Description
内容積45リットルの容器に蒸留水40リットルを入れ、40℃に保ちながら苛性ソーダ3g/リットル、炭酸ソーダ40g/リットルになるように、各薬剤を投入し均一化した後、天然インジゴ(乾燥粉末状すくも)を1600g、非イオン界面活性剤のPEG1000ジラウレートを400g投入し、均一化させた。この液にハイドロサルファイトを12g/リットルになるように15分掛けて混合し、インジゴのリュウコ化を行った。界面活性剤を添加しない系では液は濃い紺色に着色するが、この液は黄緑色に濁った色を示した。
実施例1と同様の容器に蒸留水40リットルを入れ、40℃に保ちながら苛性ソーダ3g/リットル、炭酸ソーダ40g/リットルになるように各薬剤を投入し、均一化した後、容器の上部に設けたかごの中にドライアイスを投入して空間に炭酸ガスを充満させ、天然インジゴ(乾燥粉末状すくも)を1600g、非イオン活性剤のPEG1000ジラウレートを400g投入し、非酸化性雰囲気中で均一化させた。この液にハイドロサルファイトを12g/リットルになるように15分掛けて混合し、インジゴのリュウコ化を行なった。染色開始時にサンプリングした染浴は黄緑色に濁った色を示した。
実施例1の界面活性剤のPEG1000ジラウレートの代わりにジアルキルスルホサクシネート系のアニオン活性剤を使用したところ、同様に湿摩擦堅牢度の優れた染色物が得られた。得られた染色物のトータルK/Sは543、色相は若干赤みが強く、濃色化していた。
実施例1の界面活性剤のPEG1000ジラウレートの代わりにロート油を使用したところ、同様に湿摩擦堅牢度の優れた染色物が得られた。ロート油はグリセライドの中心から3方向にリシノレイン酸の鎖が伸び、中間にスルホン基が結合していて親水基部分を形成している。疎水基は分子の3個の末端と中心部である。得られた染色物のトータルK/Sは399、色相は若干青みが強く、色の純度が高く、やや淡色化していた。
実施例1の界面活性剤のPEG1000ジラウレートの代わりに松本油脂製薬株式会社製のアニオン活性剤、アクチノールKP−100を使用したところ、同様に湿摩擦堅牢度の優れた染色物が得られた。得られた染色物のトータルK/Sは316、色相は若干青みが強く、色の純度が高くなり、かなり淡色化していた。
界面活性剤として、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウムを使用したところ、同様に湿摩擦堅牢度の優れた染色物が得られた。得られた染色物のトータルK/Sは325、色相は若干青みが強く、やや淡色化していた。
界面活性剤として、アルキル燐酸ナトリウム(リンの平均アルキル化度2.5)を使用したところ、同様に湿摩擦堅牢度の優れた染色物が得られた。得られた染色物のトータルK/Sは408、色相は若干青みが強かった。
実施例1と同じ装置を用い、界面活性剤の添加のみを省いて染液を調整した。この方法は従来の天然藍染めに用いられる方法である。得られた液は通常通り濃い紺色を呈していた。この液に実施例1と同様の木綿織物を10kg投入し、同様にして染色し、炭酸ガス雰囲気下で脱水し、水洗した後、ハンガーに掛けた状態で空気酸化を進め、発色させた。
Claims (4)
- 天然インジゴのリュウコ体を形成させるスクモからの木綿藍染めの工程において、建て染め浴を形成する発酵成分もしくは還元剤及びアルカリに加えて、陰イオン界面活性剤もしくは非イオン界面活性剤あるいはこれらの混合物からなる界面活性剤を添加して藍染めを行う際に、染浴の表面に空気より重い炭酸ガスを流しながら酸素の少ない気体雰囲気中で染色することを特徴とする天然藍による木綿藍染め物品の染色方法。
- 界面活性剤が分子の中心部に親水性基を、両端部に疎水性基を有するものである請求項1記載の天然藍による木綿藍染め物品の染色方法。
- 界面活性剤が分子の中心部に疎水基を、両端部に親水性基を有するものである請求項1記載の天然藍による木綿藍染め物品の染色方法。
- 界面活性剤の添加量が建て染め浴の0.01重量%乃至3重量%である請求項1乃至3いずれか記載の天然藍による木綿藍染め物品の染色方法。
