Description
The present invention relates to a pipe material cutting device, and more particularly, to a pipe material cutting device that penetrates between a fixed blade body and a rotary blade body so as to bridge the cut pipe and rotates the rotary blade body eccentrically to cut the cut pipe. The present invention also relates to a method of manufacturing a ring material, a synchronizer ring material, and the like by cutting the tube material with the above-described tube material cutting device.
Conventionally, pipe materials (cutting pipes) made of long extruded pipes and welded pipes are cut into short pieces, and further intermediate materials to be post-processed, machine parts that are made into products in the cut state, etc. When manufacturing a ring-shaped ring material (ring-shaped material), a long tube material has been cut using a cutting blade or a grinding blade. For example, when manufacturing a ring-shaped synchronizer ring forging material (synchronizer ring material), which is a part of a transmission used for automobiles, by cutting a tube material consisting of a long extruded tube, a long tube The material was fixed on a lathe, rotated, and cut with a parting tool.
However, the conventional tube cutting device that cuts the tube material by causing the tube material to penetrate between the conventional fixed blade and the rotary blade and rotating the rotary blade eccentrically is a large-scale device including a hydraulic device that rotates the rotary blade eccentrically. It had the problem of becoming complicated. In particular, since the rotary blade requires a large rotation angle, a large and complicated device is required.
Furthermore, a mechanism that absorbs dimensional changes to make the cutting device compatible with variations in the inner and outer diameters of pipe materials, uneven thickness, etc. In addition, radial and axial restraining forces that can resist shear forces to obtain good cutting Due to the mechanism that generates a large amount of pressure, a complicated and large-scale device such as a constraint on the outer diameter side and the use of a metal core has been required.
For this reason, in the pipe material, the mechanical cutting device has a problem that the cost is high and the profitability is worse than cutting by grinding or grinding.
The present invention has been proposed in view of the above circumstances, and does not require a special device for restraining a device for rotating a rotary blade or a tube to be cut, and a low-cost pipe cutting device having a simplified configuration. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a ring material and a method for producing a synchronizer ring material.
The pipe material cutting device of the present invention has a fixed blade body having a first die hole into which a tube to be cut is press-fitted and a second die hole into which the tip of the tube to be cut is press-fitted on the surface. The rotating blade body that is opened, the mandrel that holds the inner peripheral surface of the tube to be cut inside each of the fixed blade body and the rotating blade body, the rotating blade body is rotatably housed in the housing hole, and A rotary blade holder that holds the surfaces of both blade bodies at the open ends of the first and second die holes in a slidable contact state, and the surface direction of the surface of the fixed blade body with the rotary blade holder The first die hole in the fixed blade body and the second die hole in the rotary blade body are the same at the initial position of the rotary blade holder with respect to the fixed blade body. The second blade of the rotary blade is disposed on the axis. Wherein the hole and the axis of the housing hole of the rotary blade holder are displaced in a direction intersecting the one direction.
This pipe material cutting device press-fits a pipe to be cut so as to bridge over both die holes in an initial position where the axial centers of the first die hole and the second die hole are arranged on the same axis. By using a mandrel on the inside, a large restraining force is applied to the tube to be cut, and when the rotary blade holder is moved by the drive mechanism, the first of the rotary blade body provided in the storage hole of the rotary blade holder Since the second die hole is eccentric with respect to the storage hole, the rotary blade body is passively rotated in the storage hole as the rotary blade holder moves. Due to the linear movement by the rotary blade drive mechanism and the passive rotational movement, the axial centers of the first die hole and the second die hole are shifted, and a shearing force is exerted on the tube to be cut between the two die holes. To cut the tube to be cut. Since the shearing is performed while rotating, the shearing portion is cut while being gradually shifted in the circumferential direction of the tube to be cut, and the cutting can be performed with a relatively small force and without requiring a large rotation angle.
