Description
Claims (11)
- イメージを観察するための光学装置であって、
各光チャンネルが個別の間隔で隔てられたイメージ検出器と相補的な対物レンズとを有する、互いに隣接して配置された複数の光チャンネルと、
前記光学装置に連結され、前記各光チャンネルの前記イメージ検出器と前記対物レンズ間の前記個別の間隔を同時に調節するように構成されたフォーカス機構と、
を有し、
前記フォーカス機構は、少なくとも一つのカム面を有するカムドライバを有し、前記各イメージ検出器は、それぞれの前記イメージ検出器と前記対物レンズの前記間隔を同時に調節するために前記少なくとも一つのカム面に沿って移動可能であり、
カム面を有する環をさらに有し、前記カムドライバの前記カム面は、それぞれの前記イメージ検出器と前記対物レンズの前記間隔を同時に調節するために前記環の前記カム面と係合することを特徴とする光学装置。 - 前記環と前記カムドライバは前記対物レンズと前記イメージ検出器の間に配置される、請求項1に記載の光学装置。
- 前記カムドライバの前記カム面に対して前記環の前記カム面を駆動するように配置されたスプリングをさらに有する、請求項1に記載の光学装置。
- 前記カムドライバから、前記環に配置されたスロットを通じて伸ばされたピンをさらに有し、前記ピンと前記スロットは協働して前記カムドライバと前記環を互いに対して直交する方向へ移動させる、請求項1に記載の光学装置。
- 前記カムドライバと前記環は互いに対して略直交する方向に移動する、請求項1に記載の光学装置。
- 各光チャンネルが個別の間隔で隔てられたイメージ検出器と相補的な対物レンズとを有する、互いに隣接して配置された複数の光チャンネルを有する光学装置とともに使用されるように構成されたフォーカス機構であって、該フォーカス機構はそれぞれの前記イメージ検出器と前記対物レンズ間の前記個別の間隔を同時に調節するように適合されており、
前記フォーカス機構は、
少なくとも一つのカム面を有するカムドライバであって、前記各イメージ検出器は、それぞれの前記イメージ検出器と前記対物レンズの前記間隔を同時に調節するために前記少なくとも一つのカム面に沿って移動可能なカムドライバと、
カム面を有する環と、
を有し、前記カムドライバの前記カム面は、前記環の前記カム面と係合して、それぞれの前記イメージ検出器と前記対物レンズの前記間隔を調節することを特徴とするフォーカス機構。 - 前記カムドライバから、前記環に配置されたスロットを通じて伸ばされたピンをさらに有し、前記ピンと前記スロットは協働して前記カムドライバと前記環を互いに対して略直交する方向へ移動させる、請求項6に記載のフォーカス機構。
- 前記カムドライバの前記カム面に対して前記環の前記カム面を駆動するように配置されたスプリングをさらに有する、請求項6に記載のフォーカス機構。
- 前記フォーカス機構は、少なくとも一つのカム面を有するカムドライバを有し、前記各対物レンズは、それぞれの前記イメージ検出器と前記対物レンズの前記間隔を同時に調節するために前記少なくとも一つのカム面に沿って移動可能である、請求項6に記載のフォーカス機構。
- 前記イメージ検出器と前記相補的な対物レンズのそれぞれは、互いに対して軸方向に一列に整列される、請求項6に記載のフォーカス機構。
- 前記光チャンネル間の視差の不一致を調整するために、前記フォーカス機構に連結される位置フィードバックデバイスをさらに有する、請求項6に記載のフォーカス機構。
