Claims (8)
- 射出成形によって少なくとも1つの光学素子(3)が取り付けられた保持フレーム(2)であって、前記少なくとも1つの光学素子(3)は少なくとも内部全反射および/または回折によってビーム成形するために形成されている、保持フレーム(2)において、
前記光学素子(3)は前記保持フレーム(2)に取り付けるために少なくとも2つの突起部を有しており、
前記少なくとも2つの突起部(15)は周縁部にあるアーチ(19)によって前記保持フレーム(2)に保持される
ことを特徴とする保持フレーム(2)。 - 前記光学素子(3)は自由曲面集光器状の領域、CPC状の領域、CEC状の領域および/またはCHC状の領域を有する、請求項1記載の保持フレーム(2)。
- 前記光学素子(3)は角錐台状の領域または円錐台状の領域を有する、請求項1または2記載の保持フレーム(2)。
- 前記光学素子(3)を側方から包囲する閉じた包囲壁(5)を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の保持フレーム(2)。
- 前記包囲壁(5)の前記光学素子(3)の方向を向いた内面(13)が吸光性の表面構造を有する、請求項4記載の保持フレーム(2)。
- 熱可塑性合成樹脂、特にPPSから成る、請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載の保持フレーム(2)。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載の保持フレーム(2)を有する照明装置、特に車両ヘッドライトモジュールであって、前記光学素子(3)に対して特に一次光学系として直列に配置された少なくとも1つの半導体光源、特に発光ダイオード(25)を有していることを特徴とする照明装置。
- 保持フレーム(2)と該保持フレーム(2)に取り付けられた光学素子(3)とから成るシステムを形成する方法において、前記光学素子(3)が周縁部にあるアーチ(19)によって複数の取付け突起部(15)においてのみ前記保持フレームと一体にモールドされるように前記保持フレーム(2)を射出成形するステップを少なくとも有する、ことを特徴とする方法。
