Description

The present invention relates to a building provided with a ventilation region that crosses in the north-south direction.

External climatic factors such as temperature and humidity vary greatly with the season and time, and if the external climatic factors remain the indoor environment of the house is not comfortable, some countermeasures are necessary. Traditional Japanese houses in the era when there was no electricity cooling and heating facilities, especially in the summer, provided thick roofs, deep eaves and fences that block sunlight, and large openings. The idea was to make it easy to obtain ventilation.

On the other hand, in recent residences, a comfortable indoor environment that is cool in the summer and warm in the winter can be obtained by a full air conditioning system, and energy consumption is increased by making the house highly insulated and airtight. The idea to reduce is also made.

In recent years, even in the case of high insulation and high airtightness, energy consumption due to the operation of air conditioning facilities has been increasing year by year, which is one of the causes of environmental problems such as global warming. It has become. For this reason, even in buildings such as houses with high thermal insulation and high airtightness, measures have been made to contribute to further energy saving by utilizing the blessings of nature due to the wind. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2).
JP 2007-120063 A JP 2007-132154 A

The buildings described in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 can efficiently aspirate the inside of the building without using a so-called central ventilator by the outside air introduced into the building during a good climate such as spring or autumn. However, in order to reduce energy consumption more effectively, winds are more actively taken into the interior of buildings as needed, as in traditional Japanese houses, such as hot summers. There is a demand for the development of a new technology that allows the coolness of natural ventilation to be obtained at certain times so that the use of cooling devices can be suppressed.

That is, it is generally known that when a human body receives a wind with a wind speed of, for example, 0.3 m / s or more, the speed at which heat escapes from the body surface increases, and the sensible temperature decreases. Therefore, for example, a wind of moderate wind speed of 0.3 m / s or more is actively taken into the building, and a ventilation path through which the taken wind is smoothly passed is easily formed inside the building. It is considered that the load on the cooling device can be effectively reduced by lowering the sensible temperature of the occupants on the formed ventilation path.

The present invention actively takes wind into the interior of the building and allows a ventilation path to smoothly pass the taken-in wind to be easily formed inside the building. It aims at providing the building which can get cool by effectively.

In addition, a skip floor is provided at a height of 1.5 layers from the floor of the intermediate area above the intermediate atrium, and the north area is on the north side where the opening window is provided. A north-side atrium part that is an open-air part having an openable window that can be opened and closed at the upper side, and the north-side area part has a ceiling at a height of two layers from the floor of the north-side area part parts are provided, on the southern region unit, the The upper floor on the south side is provided at a height of one layer from the floor of the side area, and the indoor space of the upper floor part having an openable window that can be opened and closed on the outer wall facing the south side is formed, An intermediate upper floor is provided at a height position corresponding to one layer from the floor of the middle region portion at a portion between the skip floor and the north side atrium portion, and an upper floor portion of the north region portion is provided. An indoor space is formed, and a ventilation opening is provided in a step portion between the south upper floor on the south side and the intermediate upper floor on the north side below the skip floor, and The partition wall between the indoor space and the indoor space of the upper floor portion of the south side area portion is provided with an openable and closable opening window, and the indoor space above the skip floor and the upper side of the north side area portion are provided. Openable windows that can be opened and closed are provided on the partition wall between the floor and the indoor space. A partition wall having a ventilating opening that can be opened and closed between the intermediate region and the lower floor portion of the south region, and between the intermediate region and the lower floor portion of the north region. The above object is achieved by providing a building that is partitioned and provided with an attic storage part that can be taken in and out of the skip floor in the attic part above the ceiling part of the north region. It is a thing.

Here, the north-south direction in the above description does not mean a strict north-south direction, but includes, for example, a direction from 0 to 30 degrees east or west from the strict north-south direction.

In addition, the height of 1.5 layers in the above description is generally equivalent to the height of one layer of a building having a height of about 230 to 400 cm by adding about half the height of this one layer. The height located in the middle of the height of two layers and the height of two layers is abbreviated. It includes a height of about 40 to 1.75 times. In addition, the skip floor is an abbreviation for a floor that is generally arranged at the height position of the middle portion of one layer having a height of about 230 to 400 cm, and is one layer from the reference floor. In addition to the height of 1/2 of the height, it includes a floor disposed at a height of about 40 to 75% of the height of one layer.

And as for the building of this invention, it is preferable that the indoor space of the upper floor part of the said south side area | region becomes a sunroom.

Moreover, it is preferable that the indoor space of the lower floor part of the said south side area part becomes a sunroom in the building of this invention.

