Description
The present invention relates to a technique for preventing a mistake in setting a photomask and a glass substrate when manufacturing a color filter or the like by a photolithography method.
Conventionally, as a manufacturing method of a color filter, by applying a resist on a glass substrate, exposing and developing through a photomask, and repeating the process for each color of the black matrix and RGB, a photolithography method for forming those patterns is used. Things are known.
Conventionally, in order to prevent mistakes in setting the photomask on the exposure machine, an identification code such as a two-dimensional code is attached to the photomask and read by the identification code reader of the exposure machine, and the read identification code is stored in a database. A mask collation method and a mask collation system for determining whether a correct photomask is set in an exposure machine by collating with manufacturing instruction information that is currently known (see Patent Document 1).
However, the mask collation method and the mask collation system of Patent Document 1 can prevent the manufacture of defective products due to a mistake in setting a photomask in an exposure machine, but cannot discriminate until the glass substrate to be patterned is mistaken.
Therefore, the applicant of the present application uses a mask verification method and a mask verification system disclosed in Patent Document 1, and attaches an identification code such as a two-dimensional code to a glass substrate and reads it with an identification code reader of an exposure machine. Japanese Patent Application No. 2006-252305 filed an application for determining whether or not a correct glass substrate was set in an exposure machine by collating with stored manufacturing instruction information.
The present invention has been made in view of the problems of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to make it possible to determine whether a correct glass substrate is set in an exposure machine even before an identification code is given to the glass substrate. .

Means for collecting the glass substrate from the cleaning process line into a cassette, and storing the temporary identification code for identifying the glass substrate in association with information on the cassette;
Means for putting the glass substrate housed in the cassette into a black matrix process line, and collating the cassette information with the temporary identification code;
Means for reading an identification code attached to a photomask set in an exposure machine, which is one of the devices constituting the black matrix process line;
The read photomask identification code is collated with the photomask identification code linked to the reported temporary identification code. If the result of the collation is normal, a correct photomask is set in the exposure machine. determining that, while, if abnormal, features and to luma disk verification system that comprises a means for incorrect photomask is determined to be set.
