference can be made to Patent 78600, JP-A 2000-239999, JP-A 2000-303400, JP-A 2002-266299, and the like. The outline is as follows. First, a pulp paper is accumulated on a papermaking surface of a papermaking mold to form a wet papermaking body (pulp fiber laminate). Next, after inserting the jig fitted with the bag-like elastic body into the paper-making body through the opening of the paper-making body, fluid such as air is supplied to the bag-like elastic body through the jig to bulge the elastic body from the inside of the paper-making body. The paper body is dehydrated and dried by pressing toward the paper surface. Finally, with the fluid sucked and discharged from the bag-like elastic body, the jig is extracted from the opening of the papermaking body in a state where the elastic body is closely attached to the jig, and the papermaking mold can be removed to obtain a molded body having a predetermined shape. it can.

The shape of the bag-like elastic body used in the jig of the present invention is a pipe shape with one end closed, and has a protruding portion at an arbitrary location. For example, an L-shaped one having a protruding portion at the tip portion or a T-shaped (t-shaped) having a protruding portion near the center portion can be preferably used. In the vicinity of the opening of the bag-like elastic body, it is preferable to have a flat portion perpendicular to the length direction of the elastic body so that it can be fixed to the jig by the elastic body fixing means 3.
The elastic body can be used without particular limitation as long as it is a material that can expand and contract and change its volume, but from the viewpoint of durability and heat resistance, natural rubber, polyurethane, fluorine rubber, silicone Those composed of an elastic material such as rubber or synthetic rubber such as elastomer are preferred. The dimension (length) of the elastic body is preferably the same as the pulp mold molded body to be molded or a dimension offset to the outside by about 2 mm.

The fluid supplied to and discharged from the bag-like elastic body is not particularly limited, but specific examples include air, hot air, steam, superheated steam, and oil. From the viewpoint of operability and the like, it is particularly preferable to use air, hot air or superheated steam.
The pressure when supplying the fluid into the bag-shaped elastic body can be appropriately set according to the molded body to be subjected to dehydration and drying, but the molding processability of the molded body and the operation for expanding the elastic body, From the point that dehydration can be performed with simple equipment, it is preferably 0.01 to 0.05 MPa.

Below, the preferable one embodiment of the manufacturing method of the pulp mold molded object using the jig for pulp mold molded object manufacture of this invention is demonstrated.

First, as a preparation, a stretchable bag-like elastic body having a protrusion is attached to the jig 10 of the present invention. The elastic body is placed on the tube portion 2 of the jig 10 and alignment is performed so that the protruding portion of the elastic body is in a position corresponding to the notch portion 5 of the jig 10. The opening of the elastic body is sandwiched between the main body fixing means 1 and the elastic body fixing means 3 at the base portion of the tube portion 2 and fixed so that the elastic body does not come off even when a fluid is supplied into the elastic body. The jig 10 equipped with an elastic body is fixed to the fluid supply means by the main body fixing means 1.

After pulp fibers are accumulated on the papermaking surface of the papermaking mold to form a wet papermaking body (pulp fiber laminate), a jig fitted with the bag-like elastic body is inserted into the papermaking body through the opening of the papermaking body. . In this state, fluid is supplied from the fluid supply means to the elastic body via the jig 10. The fluid supplied from the fluid supply means is supplied into the pipe portion 2 through the through hole provided in the main body fixing means 1 and supplied into the elastic body from the plurality of flow holes 4 provided in the side surface of the pipe portion 2. Is done. The elastic body supplied with the fluid swells and presses the papermaking body from the inner surface. In this way, the paper body is dehydrated and dried.

