Description

The present invention relates to a non-aqueous transparent oily composition. More specifically, although it contains jojoba oil, it does not freeze at low temperatures (about 0 ° C), spreads well into the skin, is not sticky when used, is refreshing, and gives a moist feeling after application. The present invention relates to a non-aqueous transparent oily composition excellent in stability and usability.

Oil formulations are skin cosmetics that have been actively developed in recent years because they are well-familiar to the skin when applied and are not sticky due to moisturizers after use. Among them, the transparent type that does not impair the aesthetic appearance is gaining popularity.

For example, Patent Document 1 proposes a liquid oily body oil composition containing one or more of a liquid animal and vegetable oil, a silicone oil, and a nonionic surfactant having a calculated HLB value of 5 to 8. Yes. This liquid oily body oil composition is applied directly to wet skin after bathing, and then lightly rinsed. According to the document, liquid animal and vegetable oils are used as moisturizing ingredients, silicone oil is used as a feel-improving agent, and a nonionic surfactant is used as a rinse-off ingredient. It gives a moist feel and high moisturizing power and is said to have good stability. However, those that require rinsing are not sufficient as moisturizing care from the viewpoint of preventing the evaporation of moisture from the skin by covering the skin surface with oil because there is little oil remaining on the skin surface. There is a case.

Thus, oil formulations containing hydrocarbon oil components such as squalane and liquid paraffin have been proposed as non-aqueous moisturizing care agents that do not require rinsing (Patent Documents 2 to 4). These oil preparations are said to exhibit an effect of softening the skin and a moisturizing effect by covering the skin surface with oil and appropriately controlling the volatilization of moisture of the skin.

Incidentally, jojoba oil is frequently used for such an oil formulation because it has a good feel, is derived from a plant and is excellent in safety (Patent Documents 2 to 4). However, since jojoba oil coagulates at about 10 ° C., an oil formulation containing jojoba oil often freezes in winter and low temperature areas. Although the quality as an oil preparation is not significantly impaired by freezing, it is necessary to return the frozen preparation to room temperature (about 25 ° C.) and melt it every time it is used.

Methylpolysiloxane 20 mPa · s [trade name: KF-96A-20cs (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.), trade name: SH200 C Fluid 20cs (manufactured by Toray Dow Corning Co., Ltd.), trade name: TSF451-20A (momentive・ Performance Materials Japan GK)],
・ Methylpolysiloxane 10 mPa · s [trade name: KF-96A-10cs (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.), trade name: SH200 C Fluid 10 cs (manufactured by Toray Dow Corning Co., Ltd.), trade name: Element 14 PDMS 10− JC (Momentive Performance Materials Japan GK)],

Can be mentioned.

Among these silicone oils, a silicone oil having a viscosity of 10 mPa · s or less is preferable from the viewpoint of familiarity with the skin, more preferably a viscosity of 6 mPa · s or less, and most preferably a viscosity of 2 mPa · s or less. Is preferred.

Content of the silicone oil of a component (a) is 10.0-30.0 mass% with respect to the whole composition, Preferably, it is 15.0-25.0 mass%. If it is less than 10.0% by mass, it is difficult to exert an effect sufficient for freezing suppression at a low temperature (about 0 ° C.). On the other hand, when it exceeds 30.0% by mass, it becomes difficult to freeze even at a temperature lower than 0 ° C., but stickiness, refreshment and penetration are inferior, and the usability becomes unsatisfactory. Usually, the composition according to the present invention is used in a house, and since it is unlikely that the room temperature in the house is lower than 0 ° C., it is assumed that the temperature is lower than 0 ° C. It is not necessary to increase the blending amount. However, according to the region and environment where the use temperature is lower than 0 ° C., it does not prevent blending beyond the above range, and the blending amount of the silicone oil is within the range not significantly impairing the effects of the present invention May be increased as appropriate.

