さらに、前記装着部材の上端部に平側壁面と曲側壁面とを設けて複数組のエアゾールバルブのステムを外部から識別可能としたので、異なる内溶液を確実にそれぞれの内袋に充填することができる。
さらに、本発明の請求項5記載の複数液分配用のエアゾール装置によれば、前記補強カバー部材と前記装着部材との間に、当該補強カバー部材を当該装着部材に保持し得る保持手段を設けたので、補強カバー部材と装着部材との間に、スリットと爪などの互いを係止することができる保持手段を設けることで、補強カバー部材を装着部材に組立状態で保持することができる。
試験には、パウチとして3層を積層したもの2種類と、4層を積層したもの2種類の合計4種類のスパウト付きのパウチを用い、それぞれに染毛剤の強アルカリ成分の第1剤と酸化性の酸性成分の第2剤をそれぞれ50gあるいは、60g充填したエアゾール容器を作成し、45℃、3ヶ月保存の促進試験を行った。
製品特性として製品圧力、噴射状態、pH測定、重量測定をそれぞれ20本に対して行った。
パウチとして外層側から厚さ12μmのPET、厚さ9μmのアルミ箔、厚さ60μmのPP(ポリプロピレン)を積層した3層構造のもので、スパウトとして内層と同一のPP製のものを用いた。

Claims (7)
- 口径1インチの開口部の周囲にビード部が形成されたエアゾール容器内に複数の内溶液を充填し、複数のエアゾールバルブの各ステムを介してそれぞれの内容液を外部に噴射させる複数液分配用のエアゾール装置であって、
前記開口部に嵌合装着される装着部材に複数のエアゾールバルブを装着し得るバルブハウジング装着部をそれぞれ形成してこれら複数のバルブハウジング装着部のそれぞれにエアゾールバルブを装着するとともに、当該装着部材の中間部を前記ビード部に位置させて装着し、
この装着部材の外側を覆って前記ステムを突出させるとともに、ステムガスケットを押える被覆体を前記ビード部の外側にシールガスケットを介して固定する一方、
前記エアゾール容器内には噴射剤を充填し、前記複数組のエアゾールバルブにそれぞれ内溶液が充填される容積を可変とする内袋を接続して構成し、
前記装着部材の上端部に平側壁面と曲側壁面とを設けて、前記複数組のエアゾールバルブのステムを外部から識別可能としたことを特徴とする複数液分配用のエアゾール装置。 - 前記内袋をパウチで構成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の複数液分配用のエアゾール装置。
- 前記エアゾールバルブを2組とし、前記内溶液を第1剤と第2剤とからなる染毛剤で構成し、1組のエアゾールバルブに前記第1剤を充填した前記内袋を構成する第1パウチを接続するとともに、もう1組のエアゾールバルブに前記第2剤を充填した前記内袋を構成する第2パウチを接続したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の複数液分配用のエアゾール装置。
- 前記装着部材と前記被覆体との間には、前記ステムガスケットを押えるとともに、前記被覆体の変形を防止する補強カバー部材を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の複数液分配用のエアゾール装置。
- 前記補強カバー部材と前記装着部材との間に、当該補強カバー部材を当該装着部材に保持し得る保持手段を設けたことを特徴とする請求項4記載の複数液分配用のエアゾール装置。
- 前記装着部材の上端部に2つの平側壁面を平行とした略長円柱形の先端突出部を形成し、この先端突出部を覆って前記補強カバー部材を設けて構成したことを特徴とする請求項4または5記載の複数液分配用のエアゾール装置。
- 前記補強カバー部材に、前記先端突出部に加えて前記装着部材を覆う脚部を設けて構成したことを特徴とする請求項6記載の複数液分配用のエアゾール装置。
