Description

The present invention relates to a cushioning member that is accommodated in a packaging box such as a carton box and that reduces an impact on an object placed in the packaging box, and a packaging structure in which the object is accommodated in the packaging box using the cushioning member.

Conventionally, a medical container package in which a plurality of soft medical containers are packed has been proposed (see Patent Document 1). In this medical packaging body, a bottom plate member (buffer member) having a flap portion (foot plate portion) is placed so that the flap portion comes into contact with the bottom portion of the packaging box body, and the flap is longer than the flap portion of the bottom plate member. A structure in which an intermediate plate member having a portion (foot plate portion) is placed in the packaging box body such that the flap portion is inserted between the flap portion of the bottom plate member and the inner wall of the packaging box body and comes into contact with the bottom portion It has become. Then, a plurality of medical containers are stacked on the upper plate portion (support plate portion) of the bottom plate member so that a gap is formed between the upper plate portion (support plate portion) of the middle plate member, A plurality of medical containers are stacked on the upper plate portion of the middle plate member.

According to such a medical container package, since the load of the medical container stacked on the intermediate plate member (buffer member) is not applied to the medical container stacked on the bottom plate member, the package is dropped. In this case, the load of the medical container stacked on the intermediate plate member can be absorbed by the intermediate plate member. In addition, since a gap is formed between the medical container stacked on the bottom plate member (buffer member) and the upper plate portion (support plate portion) of the middle plate member, when the package is dropped Even if the middle plate member is deformed by the weight of the medical container, it is difficult to reach the medical container in which the deformed portion of the middle plate member is stacked on the bottom plate member. For this reason, the load of the medical container overlaid on the bottom plate member (buffer member) is effectively applied to the bottom plate member without applying the load of the medical container placed on the middle plate member at the time of dropping. It can be absorbed at.

Japanese Patent Application No. 2007-20710

By the way, in the medical container package mentioned above, each flap part (footboard) of the buffer member as an intermediate board member between each flap part (footboard part) of the buffering member as a bottom board member and the inner wall of a packaging box main body. Part), the cushioning member as the bottom plate member must be arranged at the approximate center of the bottom portion without the flap portion (foot plate portion) contacting the inner wall of the packaging box body. For this reason, the buffer member as the bottom plate member must be aimed at the approximate center of the bottom portion and put into the packaging box body, and it is difficult to perform the work efficiently. In addition, it is conceivable to turn the packaging box body upside down, from the bottom side, put the buffer member as the middle plate member first and put the buffer member as the bottom plate member later, but in this way, the medical container It is necessary to turn the packaging box body upside down after storage. If the packaging box body is turned over with the medical containers accommodated in this manner, the arrangement of the medical containers accommodated will be disturbed.

This invention is made | formed in view of such a situation, and provides the buffer member which can perform the arrangement | positioning work to the predetermined position of the bottom part of a packaging box efficiently.

The shock-absorbing member according to the present invention is a shock-absorbing member formed in a trapezoidal shape by a rectangular support plate portion on which an object is to be placed and a foot plate portion that continues downward from each edge of the support plate portion. ,
One foot plate portion extending downward from the edge has an extension portion of a predetermined length exceeding one corner joined to the edge, and
At least one other foot plate portion extending in a direction orthogonal to the one foot plate portion has the extension portion.

With such a configuration, since the foot plate portions extending from the edge of the support plate portion so as to be orthogonal to each other have the extension portion, when the buffer member is put in the packaging box having the rectangular bottom portion, the foot plate portions are orthogonal to each other. If the tip of the extension part of the foot plate part extending in the direction is applied to the inner wall orthogonal to the packaging box, the buffer member has a gap between at least the foot plate part having the extension part and the inner wall of the packaging box. Will be able to enter.

Moreover, the buffer member which concerns on this invention WHEREIN: The extension part of the said one footplate part and the extension part of another footplate part can be comprised so that it may become equal.

Furthermore, the shock-absorbing member according to the present invention can be configured such that all four foot plate portions extending downward from each edge of the rectangular support plate portion have the extension portions.

With such a configuration, if the extension portions of the four foot plate portions extending downward from each side of the rectangular support plate portion are applied to the four inner walls of the packaging box, they are placed between the inner wall of the packaging box. The buffer member can be inserted with a certain gap.