<Component (b): Ester oil having an IOB of 0.1 to 0.6 in the organic conceptual diagram>
The organic conceptual diagram was proposed by Satoshi Fujita, and details thereof are described in “Pharmaceutical Bulletin”, vol. 2,2, pp. 163-173 (1954), “Area of Chemistry” vol. 11, 10, pp. 719-725 (1957), "Fragrance Journal", vol. 50. pp. 79-82 (1981). In other words, the source of all organic compounds is methane (CH 4 ), all other compounds are all regarded as derivatives of methane, and the number of carbon atoms, substituents, and bonding modes (difference in single bond, double bond, triple bond) ), Set a certain numerical value for each ring, etc., add the scores to find the organic and inorganic values, and plot them on a diagram with the organic value on the X axis and the inorganic value on the Y axis. It will be. The organic conceptual diagram is also shown in “Organic Conceptual Diagram-Basics and Applications” (written by Yoshio Koda, Sankyo Publishing, 1984).
The IOB in the organic conceptual diagram is an abbreviation of Inorganic / Organic Balance, and the ratio of the inorganic value (IV) to the organic value (OV) in the organic conceptual diagram, that is, “inorganic value (IV) / organic property Value (OV) ".

Examples of the ester oil of component (b) used in the present invention include 2-ethylhexyl 2-ethylhexanoate (IOB = 0.2), tripropylene glycol dineopentanoate (IOB = 0.52), isodecylbenzoate ( IOB = 0.23), propylene glycol dicaprylate (IOB = 0.32), isononyl isononanoate (IOB = 0.2), cetyl 2-ethylhexanoate (IOB = 0.52), tri-2-ethylhexanoic acid Examples include, but are not limited to, glyceryl (IOB = 0.36), tetra-2-ethylhexanoic acid pentaerythritol (IOB = 0.35), di-2-ethylhexyl succinate (IOB = 0.32), and the like. It is not a thing.
In the present invention, as the component (b), one or more ester oils having an IOB of 0.1 to 0.6 can be arbitrarily selected and used.

When an ester oil having an IOB of less than 0.1 is used, it may cause irritation to sensitive skin, and may cause a feeling of stickiness without being refreshed. On the other hand, an ester oil having an IOB exceeding 0.6 has an increased property of dissolving in water and does not exhibit the function as an oil component.

Content of the ester oil of a component (b) is 10.0-30.0 mass% with respect to the whole composition, Preferably, it is 20.0-30.0 mass%. If it is less than 10.0% by mass, it is impossible to give a non-sticky feeling as a refreshing effect of the present invention. On the other hand, even if the ester oil exceeds 30.0% by mass, the effect cannot be enhanced, and the safety to the skin may be impaired.

(Example)
Based on the prescriptions in Tables 2 to 5, each component is mixed and dissolved uniformly at room temperature, and the obtained beauty oil (sample) is based on the above evaluation criteria, based on the above-mentioned evaluation criteria, freezing stability and usability (nodding, stickiness, The freshness, penetration, and moistness after application) were evaluated.

From the results of Tables 2 to 4, the beauty oils of Examples 1 to 27 according to the present invention are excellent in usability (skin extension, stickiness, refreshment, penetration feeling, moist after application), and low temperature 0 It can be seen that there is no freezing at 0 ° C. and excellent freezing stability.
On the other hand, from the results shown in Table 5, when the blending amount of the silicone oil having a viscosity of 20 mPa · s or less at 25 ° C. of component (a) is less than 10.0% by mass, it is frozen when stored at a low temperature (0 ° C.). (Comparative Examples 1, 4, 7 and 8). When blended in excess of 30% by mass, although there was no problem with freezing stability, the stickiness, refreshment, and penetrability were inferior (Comparative Example 2). And 5). Moreover, what does not contain the ester oil whose IOB is 0.1-0.6 in the organic conceptual diagram of a component (b) in the range of 10.0-30.0 mass% is inferior to usability, such as stickiness (comparative example) 2, 4, 5, 7, and 9) and those that do not contain the jojoba oil of component (c) in the range of 10.0 to 25.0% by mass cannot obtain satisfactory results in the moistness after coating. (Comparative Examples 3, 6, 8 and 9).
