Description
a)特にD−TxAA(for Double Transmit Antenna Array)のための、3GPP Technical Report 25.876 V1.8.0(2005-10) "Multiple Input Multiple Output(MIMO) antennas in UTRA"
b)特にHS−SCCH及びDPCCHチャンネル方式のための、3GPP Technical Specification 25.212 "Multiplexing and channel coding (FDD)"
c)特に閉ループビーム形成のためのダウンリンクに使用するために、BSに好ましいアンテナウェイトを有する、UEからBSへ信号伝達するフィードバック情報(FBI)のためであり、さらにUTMSにおいて指定される"TxAA"の閉ループビーム形成方式のもう1つの呼称である"閉ループモード1"のための、3GPP Technical Specification 25.214 "Physical Layer Procedures (FDD)"
−直交パイロットチャンネルが各ノードBアンテナから送信される、
−専用ではない(すなわちビーム形式)パイロットが利用可能である(パイロットビットを坦持しないF−DPCH(fractional dedicated physical channel)が使用されると仮定する)、
−所望のビーム形成ベクトルを示している、第1のビームに対するフィードバック情報(FBI)が前記UEにより得られ、ノードBに送信される、
−第1のビームはウェイトベクトルの限定コードブック(例えば現在TxAAモード1に使用されるコードブック)を用いて送信される、
−前記第1のビームに対するアンテナウェイトベクトルのIDは、HS−SCCH(Hign-Speed Shared Control Channel)で前記UEに信号伝達される、
−第2のビームは、前記第1のビームのベクトルに対し通例は正規直交である決定論的位相ベクトルを用いて送信される、
−チャンネル品質情報(CQI)は、前記UEによりノードBへ定期的に信号伝達され、前記ノードBが前記2つのビームの各々に対し別々の速度を得ることを可能にする、
−前記CQIは、(基準値はネットワーク及び移動体端末の両方により知られている)基準電力レベル及びコードリソースを用いてうまく(又は所与の成功確率で)送信されることが可能である速度(又はパケットサイズ)を示す、
−前記2つのビームでの送信は、潜在的に異なる速度を持つ別々のコードワードから成る。
−二次局において、前記データストリームの品質を測定し、前記データストリームの品質を表すCQIのレポートを第1のインジケータで一次局へ第1の速度で信号伝達し、前記データストリームで送信されることが可能であるデータの量を第2のインジケータで前記第1の速度よりも高い第2の速度で信号伝達するステップ、及び
−一次局において、前記第1及び第2のインジケータに基づいて前記データストリームを送信するステップ
を有する。
−二次局において、各々の送信ビームに対応するチャンネル品質を測定し、複数のアンテナウェイトを前記一次局へ信号伝達するステップ、
−一次局において、前記複数のアンテナウェイトに基づいて少なくとも第1の送信ビームを計算するステップ、及び
−前記データストリームを前記第1の送信ビームを含む前記送信ビームで送信するステップ
を有する。
Claims (8)
- 複数のデータストリームを一次局から二次局へ複数の送信ビームで送信する方法において、
前記二次局において、各々の送信ビームに対応するチャンネル品質を測定し、前記ビームの品質を表すCQIレポートを第1のインジケータで前記一次局へ第1の速度で信号伝達し、前記送信ビームで送信されることが可能であるデータストリームの数を第2のインジケータで前記第1の速度よりも大きな第2の速度で信号伝達するステップ、及び
前記一次局において、前記第1及び第2のインジケータに基づいて前記データストリームを送信するステップ
を有する方法。 - 前記第2のインジケータは、前記複数の送信ビームの中でどの送信ビームがデータストリームに対応することが可能であるかを示す請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記送信ビームは直交ウェイトベクトルを用いて送信される請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 第1の送信ビームの特徴を前記一次局で受信し、前記第1の送信ビームの前記特徴から残りの送信ビームの特徴を計算するステップをさらに有する請求項1、2又は3に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の送信ビームの特徴を受信する前記ステップは、2つの夫々のスロットに含まれるアンテナウェイトの2つのインジケータを受信するステップを有し、前記第2のインジケータは第3のスロットにおいて符号化される請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の速度は零に等しい請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 複数のデータストリームを二次局へ複数の送信ビームで送信する手段、
第1の速度で定期的に送られる、前記ビームの品質を表すCQIレポートを含む第1のインジケータ、及び前記第1の速度よりも大きい第2の速度で定期的に送られる、前記送信ビームで送信されることが可能であるデータストリームの数を表す第2のインジケータを受信する手段を有する一次局において、前記データストリームを送信する前記手段は、前記データストリームが前記第1及び第2のインジケータに基づいて送信されるように構成される一次局。 - 複数のデータストリームを一次局から複数の送信ビームで受信する手段、
各々の送信ビームに対応する前記チャンネル品質を測定する手段、及び
前記ビームの品質を表すCQIレポートを第1のインジケータで前記一次局へ第1の速度で信号伝達し、前記送信ビームで送信されることが可能であるデータストリームの数を前記第1の速度よりも大きい第2の速度で第2のインジケータで信号伝達する手段
を有する二次局。