The projecting directions of the extension portions of all the four foot plate portions from the support plate portion may be different from each other.

A packaging structure according to the present invention is a packaging structure in which an object is accommodated in a packaging box using any of the aforementioned cushioning members, and the lower end of the foot plate portion contacts the bottom of the packaging box. A rectangular support plate portion on which the object is to be placed, and the buffer that continues downward from each edge of the support plate portion. A partition member formed in a large shape by a foot plate portion that is taller than the foot plate portion of the member, and a lower end of the foot plate portion abuts against a bottom portion of the packaging box and supports the support plate portion and the buffer member A plurality of the objects are arranged side by side on the buffer plate so as to form an accommodation space for the object between the plate and the support plate.

In the packing structure according to the present invention, any of the buffer members described above can be used as the partition member.

Moreover, the packing structure which concerns on this invention WHEREIN: The said object is a pouch with a spout, It can be set as the structure mounted in multiple numbers so that it may overlap partially on the said support plate part.

According to the buffer member according to the present invention, the buffer member can be inserted with a gap between each of the second foot plate portions extending in directions orthogonal to each other and the inner wall of the packaging box. Can be efficiently arranged at a predetermined position on the bottom of the packaging box such that the gap is formed between the inner wall and the inner wall.

Further, according to the packaging structure according to the present invention, a gap is formed between the buffer member and the inner wall of the packaging box. Therefore, the foot plate portion of the partition member is inserted into the gap and the partition member is placed above the buffer member. Can be easily stacked on each other. As a result, packing work can be performed efficiently.

It is formed at a predetermined position in the boundary portion between the portion 11 and the fourth foot plate portion 12d. Thereby, the buffer member 10 can be easily inserted into and removed from the carton box.

An example of a package using the buffer member 10 having the above-described structure will be described with reference to FIGS.

In FIG. 5, in this package, the first buffer member 10 having the structure as described above and the second buffer member 20 (partition member) having a structure different from the structure described above are used.

First, the first buffer member 10 having the structure described above is placed in a carton box 100 (packaging box) having a rectangular bottom. The support plate portion 11 of the first buffer member 10 is smaller than the bottom surface of the carton box 100, and the buffer member 10 is accommodated in the carton box 100 by the extension portions 12aa to 12da of the foot plate portions 12a to 12d. The front end is formed along the inner wall of the carton box 100. When the first buffer member 10 reaches the bottom of the carton box 100, as shown in FIG. 6, the peripheral portion of the buffer member 10, specifically, the first foot plate portion 12a and the second foot plate portion 12b. A gap S corresponding to the length Δ of each of the extension portions 12aa to 12da is formed between the third foot plate portion 12c and the fourth foot plate portion 12d and the inner wall of the carton box 100. In this state, the support plate portion 11 of the first buffer member 10 is disposed at the center of the bottom portion of the carton box 100.

Returning to FIG. 5, when the first buffer member 10 is housed in the carton box 100 in this way, a plurality of (for example, six) pouches with spout P on the support plate portion 11 of the buffer member 10 are oriented in the spout direction. It is placed so that it partially overlaps while changing sequentially. Next, the second buffer member 20 is housed in the carton box 100 so that the foot plate part enters the gap S between the foot plate parts 12 a to 12 d of the first buffer member 10 and the inner wall of the carton box 100. .

The second buffer member 20 is configured as shown in FIG. In FIG. 7, the second buffer member 20 is formed of, for example, corrugated paper and has a rectangular support plate portion 21 on which an object is placed, and a first edge 21 a and a second edge 21 b of the support plate 21. The first foot plate portion 22a, the second foot plate portion 22b, the third foot plate portion 22c, and the fourth foot plate portion 22d extending downward from the third edge 21c and the fourth edge 21d are formed in a trapezoidal shape. . The support plate portion 21 is larger than the support plate portion 11 of the first buffer member 10 (see FIGS. 1 to 3) described above, and is smaller than the bottom portion of the carton box 100. The height of each footplate part 22a-22d is larger than the height of each footplate part 12a-12d of the 1st buffer member 10 mentioned above. The second foot plate portion 22b does not reach the end (corner) of the second edge 21b of the support plate portion 21 on the first edge 21a side, and the second foot plate portion 22b and the first foot plate portion 22a. The 1st clearance gap part 25a is formed between the one end parts. The third foot plate portion 22c does not reach the end (corner) of the third edge 21c of the support plate portion 21 on the second edge 21b side, and the third foot plate portion 22c and the second foot plate portion 22b A second gap 25b is formed between them. The fourth foot plate portion 22d does not reach the end (corner) of the fourth edge 21d of the support plate portion 21 on the third edge 21c side, and the fourth foot plate portion 22d and the third foot plate portion 22c A third gap 25c is formed between them. Further, the first foot plate portion 22a does not reach the end (corner) of the first edge 21a of the support plate portion 21 on the fourth edge 21d side, and the first foot plate portion 22a and the fourth foot plate portion 22d. A fourth gap portion 25d is formed between the two.

