このような構成とすると、トレイ1aと単電池10を積層した時にトレイ1aの接触部位Bが,ひとつ上の層のトレイ1aの接触部位Bが無い部分に挿入された状態となる。したがって、y軸方向においては下のトレイ1aの接触部位Bと上のトレイ1aの接触部位Bが接触することにより、相互にトレイ1aが移動することがなくなる。また、x軸方向においては、下のトレイ1aの接触部位Bと上のトレイ1aの無い部分の端部が接触することにより、相互にトレイ1aが移動することがなくなる。

Claims (2)
- ラミネートフィルムで密閉封止してなる複数の平板状の単電池からなる組電池と、
前記単電池をその厚さ方向に積層して収納し、少なくともその一端に開口部を有するケー
スと、
前記積層された前記単電池を、開口部の一端から積層方向に押圧する蓋部材と、
前記ケースまたは前記蓋部材のいずれかに変形部位を備え、当該変形部位を変形させて、
前記蓋部材による前記積層された単電池を押圧する力が所定の押圧力になる位置で、前記
蓋部材を前記ケースに固定する固定手段と、
前記蓋部材と積層された最上部の前記単電池表面との間、前記ケースの底面と前記単電池
の最下部の底面との間、及び各単電池間の表面との間の各接触面に接着剤を塗布、または
、両面接着テープを貼付した組電池の電池パック。 - 前記固定手段は、
前記ラミネートフィルムに発生する張力が、当該ラミネートフィルムの強度及び前記ラ
ミネートフィルムの接着強度を越えない、且つ、前記組電池の外部から振動が引加された
ときに、各前記単電池が前記ケース内でずれない摩擦力を得られる範囲に定められた押圧
力となる位置で前記ケースを固定する
請求項1に記載の組電池の電池パック。
