Description
The present invention relates to a composite hollow structure of a head of a pillar such as a PC bridge or a girder end in a road, a railway, a sidewalk, and other bridges.
As a construction method of a PC (prestressed concrete) bridge, an overhang construction method using a mobile work vehicle is generally known. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, this type of construction method is such that a
FIG. 5 shows an example of a column head of a continuous girder bridge, and a
In the case of the continuous girder type in FIG. 5, the
In either case, the
Conventionally, the following problems have been addressed with respect to the above problems. Reinforcement is performed over time for the complex reinforcing bars of the column head. For the temperature stress at the time of construction, increase the lift ratio to reduce the amount of concrete placed once, reduce the heat generated by hardening and reduce the generated stress, etc. ing. We examine the earthquake and reinforce it as necessary.
In addition, there exist patent documents 1-3 and a
The invention of
The invention of

In the invention of
The conventional column head structure as described above has the following problems.
(1) Issues related to structural feasibility For the tensile force generated in a solid section or a double-walled cross beam, it is necessary to arrange column heads with PC steel and to reinforce them with reinforcing bars. In addition, for the temperature stress accompanying hardening of the column head concrete, additional reinforcement with reinforcing bars is implemented.
(2) Issues related to workability Since the reinforcing bars of the main girder and pier are complicated at the column head, the assembly is complicated, and the amount of concrete placement per time is large, and construction takes time.
(3) Issues related to earthquake resistance Since the column head is heavy and the position from the foundation of the pier is high, the inertial force during the earthquake increases, affecting the earthquake resistance of the entire bridge.
The present invention was made to solve the above-described problems of the prior art, and in the column head or girder end of a PC bridge or the like, the construction period can be shortened by drastically reducing the quantity of concrete and the number of reinforcing bars, An object of the present invention is to provide a composite hollow structure of a bridge column head or girder end that can improve seismic performance and reduce seismic reinforcement by reducing its own weight.
The present invention is applied to a continuous girder type or rigid frame type bridge in the case of a column head of a bridge, instead of a conventional solid section or a two-wall type. It can also be applied to the end of a bridge girder. A hollow structure in which the hollow part penetrates the column head cross girder or girder end cross girder in the direction of the bridge axis, and the acting force transmission reinforcing member such as struts is placed on the bridge axis in the vertical plane parallel to the direction perpendicular to the bridge axis in the hollow part. Arranged in a pair of right and left in the right angle direction, each upper part is fixed to the floor slab part, each lower part is embedded in the bottom slab part with a predetermined length to be rigidly connected, and a pair of left and right acting force transmission reinforcing members are arranged in the middle part and lower end The parts are connected by a reinforcing cross member (see FIG. 1). The pair of left and right acting force transmission reinforcing members and the reinforcing cross member increase the rigidity of the hollow column head cross girder or girder end cross girder, and a composite hollow structure column head or girder end portion having sufficient rigidity is obtained. .
The upper and lower ends of the acting force transmission reinforcing member are preferably embedded in the floor slab part and the bottom slab part to be rigidly coupled, and preferably have a fixing structure such as a plate or a fixing reinforcing bar in order to ensure the integrity with the concrete. The upper end of the acting force transmission reinforcing member may be pin-joined without being embedded. The reinforcing cross member may be a steel material or a reinforcing bar, and is preferably rigidly connected to a gusset plate or the like provided on the acting force transmission reinforcing member.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the composite hollow structure according to any one of the first to third aspects, the reinforcing cross member is rigidly connected to a gusset plate provided on the acting force transmission reinforcing member. It is a composite hollow structure of a column head or a girder end.
In the present invention, a pair of right and left acting force transmitting reinforcing member in the support position of the pier or abutment of bridges successive digit model type that are located in V-shape in front view.
This is a case where it is applied to a connecting girder type supported by a bridge pier or abutment. In the case of a continuous girder type column head or girder end, it is important to transmit the weight of the superstructure to the support and maintain the cross section. Therefore, the acting force transmission reinforcing member is arranged in a C shape in a front view as viewed from the bridge axis direction so that the axial force and the bending acting force can be transmitted to the support portion at the time of design load. The axial force acts as an action force that spreads the bottom plate portion, but the reinforcing cross member functions so as to maintain the resistance against the generated tensile force and the cross-sectional shape (see FIG. 1). Thereby, the cross section of the main girder is maintained with respect to the weight of the superstructure.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the composite hollow structure according to the first or second aspect, the acting force transmission reinforcing member is a concrete strut, a steel pipe strut or a concrete-filled steel pipe strut. It is a composite hollow structure of a column head or a spar end.