Similarly to the first buffer member 10 (FIGS. 1 to 3), the holes 24a and 24b for hooking fingers are formed between the support plate portion 21 and the second foot plate portion 22b with the second edge 21b interposed therebetween. It is formed at a predetermined position of the boundary portion between the support plate portion 21 and the fourth foot plate portion 22d with the fourth edge 21d interposed therebetween at a predetermined position of the boundary portion. As a result, the second buffer member 20 can be easily inserted into and removed from the carton box 100.

As shown in FIG. 8, the second buffer member 20 having the above-described structure (see FIG. 7) has a gap between the first foot plate portion 12 a of the first buffer member 10 already stored in the carton box 100 and the inner wall. The first foot plate portion 22a is in S, the second foot plate portion 22b is in the gap S between the second foot plate portion 12b of the first buffer member 10 and the inner wall, and the third foot plate portion of the first buffer member 10 is. The third foot plate portion 22c enters the gap S between the 12c and the inner wall, and the fourth foot plate portion 22d enters the gap S between the fourth foot plate portion 12d of the first buffer member 10 and the inner wall. In a carton box 100. At this time, the first gap portion 25a between the second foot plate portion 22b and the first foot plate portion 22a of the second cushioning member 20, and the first gap portion between the third foot plate portion 22c and the second foot plate portion 22b. 2 gap portion 25b, a third gap portion 25c between the fourth foot plate portion 22d and the third foot plate portion 22c, and a fourth gap portion 25d between the first foot plate portion 22a and the fourth foot plate portion 22d. In addition, the first extension portion 12aa of the first foot plate portion 12a of the first buffer member 10, the second extension portion 12ba of the second foot plate portion 12b, the third extension portion 12ca of the third foot plate portion 12c, and the fourth foot. The fourth extension portion 12da of the plate portion 12d is positioned, and the foot plate portions 22a to 22d of the second buffer member 20 are in contact with the bottom portion of the carton box 100.

Returning to FIG. 5, when the second cushioning member 20 is housed in the carton box 100 in this way, a plurality of (for example, six) pouches with spouts P are partially formed on the support plate portion 21 of the second cushioning member 20. Placed so as to overlap. Further, a partition board 40 made of corrugated paper is placed on a plurality of spout pouches P placed on the second buffer member 20, and a plurality of (for example, six) pouches with a spout P are placed on the partition board 40. Are placed so that they partially overlap. Finally, the lid of the carton box 100 is closed, and as shown in FIG. 9, a package body in which the pouches with spouts P are stored in three layers in the carton box 100 is completed.

In such a package, the pouch P with three stages of spouts is placed on the first shock-absorbing member 10 for one step and on the second shock-absorbing member 20 for two steps. The first buffer member 10 and the second buffer member 20 can sufficiently withstand an impact such as a drop of 100 without being damaged. Further, the first buffer member 10 causes the second buffer member 20 to receive an impact on the pouch P with a spout for one step due to the bending of the support plate portion 11 made of corrugated paper supported by the four foot plates 12a to 12d. However, due to the bending of the corrugated cardboard support plate portion 22 supported by the four foot plate portions 22a to 22d, the impact on the two-stage spout pouch P is alleviated.

