Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a shoe and a sole.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, an injection molded boot provided with a slip sign that can be accurately discriminated at first glance due to wear on the sole is known (Patent Document 1). In the injection molded boot, the protrusions formed on the lower surface on the boot body side are arranged at positions corresponding to desired protrusions among a plurality of protrusions formed as a design shape on the bottom surface of the shoe sole, and the height thereof is further The top surface of the protrusion is configured to be slightly larger or flush with the thick surface of the shoe sole base of the protrusion, and the material of the shoe sole has a color different from that of the protrusion. Then, injection molding is performed twice (paragraph 0007) or three times (paragraph 0009) to form the above structure.
Moreover, since the boot structure described in paragraph 0009 of Patent Document 1 needs to form a two-layered sole, it is necessary to perform injection molding twice to form the sole. It is.
The above-mentioned conventional injection-molded boot needs to be injection-molded twice or more in order to form a sole that can discriminate wear of the sole. An object of the present invention is to provide a shoe sole capable of discriminating wear and a shoe having the shoe sole without performing such many injection moldings.

The sole according to claim 8 is:
A shoe sole formed by bonding or integrally molding with the upper body on the bottom surface of the upper body to be a foot pocket,
A plurality of grounding blocks formed by a plurality of grounding bodies that stand independently of each other, which form a grounding surface with respect to the floor surface, and a trapezoidal base that is formed so that a base supporting the grounding body spreads; ,

In the shoe and the shoe sole according to the present invention, the ground contact surfaces of a plurality of ground blocks provided on the shoe bottom surface appear to be connected as the wear progresses, as a guideline for reducing the slip resistance performance due to wear. In this way, by objectively visualizing the degree of wear, there is an effect that it is possible to predict or inform the user of the shoe replacement time and the like.
In particular, in the case of a highly slip-resistant shoe sole in which a plurality of grounding blocks having a simple shape such as a rectangular parallelepiped are arranged, the deterioration of the slip resistance gradually proceeds in proportion to the wear state of the block. In such a structure in which the wear of the grounding block is visually recognized by the connecting member having a trapezoidal cross section, the connecting member is also worn with the progress of the wear of the grounding block, and the area of the grounding surface gradually becomes larger. As described above, the structure in which the ground contact surface gradually appears larger has an effect of prompting the user to change shoes.
In addition, when the grounding block is constituted by a grounding body and a base having a function of reliably grounding the grounding surface to the ground without the grounding body falling down, by providing a connecting portion on each of the grounding body and the base, This has the effect that the progress of wear can be expressed in stages.
Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 is an explanatory view of a shoe 1 according to the present invention, FIG. 1 (a) is a side view, and FIG. 1 (b) is a bottom view.
There are forms of shoe soles that are mainly referred to as single-layer bottoms or double-layer bottoms. As one form of the sole, there is one in which a shoe sole member is formed as a single body by injection molding, pressure molding, etc., and the shoe sole member is bonded to the bottom surface of the upper using an adhesive to form a shoe. is there. Further, as a form of a single layer bottom, there is one in which an upper is attached to a mold for forming a shoe sole, and a shoe sole member is integrally formed at a lower portion of the upper by injection molding or the like. Further, as one form of the two-layer bottom, a sole member is formed as a single body by injection molding, pressure molding or the like, and a cushion layer is formed between the single sole member and the upper by injection molding or pressure molding. Some of them are formed by forming.
In either case of the single-layer bottom or the double-layer bottom, the shoe sole member having the contact portion with the floor surface is formed using a molding die. The shoe 1 shown in FIG. 1 represents an example in which a shoe bottom portion is formed as a two-layer bottom. In the shoe 1 shown in the figure, a shoe
Further, the shoe 1 is formed as a shoe having high slip resistance, which is difficult to slip on a floor surface wet with water or oil, and the shoe

FIG. 2A is a perspective view of the portion indicated by the arrow B in FIG. 1A, and a connecting

FIG. 2B is an explanatory view of the portion indicated by the arrow C shown in FIG. 2A, and the state where the
When there is water or oil on the floor surface, the
However, when the

The
Similarly to the shoe 1 described above, the

FIG. 4A is a perspective view of the portion indicated by the arrow E in FIG. 3A and represents a connecting

FIG. 4B is an explanatory view of the portion indicated by the arrow E shown in FIG. 3A, where the grounding

However, when the grounding
In the
FIG. 5 is an explanatory diagram relating to still another embodiment. The grounding block shown in FIG. 5A is common to the grounding block shown in FIG. In the following description, common parts are denoted by the same reference numerals.
In the grounding block shown in FIG. 5 (a), two grounding
The grounding block shown in FIG. 5A is different from the grounding block shown in FIG. 4A in that a connecting portion (first part) is further provided between the two grounding
From the initial state shown in FIG. 5A, when the grounding
Then, when the grounding body further wears after the two grounding
In the embodiment, for the purpose of recognizing the wear state, it has two types of connection bodies (first connection body, second connection body) having different heights (two or more types can be used), The progress of wear can be expressed in stages. Therefore, it is possible to predict to some extent the replacement time of the slip resistant shoes.
The present invention can be used for shoes and soles, and is particularly suitable for shoes and soles having high slip resistance.