Furthermore, it is preferable that the building of this invention is planted on the outer side of the outer wall facing the north side of the north side region portion to form a cool spot .

Still further, in the building of the present invention, it is preferable that an exhaust opening that extends from the ceiling to the roof is provided above the north side atrium.

In the building of the present invention, the north side atrium is preferably a staircase.

And according to the building of the present invention, the south side region having an openable window that can be opened and closed on the outer wall facing the south side, the north side region having the openable window that can be opened and closed on the outer wall facing the north side, and the south side region A ventilation area composed of an intermediate area provided between the north area and the north area is provided across the building in the north-south direction, and the intermediate area includes an intermediate atrium part whose upper part is an aerial part. In addition, a skip floor is provided at a height of 1.5 layers from the floor of the intermediate region above the intermediate atrium, and the north region is a portion facing the north where an opening window is provided In addition, the north side region portion is provided with a ceiling portion at a height of two layers from the floor of the north region region, Pass through the steps on the south and north sides below the skip floor. The opening is provided.

Therefore, for example, in the hot season of summer, the opening window of the outer wall facing the south side, the opening window of the outer wall facing the north side, and the ventilation opening of the stepped portion below the skip floor are opened, so that the south side Between the outer wall facing the north side and the outer wall facing the north side, in addition to the ventilation path that flows in the horizontal direction for each floor, through the ventilation openings in the stepped part below the skip floor provided in the middle area, A ventilation path that flows diagonally across the bridge is secured. Thereby, the ventilation path of the wind which flows continuously across the building in the north-south direction is smoothly formed in a wide range in the vertical direction across the upper and lower floors of the ventilation area. Further, the attic portion above the ceiling portion of the north region can be effectively used as an attic storage portion that can be taken in and out of the skip floor.

In the building of the present invention, the intermediate region portion and the south region portion, and the intermediate region portion and the north region portion are each partitioned by a partition wall having an openable and closable ventilation opening. If this is done, it becomes possible to increase the independence of the south region, the intermediate region, and the north region, and to use them efficiently as a living part for different purposes. Can be used as In addition, by closing the ventilation openings provided in these partition walls and the opening windows provided in the outer walls of the south region and the north region, the south region and the north region are connected to the intermediate region. It can be used as a heat buffer space.

In the building of the present invention, if a south upper floor is provided in the south region at a height of one layer from the floor of the south region, the upper side of the south upper floor It becomes possible to effectively use as a living part, and an intermediate upper floor is provided at a height of one layer from the floor of the intermediate area part in the part between the skip floor and the north side atrium part. If this is done, it becomes possible to effectively use the upper part of the intermediate upper floor as a residential part of the upper floor.

Furthermore, in the building of the present invention, if an exhaust opening that extends from the ceiling to the roof is provided above the north atrium, the effect of the north atrium that promotes vertical ventilation by the rising airflow and Together, warm air that has been heated by heat sources inside buildings such as human bodies, home appliances, and lighting equipment, and has become easy to collect near the ceiling, can be efficiently discharged outside by ventilation. A thermal function can be exhibited to effectively suppress an increase in the temperature inside the building.

Furthermore, in the building of the present invention, the north atrium is used as a staircase to effectively use the north atrium where a ceiling portion is provided at a height of two layers, and an efficient floor plan. It is possible to design a plan.

According to the building of the present invention, the wind is actively taken into the building, and a ventilation path for smoothly passing the taken-in wind is easily formed inside the building. For example, in a hot summer season Cooling by natural ventilation can be effectively obtained.

Moreover, in this embodiment, the planting 28 is given to the outer side of the outer wall 21 which faced the north side of the north side area | region part 16, and the cool spot is formed.

And according to the building 10 of this embodiment which has the above-mentioned structure, while taking in a wind actively in the inside of the building 10, the ventilation path | route which allows the taken-in wind to pass smoothly is formed easily in the inside of a building. In this way, it is possible to effectively obtain coolness due to natural ventilation, for example, in a hot summer season.

That is, according to the building 10 of the present embodiment, the south region 15 having the opening window 18a that can be opened and closed on the outer wall 18 facing the south side, and the north region having the opening window 21a that can be opened and closed on the outer wall 21 facing the north side. A ventilation region 14 comprising a portion 16 and an intermediate region 17 provided between the south region 15 and the north region 16 is provided across the building 10 in the north-south direction, and the intermediate region 17 Includes an intermediate blowout portion 24 whose upper portion is a blowout portion 24a, and a skip floor 26 is provided above the intermediate blowout portion 24 at a height of 1.5 layers from the floor 17a of the intermediate region portion 17. The north side region portion 16 is provided with a north side blow-off portion 23 whose upper portion is a blow-out portion 23a having an opening window 67 in a portion facing the north side where the opening window 21 is provided. Is The ceiling portion 20 is provided at a height of two layers from the floor 16a of the north side region portion 16, and ventilation openings 62 and 63 are provided at the steps on the south side and the north side below the skip floor 26. Yes.