According to the buffer member (first buffer member) 10 as described above, the first foot plate portion 12a continuing downward from the first edge 11a joined to the first corner 13a of the support plate portion 11 has the first corner 13a. The second leg plate portion 12b having a first extension portion 12aa having a predetermined length Δ beyond the second edge 11b joined to the second corner 13b and extending downward from the second corner 13b extends beyond the second corner 13b to a predetermined length. A third leg plate portion 12c having a second extension portion 12ba that becomes Δ and continuing downward from the third edge 11c joined to the third corner 13c exceeds the third corner 13c and has a predetermined length Δ. The fourth foot plate portion 12d having an extension portion 12ca and continuing downward from the fourth edge 11d joined to the fourth corner 13d has a fourth extension portion 12da having a predetermined length beyond the fourth corner 13d. Therefore, the buffer member 10 is placed in the carton box 100 having a rectangular bottom. Each of the first extension portion 12aa of the first foot plate portion 12a and the second extension portion 12ba of the second foot plate portion 12b extending in the orthogonal direction, and the third foot extending in the orthogonal direction, respectively. If the tips of the third extension portion 12ca of the plate portion 12c and the fourth extension portion 12da of the fourth foot plate portion 12d are respectively applied to the four inner walls of the carton box 100, they are located between the inner walls of the carton box 100. The buffer member 10 can be put into the carton box 100 with the gap S. That is, the buffer member 10 can be arranged at the center of the bottom of the carton box 100. Thus, when putting the buffer member 10 into the carton box 100, just aim the extension plate 12 aa to 12 da at the end of each foot plate part 12 a to 12 d along the inner wall of the carton box 100, and aim at the approximate center of the bottom part. Since it is no longer necessary to define, the work can be performed efficiently.

And since the clearance gap S is formed between each foot board part 12a-12d of the 1st buffer member 10 (buffer member) accommodated in the carton box 100, and the inner wall of the carton box 100, the leg | foot of the 2nd buffer member 20 The plate portions 22a to 22d can be easily put into the gap S, and as a result, the second buffer member 20 can be efficiently stored in the carton box 100.

In the example described above, all four foot plate portions 12a to 12d of the buffer member 10 (first buffer member) have the extended portions 12aa to 12da, but at least two foot plate portions extending in the orthogonal direction. As long as the has an extension. For example, a combination of the extension portion 12aa and the extension portion 12ba, a combination of the extension portion 12aa and the extension portion 12da, or a combination of the extension portion 12aa and the extension portion extending from the foot plate portion 12d to the opposite side of the extension portion 12da may be used. In that case, each of the foot plate portions 12a to 12d of the buffer member 10 and the carton can be obtained by putting the buffer member 10 into the carton box 100 with the ends of the extension portions of the two foot plate portions being along the inner wall of the carton box 100. A gap S is formed between the inner wall of the box 100.

Another example of the arrangement of the pouches with spouts P in the package described above is shown in FIGS. In the arrangement example (No. 1) shown in FIG. 10, a plurality of (for example, six) pouches with spouts P in each stage are arranged so that the spouts are in a fixed direction and partially overlap. Further, in the arrangement example (No. 2) shown in FIG. 11, in each stage, five pouches with spouts P are arranged so as to partially overlap with the spouts directed in a certain direction, and three pouches P It is arranged on the pouches P so as to partially overlap in a direction orthogonal to the direction of the five pouches P. Further, in the arrangement example (No. 3) shown in FIG. 12, three pouches with spouts P are arranged so as to partially overlap in the vertical direction with the spouts directed in a certain direction, and next to the three pouches with spouts. P is similarly arranged so that the spout is partially overlapped in the vertical direction with the spout directed in a certain direction. Further, in the arrangement example (No. 4) shown in FIG. 13, four pouches with spouts P are arranged so as to partially overlap each other as shown in FIG. Similarly, the pouches P with spouts are arranged so as to partially overlap while alternately changing the direction of the spouts. In the arrangement example shown in FIG. 13, the spout has two directions. However, since it is only changed alternately, the packaging can be easily automated.

Moreover, the buffer member which can be utilized as the 2nd buffer member 20 can be comprised as shown in FIG.

