Description
The present invention relates to a vibration isolation technique for preventing vibration transmitted to a precision instrument body.
As one of the factors that cause errors in observation and measurement by precision instruments, vibration transmitted from the surface of the table (table or the like) or floor on which the precision instrument is installed to the precision instrument is known. As a method of preventing vibration transmitted to precision equipment, there is a method of installing a vibration isolation table between a table (table or the like) and precision equipment, or between a floor and precision equipment. However, the vibration isolation table is expensive, and if the vibration isolation table is installed, the size and weight of the entire apparatus including the precision device are increased. Therefore, a proposal has been made to prevent vibration transmitted to the precision instrument by attaching an elastic body for vibration isolation to the bottom of the precision instrument.
For example, an anti-vibration mechanism that combines a soft elastic body under a precision instrument such as a microscope and a hard elastic body combined with a microscope mounting surface such as a table and the like. Microscopes have been proposed that are incorporated in four places with gaps on the side. (Patent Document 1) In this proposal, when the microscope is greatly shaken, the side surface of the elastic body and the side surface of the concave portion at the bottom of the microscope are brought into contact with each other to quickly suppress the shaking of the microscope. In addition, since the hard elastic body comes into contact with the table surface, it is not attracted to the table surface, and the surface resistance of the hard elastic body is increased so that the position of the microscope on the table is not displaced after the microscope is installed.
However, when mounting a heavy microscope on the table surface, it is difficult to ground the four elastic bodies to the table surface at the same time, and the surface resistance of the elastic body that first contacts the table surface increases. Therefore, the microscope is installed on the table surface while the elastic body is caught on the table surface and the elastic body is bent. This phenomenon is likely to occur particularly when the microscope is heavy, and the vibration isolation performance deteriorates when the elastic body is bent. Further, when even one elastic body is bent, the return force of the bent elastic body causes a bending force to be applied to other normally installed elastic bodies, thereby degrading the vibration isolation performance.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a vibration isolation mechanism that prevents deterioration of vibration isolation performance in a precision instrument.

In addition, the
In this example, the
The

When a force is further applied in the load direction from the state shown in FIG. 3B, the state becomes C in FIG. 3, the sliding
By attaching the vibration isolation mechanism as described above to a precision instrument, the

The second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. Note that portions similar to those in FIG. 1 are described with the same reference numerals.
FIG. 4 is a configuration diagram illustrating an example of the
The
The

The shape of the

In FIG. 5A, when the

In FIG. 5B, the
When the
Further, in Example 2, before the

The
The
In the example of FIG. 6, the
An
In the example of FIG. 6, the shapes of the
By rotating the
7A shows that when the
7A, the operator rotates the
Here, in the third embodiment, the

Here, in the fourth embodiment, the
The state of A in FIG. 8 shows a state before the operator lifts the

9B, the operator moves the
As described above, the
Moreover, according to Examples 1-5, since an expensive installation stand is unnecessary, the cost of the apparatus containing a precision instrument can be restrained cheaply.