After completion of the dehydration / drying process, the fluid in the elastic body is sucked and discharged, and the elastic body is contracted and brought into close contact with the jig 10. At this time, due to the suction, the protruding portion of the elastic body is accommodated in the notch portion 5 of the jig 10, and the appearance of the jig to which the elastic body is in close contact is not in the protruding portion. As shown in FIG. 1, when the jig 10 has the groove portion 6 in the tube portion 2, the surface area of the tube portion 2 is increased so that the elastic body is not dubbed, and the elastic body is sufficiently adhered to the jig 10 during suction. Can be made. In addition, when the protruding portion 7 is formed at the position of the axial object of the tube portion 2 as shown in FIG. 2, it acts as a guide when the protruding portion of the elastic body is stored in the notch portion 5 of the jig 10. In addition, the breakage of the elastic body can be further suppressed.
Finally, with the elastic body in close contact with the jig 10, the jig 10 is extracted from the opening of the papermaking body and the papermaking mold is removed, whereby a molded body having a predetermined shape can be obtained.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and can be modified without departing from the spirit of the present invention. For example, the arrangement location of the notch 5 and the protrusion 7 can be appropriately set according to the position of the protruding portion of the elastic body.

EXAMPLES Hereinafter, although this invention is demonstrated in detail based on an Example, this invention is not limited to these.

Example 1
The jig 10 of the present invention in the form shown in FIG. 1 (for an L-shaped elastic body having a diameter of 30 mm) and the jig of the comparative example having the same form as the jig 10 of the present invention are used except that the notch 5 is not provided. Then, the maximum diameter dimension of the protruding portion of the elastic body was measured 10 times under the following measurement conditions, and the average maximum diameter dimension was compared. The smaller the average maximum diameter dimension, the better.
First, an L-shaped elastic body having a diameter of 30 mm was attached to each jig 10, and the suction port of the suction device was fixed to the through hole provided in the main body fixing means 1 with a tape. At this time, it was confirmed that there was no air leakage. Suction was started with a suction device, and the length of the protruding portion of the elastic body in the protruding direction was measured. The suction force at this time was 0.02 MPa. The results are shown in Table 1.

Figure 0005297788
Figure 0005297788

As is apparent from the results in Table 1, it was found that the jig of the present invention having a notch has a smaller size of the protruding portion of the elastic body than the jig of the comparative example having no notch. From this, the jig of the present invention is such that the protruding part of the elastic body is accommodated in the cutout part at the time of suction, so even when a molded body with a small opening is manufactured, molding defects and damage to the elastic body are less likely. Recognize.

Example 2
The jig of the present invention in the form shown in FIG. 1 (for an L-shaped elastic body having a diameter of 30 mm) and the jig having the same form as the jig 10 of the present invention except that the groove 6 is not used, and the following measurement conditions The maximum diameter dimension of the linear portion of the elastic body was measured 10 times, and the average maximum diameter dimension was compared. The smaller the average maximum diameter dimension, the better.
First, an L-shaped elastic body having a diameter of 30 mm was attached to the jig 10, and the suction port of the vacuum cleaner was fixed to the through hole provided in the main body fixing means 1 with a tape. At this time, it was confirmed that there was no air leakage. Suction was started with a vacuum cleaner, and the outer diameter of the linear portion of the elastic body was measured. The suction force at this time was 0.02 MPa. The results are shown in Table 2.

Figure 0005297788
Figure 0005297788

As is clear from the results in Table 2, it was found that the jig of the present invention having the groove portion has a smaller dimension of the linear shape portion of the elastic body than the jig having no groove portion. From this, the jig of the present invention having the groove portion has a large surface area due to the provision of the groove portion 6, and the elastic body is sufficiently adhered and the elastic body is sufficiently adhered at the time of suction. It can be seen that even when a molded body having a small part is produced, molding defects and damage to the elastic body are small.

The pulp molded body was produced for 1 day under the following conditions, and the average life of the elastic body was measured. The longer the average life of the elastic body, the better.
First, the jig was fixed to the fluid supply means by the main body fixing means 1 with the L-shaped elastic body having a diameter of 25 mm attached to the jig 10. Then, each of the pulp mold molded bodies was produced for one day, and the average life (number of shots / piece) of the elastic bodies for one day was compared. The suction force at this time was 0.05 MPa. The results are shown in Table 3.

Figure 0005297788
Figure 0005297788

As is clear from the results in Table 3, the jig of the present invention having the protrusion shown in FIG. 2 has an average elastic body as compared with the jig of the present invention having the protrusion shown in FIG. It was found that the lifetime was improved by 1.3 times.
