Description
The present invention has a two-layer structure including an inner tank, an outer tank that covers at least a part of the outer side of the inner tank at a predetermined interval, and a space between inner and outer tanks provided between the inner tank and the outer tank. Concerning fuel tanks.
As this type of fuel tank, there are
Specifically, in
However, the temperature inside the fuel tank (inner tank) is higher than the temperature outside the fuel tank (outer tank) because the fuel tank receives heat from the low temperature environment such as winter and cold areas, and waste heat from the engine and fuel pump. Can be expensive. In this case, it is desirable to dissipate the heat in the fuel tank or to cool the fuel tank using the atmosphere. On the other hand, in
On the other hand, in
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a fuel tank capable of more efficient heat insulation and heat dissipation according to the atmospheric temperature.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention according to
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the fuel tank according to the first aspect, the pressure changing means is a pump capable of pumping air in both directions.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the fuel tank according to the first or second aspect, at least a part of the space between the inner and outer tanks is filled with a breathable material having low thermal conductivity. It is characterized by.
According to the present invention, it is possible to efficiently insulate and dissipate the fuel tank by contacting and separating the inner tank and the outer tank through the heat conducting member having high heat conductivity according to the atmospheric temperature. Specifically, if the heat conducting member is separated from the inner tank when the temperature outside the outer tank is higher than the temperature inside the inner tank, the space between the inner and outer tanks becomes a heat insulating layer to insulate the fuel tank. On the other hand, if the heat conducting member is brought into contact with the inner tank when the temperature outside the outer tank is lower than the temperature inside the inner tank, the heat of the fuel tank can be directly radiated through the heat conducting member. If the heat conducting member is operated by increasing or decreasing the pressure, it is not necessary to configure a special operating mechanism, and the size of the apparatus can be avoided.
If a pump capable of pumping air in both directions is used as the pressure changing means, reliable air supply is possible with a simple configuration.
If at least part of the space between the inner and outer tanks is filled with a breathable material with low thermal conductivity, even if the internal pressure in the space between the inner and outer tanks decreases, the breathable material becomes a cushioning material and the fuel tank is damaged. It can contribute to prevention. At this time, since air can permeate through the air-permeable material, the introduction and discharge of air in the space between the inner and outer tanks is not hindered.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings as appropriate. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the
A
The
Further, on the side surface of the
When it is detected by the
On the other hand, when it is detected by the
Thus, since the
(Example 2)
FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. The second embodiment is a modification of the first embodiment, and the configuration of the

FIG. 3 shows a third embodiment of the present invention. The third embodiment is a modification of the second embodiment based on the first embodiment, and the