Further, in the tube material cutting device, the first die hole of the fixed blade body is set to be smaller than the outer diameter of the tube to be cut, and the opening opposite to the cutting blade in the first die hole is the tube to be cut. It is good also as a structure by which the peripheral edge of this insertion port is chamfered.
By adopting such a configuration, the pressing force of the pipe to be cut into the die hole generates a restraining force in the radial direction and the axial direction in the pipe to be cut, and the inside diameter of the die hole is set appropriately, thereby Straightening to make the outer diameter of the pipe constant can be performed simultaneously. In this case, the inner diameter side of the tube to be cut is held by the mandrel, and a restraining force in the radial direction and the axial direction can be applied.
The chamfering may be either C chamfering or R chamfering.
Furthermore, the second die hole of the rotary blade body may be set smaller than the outer diameter of the tube to be cut.
Moreover, the said pipe material cutting device WHEREIN: The said rotary blade body is good also as a structure by which a flange is formed in the surface side which contacts the said fixed blade body, and this flange is accommodated in the said rotary blade holder.
By adopting such a configuration, the rotating blade body does not move even if it receives a force in the axial direction when the tube to be cut is sheared.
The tube cutting apparatus may be provided with a return mechanism for returning the rotary blade holder slid by the drive mechanism to the initial position.
By setting it as such a structure, after cut | disconnecting a to-be-cut tube, the rotary blade body in a rotary blade holder will be automatically returned by the return mechanism to the initial position used as a reference | standard.
Moreover, the manufacturing method of the ring material of this invention is characterized by manufacturing a ring-shaped ring material by cut | disconnecting a pipe | tube raw material in short length using the above-mentioned pipe material cutting device.
According to the method for manufacturing a ring material of the present invention, a tube material can be easily and accurately cut. For example, an intermediate material that is further processed after cutting, or a ring-shaped product such as a machine part that is a product in a cut state. The quality of the ring material is improved and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
In addition, the method for manufacturing a synchronizer ring material according to the present invention is characterized in that a ring-shaped synchronizer ring material is manufactured by cutting the tube material into a short length using the above-described tube material cutting device.
According to the method of manufacturing a synchronizer ring material of the present invention, a pipe material can be cut easily and accurately, and the quality of a ring-shaped synchronizer ring material, which is a part of a transmission used in, for example, an automobile, can be improved. Cost is reduced.
The pipe material cutting device according to the present invention, and the ring material and the synchronizer ring material manufacturing method using the same, slide the rotary blade holder with respect to the solid blade body by the drive mechanism, Thus, the rotary blade body is slid on the fixed blade body while passively rotating, and is cut while gradually shifting the sheared portion with respect to the tube to be cut in the circumferential direction, so that it can be cut without difficulty with a relatively small force. In this case, since the rotational movement is generated only by reciprocating sliding in one direction, the drive mechanism can be simplified, and a special rotational drive mechanism for rotating the rotary blade body is not required. The entire apparatus can be simplified, and a low-cost pipe cutting apparatus, a ring material using the apparatus, and a method for manufacturing a synchronizer ring material can be obtained.
Furthermore, the first die hole of the fixed blade body and the second die hole of the rotary blade body are set to be smaller than the outer diameter of the tube to be cut, and further, the insertion opening portion of the first die hole is chamfered. By press-fitting the tube to be cut into the die hole, it is possible to obtain a binding force for correcting the outer diameter and maintaining a good shear surface without causing rough skin on the outer surface of the tube to be cut. Further, by using a conventionally known mandrel on the inner diameter side, a new special restraining mechanism is not required, and the entire apparatus can be simplified.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a pipe cutting device of the present invention will be described based on the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a fixed blade body 1 and a
The fixed blade body 1 is made of a steel block body, and one
The size of the one
The
The
Further, the
A circular
In this case, the axis Oc of the
FIGS. 2A and 2B are explanatory views showing an example of a return mechanism for automatically returning the
The
As the return mechanism, a mechanism using a cam, a spring, hydraulic pressure, or the like may be used.