In FIG. 15, the buffer member 30 is a rectangular support on which an object is placed, like the first buffer member 10 (see FIGS. 1 to 3) and the second buffer member 20 (see FIG. 7). The plate portion 31, the first foot plate portion 32a, the second foot plate portion 32b, and the third foot that continue downward from the first edge 31a, the second edge 31b, the third edge 31c, and the fourth edge 31d of the support plate 31. The plate portion 32c and the fourth foot plate portion 32d are formed in a trapezoidal shape. And like the 1st buffer member 10 mentioned above, the 1st foot board part 32a has the 1st extension part 32aa, the 2nd foot board part 32b has the 2nd extension part 32ba, and the 3rd foot board part. 32c has the 3rd extension part 32ca, and the 4th foot board part 32d has the 4th extension part 32da. Similarly to the second buffer member 20 described above (see FIG. 7), the second foot plate portion 32 b reaches the end (corner) of the second edge 31 b of the support plate member 31 on the first edge 31 a side. The first gap portion 35a is formed between the second foot plate portion 32b and the first foot plate portion 32a. The third foot plate portion 32c does not reach the end (corner) of the third edge 31c of the support plate portion 31 on the second edge 31b side, and the third foot plate portion 32c and the second foot plate portion 32b A second gap 35b is formed between them. The fourth foot plate portion 32d does not reach the end (corner) of the fourth edge 31d of the support plate portion 31 on the third edge 31c side, and the fourth foot plate portion 32d and the third foot plate portion 32c A third gap 35c is formed between them. Further, the first foot plate portion 32a does not reach the end (corner) of the first edge 31a of the support plate portion 31 on the fourth edge 31d side, and the first foot plate portion 32a and the fourth foot plate portion 32d. A fourth gap portion 35d is formed between the first end portion and the first end portion.

The extension portions 32aa to 32da of the foot plate portions 32a to 32d are extensions of the foot plate portions 12a to 12d in the first buffer member 10 because the support plate portion 31 is larger than the support plate portion 11 of the first buffer member 10. It is shorter than the parts 12aa to 12da. However, as with the first buffer member 10 (see FIG. 4), the distance a between the tip of the extension portion 32aa of the first foot plate portion 32a and the tip of the extension portion 32ca of the third foot plate portion 32c is Corresponding to the lateral length of the rectangular bottom portion of the carton box 100 in which the buffer member 30 is accommodated, the tip of the extension portion 32ba of the second foot plate portion 32b and the tip of the extension portion 32da of the fourth foot plate portion 32d The distance b is set so as to correspond to the longitudinal length of the rectangular bottom portion of the carton box 100 in which the buffer member 30 is accommodated.

As in the case of the first buffer member 10 (see FIGS. 1 to 3) and the second buffer member 20 (see FIG. 7), the holes 34a and 34b for hooking fingers are supported across the second edge 31b. It is formed at a predetermined position at the boundary portion between the plate portion 31 and the second foot plate portion 32b, and at a predetermined position at the boundary portion between the support plate portion 31 and the fourth foot plate portion 32d across the fourth edge 31d. Yes.

When the buffer member 30 having such a structure is used as the second buffer member, when the buffer member 30 is placed in the carton box 100, the ends of the extension portions 32aa to 32da of the foot plate portions 32a to 32d are connected to the carton box 100. When the carton box 100 is placed along the inner wall, the footboard parts 12a to 12d of the first buffer member 10 in which the footboard parts 32a to 32d are already stored and the inner wall of the carton box 100 are naturally placed. It enters the gap S between the two. Therefore, the second buffer member can be stored in the carton box 100 more efficiently. Further, since a predetermined gap is formed between the foot plate portions 32a to 32d of the buffer member 30 and the carton box 100, the next buffer member can be easily accommodated in the carton box 100. become.

In the package, the combination is matched to the size of the pouch with the spout (the object to be placed) and the carton, such as omitting the partition plate or overlapping three or more buffer members (two or more partition members). Can be selected appropriately. When two or more partition members are stacked, it is desirable to apply the buffer member having the extension of the present invention, such as the buffer member 30.

Moreover, as shown in each development view, the buffer member can be configured by a simple operation of bending the four sides of the flat plate to form the foot plate portion, which can contribute to automation of the packing operation.

As described above, the shock-absorbing member according to the present invention has an effect that it is possible to efficiently perform the arrangement work of the bottom of the packaging box at a predetermined position, and is accommodated in a packaging box such as a carton box. It is useful as a cushioning material for reducing the impact on the object placed in the packaging box.
