Description
Claims (18)
- エンクロージャであって、注入部位の近傍の患者の皮膚の表面上に配置されるように形成されたEDD底部を含むエンクロージャと、
患者に取外し可能に接続されるべく前記エンクロージャに結合されているアタッチメントと、
前記エンクロージャ内に少なくとも部分的に収められた検出組立体と、を具備する血管外遊出検出装置すなわちEDDであって、
前記検出組立体が、
ハウジングと、
トランスジューサの底部を含み前記ハウジングに結合されたトランスジューサにして、該トランスジューサに作用される力又は圧力を表す信号を生成するトランスジューサと、
(a)前記トランスジューサの底部に結合されていて、患者からの医療用流体の血管外遊出により引き起こされた力又は圧力を前記トランスジューサに伝達する負荷プラテンであって、(b)前記EDD底部が患者の皮膚の表面上に配置されたとき該負荷プラテンが注入がないときの患者の皮膚の表面に接触しないように、前記EDD底部の上方に位置決めされている負荷プラテンと、を具備する血管外遊出検出装置。 - 前記エンクロージャが使い捨てのエンクロージャを含み、
前記アタッチメントが使い捨てのアタッチメントを含み、
前記検出組立体が再利用可能検出組立体を含む、請求項1に記載の血管外遊出検出装置。 - 前記使い捨てのエンクロージャ及び前記使い捨てのアタッチメントが患者一人毎を基本に使用可能である、請求項2に記載の血管外遊出検出装置。
- 前記使い捨てのエンクロージャが無菌のエンクロージャを含む、請求項2に記載の血管外遊出検出装置。
- 前記エンクロージャがエラストマー材料から構築されている、請求項1に記載の血管外遊出検出装置。
- 前記アタッチメントが柔軟なストラップを含む、請求項1に記載の血管外遊出検出装置。
- 前記トランスジューサが力又は圧力センサを含む、請求項1に記載の血管外遊出検出装置。
- 前記検出組立体の前記ハウジングがプラスチック材料から構築されている、請求項1に記載の血管外遊出検出装置。
- 前記負荷プラテンは位置調整式負荷プラテンを具備しており、前記位置調整式負荷プラテンは、患者からの医療用流体の血管外遊出を検出する際に、該装置の感度を対応して調節するために、該位置調整式負荷プラテンと患者の皮膚の表面との間の距離を変化させるように調整可能である、請求項1に記載の血管外遊出検出装置。
- 前記生成された信号を外部の装置に送信するためにリードを更に具備する、請求項1に記載の血管外遊出検出装置。
- 前記生成された信号を外部の装置に送信するように作動可能な、請求項1に記載の血管外遊出検出装置。
- 前記検出組立体は前記エンクロージャ内に完全に収められている、請求項1に記載の血管外遊出検出装置。
- 注入器装置と、
血管外遊出検出装置すなわちEDDと、を具備するシステムであって、
前記血管外遊出検出装置が、
エンクロージャであって、注入部位の近傍の患者の皮膚の表面上に配置されるように形成されたEDD底部を含むエンクロージャと、
患者に取外し可能に接続されるべく前記エンクロージャに結合されたアタッチメントと、
前記エンクロージャ内に少なくとも部分的に収められた検出組立体と、を具備しており、
前記検出組立体が、
ハウジングと、
トランスジューサの底部を含み前記ハウジングに結合されているトランスジューサにして、該トランスジューサに作用される力又は圧力を表す信号を生成するトランスジューサと、
(a)前記トランスジューサの底部に結合されていて、患者からの医療用流体の血管外遊出により引き起こされた力又は圧力を前記トランスジューサに伝達する負荷プラテンであって、(b)前記EDD底部が患者の皮膚の表面上に配置されたとき該負荷プラテンが注入がないときの患者の皮膚の表面に接触しないように、前記EDD底部の上方に位置決めされている負荷プラテンと、を具備している、システム。 - 前記注入器装置が、
前記血管外遊出検出装置のトランスジューサによって生成された信号を処理する血管外遊出検出インタフェイスと、
前記血管外遊出検出インタフェイスと通信するユーザインタフェイスと、を具備する請求項13に記載のシステム。 - 前記血管外遊出検出インタフェイスは、血管外遊出の発生を検出したとき、可視警報又は可聴警報を前記ユーザインタフェイスに発生させる、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- ポンプ電子機器構成要素をさらに具備する請求項14に記載のシステムであって、前記血管外遊出検出インタフェイスは、血管外遊出の発生を検出したとき、前記ポンプ電子機器構成要素に注入処置を終了させる、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記血管外遊出検出インタフェイスは、前記血管外遊出検出装置の前記トランスジューサから第1の閾値レベルを超える信号を検出したとき、前記ユーザインタフェイスに可視警報又は可聴警報を発生させ、
前記血管外遊出検出インタフェイスは、前記血管外遊出検出装置の前記トランスジューサから前記第1の閾値レベルより大きい第2の閾値レベルを超える信号を検出したとき、前記注入器装置に注入処置を終わらせる、請求項14に記載のシステム。 - 前記注入器装置は、前記血管外遊出検出装置の前記トランスジューサによって生成された信号が予め定められた閾値を超えたとき、警報事象又は停止事象の生成を引き起こす、請求項14に記載のシステム。