Therefore, for example, in the hot summer season, the opening windows 18a and 66 of the outer wall 18 facing the south side, the opening windows 21 and 67 of the outer wall facing the north side, and the ventilation openings 62 and 63 of the step portion below the skip floor 26 are provided. By being in an open state, as shown in FIG. 1, in addition to the ventilation path that flows laterally on each floor between the outer wall 18 facing the south side and the outer wall 21 facing the north side, the intermediate region 17 A ventilation path that flows obliquely across the upper and lower floors is ensured through the ventilation openings 62 and 63 in the stepped portion below the skip floor 27 provided on the floor. As a result, a ventilation path of the wind that continuously flows while traversing the building 10 in the north-south direction is smoothly formed in a wide vertical range across the upper and lower floors of the ventilation area 14. Further, the attic portion 70 above the ceiling portion 20 of the north side region portion 16 can be effectively used as the attic storage portion 40 that can be taken in and out of the skip floor 26.

Moreover, the building 10 of this embodiment is a partition wall which has the ventilation openings 19a and 22a which can be opened and closed between the intermediate | middle area | region part 17 and the south side area | region part 15, and between the intermediate | middle area | region part 17 and the north side area | region part 16. 19 and 22, so that the independence of the south region 15, the intermediate region 17, and the north region 16 is increased, and these can be efficiently used as the living units 39, 36, and 35 for different uses. Is possible. Further, the ventilation openings 19a and 22a provided in the partition walls 19 and 22 and the opening windows 18a and 21a provided in the outer walls 18 and 21 of the south region 15 and the north region 16 are closed. The south region 15 and the north region 16 can be used as a heat buffer space for the intermediate region 17.

Furthermore, if the south side upper floor 71 is provided in the south side area part 15 in the south side area part 15 in the height position for one layer from the floor 15a of the said south side area part 15, the building 10 of this embodiment will be this south side upper floor 71. Can be effectively used as the second floor sunroom 55, for example, and the height position of one layer from the floor 17a of the intermediate region 17 in the portion between the skip floor 26 and the north side atrium 23 If the intermediate upper floor 72 is provided, the upper part of the intermediate upper floor 71 can be effectively used as the second floor hall 47, for example.

Furthermore, since the building 10 of this embodiment is provided with the exhaust opening 25 that extends from the ceiling 20 to the roof 60 above the north side atrium 23, the north side that promotes vertical ventilation due to the updraft is provided. Combined with the effects of the atrium 23, warm air that has been heated by the heat source inside the building 10, such as the human body, home appliances, and lighting equipment, and easily collected in the vicinity of the ceiling, is efficiently discharged to the outside by ventilation. It becomes possible to exhibit an exhaust heat function and to effectively suppress an increase in the temperature inside the building 10.

Moreover, the building 10 of this embodiment makes efficient use of the north atrium part 23 in which the ceiling part 20 is provided at the height position for two layers by making the north atrium part 23 a staircase 35. It will be possible to design a good floor plan.

Further, the building 10 according to the present embodiment includes a large opening window 18a formed in substantially the entire area of the first floor portion 29 of the outer wall 18 facing the south side of the south region 15 in the ventilation region 14, and the second floor portion 30. For example, in the cold season of winter, sunlight for obtaining warmth can be effectively taken indoors and the south side of the skip floor 26 is provided through a large opening window 66 formed in substantially the entire area. Since the lower part of the edge portion is the opening window 62, sunlight can be taken into the interior of the building 10.

Furthermore, according to the building 10 of this embodiment, since the planting 28 is given to the outer side of the outer wall 21 facing the north side of the north side region portion 16, the portion of the planting 28 is used as a cool spot. It is possible to effectively cool the wind from the north side by utilizing the transpiration of the leaves, and the apertured window provided on the outer wall 21 of the first floor portion 29 of the north side region portion 16 with the cooled wind from the north side. The air can be efficiently taken into the ventilation region 14 from 21a.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made. For example, the ventilation region only needs to cross the north-south direction of the building, and is not necessarily provided in the central residential part between the east-side residential part and the west-side residential part. In addition, the present invention is not limited to a wooden house building, but can be applied to various other buildings, and is not limited to a two-story building.
