Claims (7)
- 移動通信システムにおける無線リンク制御(RLC)レイヤーのデータ送信方法であって、
上位レイヤーからサービスデータユニット(SDU)を受信するステップと、
前記SDUが送信されると、第1のタイマーを始動するステップと、
上位レイヤーから送信されたサービスデータユニット(SDU)を少なくとも一つのプロトコルデータユニット(PDU)を介して送信するステップと、
前記第1のタイマーが満了するまで、前記SDUと関連したすべてのPDUを肯定的に認知することができた場合に前記SDUを廃棄するステップと、
前記第1のタイマーが満了するまで、前記SDUと関連したすべてのPDUを肯定的に認知することができなかった場合にデータの受信状態に関する状態報告を受信側に要請し、第2のタイマーを始動するステップと、
前記状態報告を受信し、前記状態報告に基づいて否定的に認知されたPDUを再送信するステップと、
前記第2のタイマーの満了時点に、前記SDUを廃棄するステップと、を有する
ことを特徴とするデータ送信方法。 - 前記状態報告を要請するステップは、前記状態報告を要請するためのポーリングビットが次にスケジューリングされたPDUに設定され、この次にスケジューリングされたPDUが送信される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデータ送信方法。 - 前記状態報告を要請するステップは、前記状態報告を要請するための指示子は、前記受信側に送信される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデータ送信方法。 - 前記送信するステップは、前記SDUを少なくとも1つのPDUにフレーミングし、自動再送要求(ARQ)動作に従って各PDUを前記受信側に送信する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデータ送信方法。 - 移動通信システムにおける無線リンク制御(RLC)レイヤーのデータ送信装置であって、
上位レイヤーから送信されたサービスデータユニット(SDU)を前記SDUの送信のために格納するための送信バッファと、
前記SDUが送信されると、第1のタイマーを始動し、前記第1のタイマーが満了するまで、前記SDUと関連したすべてのPDUを肯定的に認知することができた場合に前記SDUを廃棄し、前記第1のタイマーが満了するまで、前記SDUと関連したすべてのPDUを肯定的に認知することができなかった場合に前記状態報告を要請し、第2のタイマーを始動し、前記状態報告に基づいて否定的に認知されたプロトコルデータユニット(PDU)の再送信を決定し、第2のタイマーの満了時点に、前記SDUを前記送信バッファから廃棄する制御部と、
前記SDUを前記受信側に送信するために、前記送信バッファから送信された前記SDUを少なくとも1つのPDUにフレーミングするフレーミング部と、を有する
ことを特徴とするデータ送信装置。 - 前記制御部は、次にスケジューリングされるPDUに前記状態報告を要請するためのポーリングビットを設定する
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のデータ送信装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記受信側に前記状態報告を要請するための指示子を設定して送信する
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のデータ送信装置。