Steel struts of the double pipe, concrete filled steel tube struts concrete is filled in the outer tube and the inner tube is not preferred.
The reinforcing cross member can be disposed in the middle part of the pair of left and right acting force transmission reinforcing members, but is rigidly connected to the lower ends of the pair of left and right acting force transmission reinforcing members, and embedded in the bottom plate portion to form the concrete. It is preferable to improve the rigidity by integrating them.
By installing a plurality of substantially A-shaped or substantially triangular acting force transmission reinforcing members and reinforcing cross members in the bridge axis direction at the front view as described above, a conventional solid section or two-wall type capital It can be used in place of the cross beam or the end of the beam. In the case of the continuous girder type, it is only necessary to install one place on the fulcrum (see Fig. 1 (b)).
The column head or girder end of the composite hollow structure as described above can be manufactured from precast concrete, on-site cast concrete, or a combination of precast concrete and on-site cast concrete. In the case of precast, an acting force transmission reinforcing member and a reinforcing cross member can be attached at the time of manufacture. The acting force transmission reinforcing member can be attached by a slide method (see FIG. 2), an upper insertion method (see FIG. 3), a two-lift method (see FIG. 4), or the like.
In the case of the composite hollow structure using the acting force transmission reinforcing member that connects the lower surface of the floor slab part and the upper surface of the bottom slab part in the hollow part as described above, the column head structure or the spar end structure can be rationalized. The quantity required for construction and girder end construction can be reduced and the construction period can be shortened. Specifically, since there are no conventional solid girder filling parts or two walls, the number of reinforcing bars, formwork and concrete can be reduced, and the work process can be reduced. In addition, it is not necessary to subdivide the construction lift percent, which has been implemented as a measure against temperature stress in concrete, and further shortening of the process becomes possible. In addition, since the column head weight and the girder end weight are significantly reduced, it is possible to improve the earthquake resistance and reduce the earthquake resistance reinforcement.
In addition, in the continuous girder type column head or girder end, the pair of left and right acting force transmission reinforcing members and the reinforcing cross member can transmit the weight of the superstructure to the support, and the cross section can be maintained. A column head structure or a girder end structure capable of maintaining a cross-sectional shape with respect to the weight of the superstructure can be obtained by a relatively simple and low-cost structure using the reinforcing member.
Since the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) By making the column head or girder end of a PC bridge or the like a composite hollow structure in which an acting force transmission reinforcing member that connects the lower surface of the floor slab and the upper surface of the bottom slab is arranged in the hollow, The construction period can be shortened by drastically reducing the quantity and reducing the construction lift.
(2) It is possible to improve seismic performance and reduce seismic reinforcement by reducing its own weight.
(3) In the continuous girder type column head and girder end, a pair of left and right acting force transmission reinforcement members and reinforcing cross members can transmit the weight of the superstructure to the support and maintain the cross-section, which is a hollow structure A column head structure and a girder end structure capable of maintaining a cross-sectional shape can be obtained by a relatively simple and low-cost structure using a reinforcing member and a reinforcing member.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on the illustrated embodiments. This embodiment is an example in which the present invention is applied to a column head in a continuous girder type bridge. FIG. 1 is a vertical sectional view parallel to the direction perpendicular to the bridge axis and a vertical sectional view parallel to the bridge axis direction showing an example of the composite hollow structure of the present invention.

The

In the case of the composite hollow structure using the
In the case of the continuous girder model shown in the figure, the trial calculation with a continuous girder bridge with a span of 85 m (column head solid section) reduces the column head concrete quantity by 55 m 3 and the reinforcing bar quantity by 2 t. It is possible to shorten the process for about a month. Further, by reducing the weight of the column head by about 130 tons, it is possible to improve the seismic performance or reduce the reinforcement at the time of earthquake.
The composite hollow structure using the strut and the reinforcing steel material of the present invention can also be applied to a ramen type column head. In the case of ramen type, in the estimation of ramen bridge span 120m (stigma part two wall format), the stigma part concrete quantity is 35m 3 down, rebar quantity becomes 10t declined, due to a change of construction lift split, about one month It is possible to shorten the process. In addition, by reducing the weight of the column head by about 100 tons, it is possible to improve the earthquake resistance or reduce the reinforcement during the earthquake.
Further, in the continuous girder
In addition, although the above demonstrated the case where it applied to a continuous girder form and a column head horizontal girder, it is not restricted to this, This invention is applicable also to a ramen type | mold and a girder edge cross girder.
