3)ゲーム設計を改善するための推奨策をモデル化する。
4)加入者チャーン及び維持率をモデル化し、予測する。
5)重要なソーシャルプレーヤーを維持し、加入者チャーンを削減するように適時の計画的なマーケティングプログラムを開始する。
6)望ましくない社会的挙動を規制する。
7)カスタマサービス要求に優先順位を付け、送信する。及び、
8)永続的仮想環境機能強化の影響に関する適時のフィードバックを提供する。
Claims (3)
- 処理装置と、前記処理装置に結合されるメモリとを有する装置であって、
永続的仮想環境に参加する複数のオンラインエンティティの間で社会的相互作用情報を獲得するように構成されるデータ獲得論理回路と、
前回の分析以後に該データ獲得論理回路から獲得された前記社会的相互作用情報を分析し、前記永続的仮想環境の中の前記複数のオンラインエンティティの1つまたは複数のオンラインエンティティの少なくとも1つの活動に関連する挙動情報を特徴付ける状態測定基準を生成し、該状態測定基準の経時的な変化を評価する予測測定基準を生成することで、該状態測定基準及び該予測測定基準を備える前記永続的仮想環境の社会的な側面を表現する測定基準を決定するように構成され、該測定基準の傾向に基づいて複数のオンラインエンティティが所属するプレーヤーアソシエーションの解散の危機を予測するよう構成される分析論理回路と、
前記測定基準に応じて前記解散の危機を予測されたプレーヤーアソシエーションの視覚化を提示するように構成されるプレゼンテーション論理回路と、
を備える装置。 - プレーヤーアソシエーションを選択する選択コマンドを受け取るように構成される入力論理回路と、
前記選択コマンドに応えて、前記選択されたプレーヤーアソシエーションと関連付けられるドリルダウン情報を表す第2の視覚化を表示するように構成される第2のプレゼンテーション論理回路と、
を備える請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記第2の視覚化が、前記選択されたプレーヤーアソシエーションのオンラインエンティティ間の連結を表し、
前記ドリルダウン情報が、前記挙動情報を含み、
更に、他のオンラインエンティティとの連結が他のオンラインエンティティよりも多いオンラインエンティティを前記選択されたプレーヤーアソシエーションの存続に影響を及ぼすことが可能なオンラインエンティティとして識別して、該識別されたオンラインエンティティに影響を及ぼすための推奨策を提案するように構成される推奨回路を備える、
