材 料:エチレンプロピレンゴム及びブタジエンゴムによって変性されたエチレンビニルアセテート樹脂低発泡体(発泡倍率約5倍)
厚 さ:20mm
25%圧縮硬さ(JIS K6767):7.94N/cm2(0.81kgf/cm2)
反発弾性(JIS K6301):55%
エアマット
厚 さ:70mm
エアー圧:27.6kPa(4.0psi)
上部弾性層
材 料:エチレンビニルアセテート樹脂発泡体(発泡倍率約15倍)
厚 さ:30mm
25%圧縮硬さ(JIS K6767):4.0N/cm2(0.41kgf/cm2)
反発弾性(JIS K6301):65%
下部弾性層(6)および上部弾性層(7)は構成例1で使用したものと同じものである。
下部弾性層:厚さ20mm
エアマット:厚さ70mm、エアー圧:20.7kPa(3.0psi)
上部弾性層:厚さ30mm
下部弾性層(6)は構成例1で使用したものと同じものであり、上部弾性層(7)は構成例1で使用したものとは厚さのみが異なる。
下部弾性層:厚さ20mm
エアマット:厚さ70mm、エアー圧27.6kPa(4.0psi)
上部弾性層:厚さ40mm
下部弾性層:厚さ20mm
エアマット:厚さ70mm、エアー圧20.7kPa(3.0psi)
上部弾性層:厚さ:30mm

Claims (15)
- 建築物の床面上に所定間隔おきに分散配置される多数個の弾性支脚部材と、この弾性支脚部材群上に載置支承されて敷き並べられかつ相互に一体的に連結された多数個の剛性単位床パネルと、この剛性単位床パネル板群上に敷設された緩衝用エアマットと、更にこのエアマット上に敷設された繊維敷物とを含み、
更に、前記剛性単位床パネルと緩衝用エアマットとの間に介在配置され合成樹脂発泡体からなる下部弾性層、および前記緩衝用エアマットと上面の繊維敷物との間に介在配置され合成樹脂発泡体からなる上部弾性層のうちの少なくとも一方を含み、
前記緩衝用エアマットは、
2枚の内部シートの対向面間に多数の連繋糸が渡されることによって該対向面間に空間を有する連繋体となされるとともに、
前記連繋体が非通気性の外部シートに被覆されることによって前記空間を気密状態とするマット本体が形成され、
さらに前記マット本体の所要位置に前記空間内に空気を給排する閉塞可能な給排気口を備えたものである、
ことを特徴とする体操用ゆか構造物。 - 前記下部弾性層および上部弾性層の両方を含む請求項1に記載の体操用ゆか構造物。
- 前記弾性支脚部材はコイルスプリング型支脚部材または合成樹脂発泡体型支脚部材である請求項1または2に記載の体操用ゆか構造物。
- 前記剛性単位床パネルが合板製である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の体操用ゆか構造物。
- 緩衝用エアマットにおける前記内部シートは、織り地である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の体操用ゆか構造物。
- 緩衝用エアマットにおける前記連繋糸は、前記織り地に織り込まれている請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の体操用ゆか構造物。
- 緩衝用エアマットにおける前記連繋糸の密度が1〜5本/cm2である請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の体操用ゆか構造物。
- 緩衝用エアマットにおける前記外部シートは、ウレタン系樹脂からなる請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の体操用ゆか構造物。
- 緩衝用エアマットは、厚さ30〜100mmである請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の体操用ゆか構造物。
- 緩衝用エアマットは、内部のエアー圧が10〜30kPaに設定されている請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の体操用ゆか構造物。
- 前記繊維敷物は、カットパイルカーペットからなる請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の体操用ゆか構造物。
- 前記下部弾性層は、厚さ10〜30mm、25%圧縮硬さ(JIS K6767準拠)6.86〜9.80N/cm2、反発弾性(JIS K6301準拠)50〜60%の合成樹脂発泡体からなる請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の体操用ゆか構造物。
- 前記下部弾性層は、ポリオレフィン樹脂発泡体またはゴム変性エチレンビニルアセテート樹脂発泡体からなる請求項12に記載の体操用ゆか構造物。
- 前記上部弾性層は、厚さ20〜50mm、25%圧縮硬さ(JIS K6767準拠)2.94〜4.90N/cm2、反発弾性(JIS K6301準拠)60〜70%の合成樹脂発泡体からなる請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の体操用ゆか構造物。
- 前記上部弾性層は、ポリオレフィン樹脂発泡体またはエチレンビニルアセテート樹脂発泡体からなる請求項14に記載の体操用ゆか構造物。