Further, as shown in FIG. 3A, in each of the die holes 2 and 21,
Next, an operation for cutting the pipe P to be cut by the pipe cutting apparatus having the above-described configuration and a method for manufacturing the ring material and the synchronizer ring material by the operation will be described.
In the initial position shown in FIG. 2A, the axial centers Oc and Os of the
Then, when the
5 shows the axis Os of the
First, the position indicated by the axis Oc (Os) is the initial position. From this initial position, if only the downward moving component of the
Rotational movement indicated by the arrow (b), the mobile will be made until completion from the start of the movement of the downward
As a result of this series of movements, the cut pipe P that has been press-fitted across the die holes 2 and 21 has two portions inserted into the
Finally, the
As described above, the pipe cutting apparatus and the ring material and synchronizer ring material manufacturing method according to this embodiment are configured so that the rotary blade in the

In addition, this invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, In the range which does not deviate from the meaning of this invention, it can change. For example, in the above-described example, the driving is performed in the vertical direction. Moreover, the to-be-cut pipe P demonstrated by this embodiment is a pipe raw material which consists of a long extruded pipe, a welded pipe, etc., for example, and pipe body P 'cut | disconnects the said pipe | tube raw material shortly and further post-processes. It may be a ring-shaped ring material (ring-shaped material) such as an intermediate material to be applied or a machine part that is cut into a product. Alternatively, the tube P to be cut is a tube material made of a long extruded tube, and the pipe body P ′ is manufactured by cutting the tube material into a short length and is a ring-shaped part of a transmission used for an automobile or the like. It may be a material for forging of a synchronizer ring (synchronizer ring material). Moreover, these ring materials and synchronizer ring materials are not limited to the above-mentioned applications, and can be manufactured and used according to various demands and applications.
Hereinafter, the pipe cutting experiment of the present invention will be described as examples.
The pipe to be cut was a copper alloy extruded pipe for a synchronizer ring used in a transmission for an automobile. The diameter of the first die hole of the fixed blade body and the diameter of the second die hole of the rotary blade body are 65.50 mm, and the end of the first die hole of the fixed blade body on the cut tube insertion side is 5 mm. Smoothly finished with a chamfered radius. The first die hole of the fixed blade body and the second die hole of the rotary blade body are aligned, and the tube to be cut is press-fitted by a hydraulic press. Further, the solid blade body and the rotary blade holder are incorporated into the guide frame. Thereafter, a mandrel diameter expansion cored bar on the fixed blade side is inserted. In this embodiment, in order to make the apparatus simple, the core metal for the expansion of the rotary blade side and the fixed blade side is provided with a screw at the end of the core bar, and the mandrel rear end surface (the end opposite to the cut surface) Part) was tightened with a nut to obtain a tube expansion force, and the tube to be cut was restrained. Thereafter, the rotary blade holder is moved by a hydraulic press to perform cutting. In cutting a copper alloy extruded tube having an outer diameter of about 65 mm and a wall thickness of about 6 mm, the maximum cutting load was about 300 kN.
Tables 1 and 2 show the dimension measurement results of the cut tube bodies (n = 9). In Table 1, the cutting width refers to the width (length in the axial direction) of the cut tube body, and the width (depth dimension) of the
In addition, when the rotary blade is moved from the top to the bottom, each part is assumed to be A at 0 ° position, B at 180 ° position, C at 270 ° position, and D at 90 ° position.
According to Table 1, the width of the cut tube body is cut with an accuracy of ± 0.2 mm or less with respect to the width of the
According to Table 2, due to the correction effect by press-fitting into the
As is apparent from these tables, a good tube can be obtained according to the present apparatus.
As described above, the tube to be cut receives radial and axial restraining forces from the outer surface due to the die hole, and further receives radial and axial restraining forces from the inner surface by the mandrel. Since this is a passive rotation mechanism, the pipe material can be cut accurately without the need for conventional large-scale devices and mechanisms.
