Description
アルスロスピラ(Arthrospira)属に属する、アルスロスピラ・プラテンシス(Arthrospira Platensis)、アルスロスピラ・マキシマ(Arthrospira Maxima)、アルスロスピラ・サブサルサ(Arthrospira Subsalsa)を含み、スピルリナと称される一群の藍藻類から選択された螺旋形状を有する植物プランクトンに表面改質層が形成されており、かつ、上記表面改質層が少なくとも1層の金属メッキ層を含むと共に、表面の外膜が除去された植物プランクトンに上記表面改質層が形成されている微小螺旋構造体を製造する方法において、
螺旋形状を有する植物プランクトンに表面改質層を形成する工程の前段工程が、上記植物プランクトン表面の外膜を除去する工程を含むことを特徴とする。
請求項1に記載の微小螺旋構造体の製造方法において、
上記植物プランクトン表面の外膜を除去する工程が、有機溶剤による洗浄工程であることを特徴とし、
また、請求項3に係る発明は、
請求項1または2に記載の微小螺旋構造体の製造方法において、
螺旋形状を有する植物プランクトンを乾燥して変形された植物プランクトンの乾燥物を得る乾燥工程と、植物プランクトンの乾燥物に極性溶媒を浸透させて乾燥工程前における植物プランクトンの螺旋形状を回復させる形状復元工程を含むことを特徴とする。
Claims (3)
- アルスロスピラ(Arthrospira)属に属する、アルスロスピラ・プラテンシス(Arthrospira Platensis)、アルスロスピラ・マキシマ(Arthrospira Maxima)、アルスロスピラ・サブサルサ(Arthrospira Subsalsa)を含み、スピルリナと称される一群の藍藻類から選択された螺旋形状を有する植物プランクトンに表面改質層が形成されており、かつ、上記表面改質層が少なくとも1層の金属メッキ層を含むと共に、表面の外膜が除去された植物プランクトンに上記表面改質層が形成されている微小螺旋構造体を製造する方法において、
螺旋形状を有する植物プランクトンに表面改質層を形成する工程の前段工程が、上記植物プランクトン表面の外膜を除去する工程を含むことを特徴とする微小螺旋構造体の製造方法。 - 上記植物プランクトン表面の外膜を除去する工程が、有機溶剤による洗浄工程であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の微小螺旋構造体の製造方法。
- 螺旋形状を有する植物プランクトンを乾燥して変形された植物プランクトンの乾燥物を得る乾燥工程と、植物プランクトンの乾燥物に極性溶媒を浸透させて乾燥工程前における植物プランクトンの螺旋形状を回復させる形状復元工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の微小螺旋構造体の製造方法。
