Description
The present invention relates to a slip-resistant shoe sole having a midsole having a cushioning property softer than the outsole on an upper sole of the outsole having a ground contact surface, and the shoe has the shoe sole or the shoe sole on the bottom surface. .
Conventionally, in places where water and oil are splashed on the ground surface of food processing plants, and in places where there is a danger to the feet of construction sites, manufacturing industries that handle heavy machinery and parts, fisheries, and forestry The most common foot injury accident is an arm or lower back injury caused by a fall on site. In order to prevent such accidents, JIS T8101 safety shoes were developed for the purpose of protecting the feet of workers, and JPSA standard protective sneakers (among these two standards) A shoe that satisfies any one of the criteria is hereinafter referred to as a “shoe”).
Conventional shoe soles and shoes considering slip resistance are disclosed in, for example,
Note that safety shoes are defined in the JIS standard as “shoes that mainly protect the toes of the wearer with a tip and have anti-slip”. And it is stipulated that cowhide or rubber is used as the material of the upper of the safety shoes.
Protective sneakers, on the other hand, are shoes that have a safety function that protects the feet, just like safety shoes, but they use artificial leather or vinyl leather cloth for the upper, making it mandatory to use cowhide materials. It is not subject to JIS standards for "safety shoes". Instead, there are many designs that cannot be expressed with leather products, and the performance is improved by using various materials such as meshes and other materials that are difficult to sag and reflectors. In addition, products with excellent slip resistance and those with electrostatic functions have been developed, and safety aspects are also considered.
In recent years, with the increase in imports of sneaker-type shoes equipped with foreign-made toescores, sneakers that claim safety performance are misunderstood as JIS-standard products for safety shoes. There are many products that have been damaged, and products that have problems with safety performance and durability. Therefore, it is necessary to clear a certain standard according to the JIS standard for these products, so the Japan Protective Sneakers Association (JPSA) was established and a group standard (JPSA standard) according to the JIS standard was established. It was. As a result of the public test, a certified product that satisfies the JPSA standard is a product that has been certified by the Japan Safety Products Association for the safety performance of the toes equivalent to the JIS standard, and is a highly reliable product.
In 2006, the Japan Safety Shoe Industry Association revised the safety shoe JIS standard to establish a new test method and standard value for “slip resistance” as additional performance required for safety shoes. Specifically, it was established that a safety shoe with slip resistance should have a performance coefficient of a dynamic friction of a shoe sole of 0.20 or more when tested by a test method stipulated in JIS.
Accordingly, the JPSA standard protective sneaker, which is a standard conforming to the above JIS standard, has similarly established a new test method and standard value for “slip resistance” with the revision of the additional performance of the JIS standard.
However, even if one of the above two safety standards establishes a standard for “slip resistance,” the soles will wear due to the fact that the same shoe is worn for a long period of time in the field. The slip resistance is reduced, and the original function as slip resistance is impaired. As a result of continuing to wear shoes in which the slip resistance is lost, there is a risk of slipping and falling, resulting in injury. Nevertheless, even if the soles were worn, the standards for changing shoes were vague and largely based on individual judgment. In addition, even when developing shoes, there was no official standard for how much wear was actually less than the standard for slip resistance as a shoe, and for supporting or confirming the test method. .
The present invention has been proposed in view of the above points, and provides a shoe sole that can easily and reliably confirm when a shoe having slip resistance should be replaced, or a shoe having the shoe sole on the bottom surface. It is for the purpose.
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a slip-resistant shoe sole including a midsole having a cushioning property softer than the outsole on an upper sole of the outsole having a grounding surface, of between the lower base of the midsole upper base, the outsole predetermined amount worn visible material made of synthetic resin to be exposed by the are at least two laminated, degree of wear of the visual material, the It is set to be equivalent to the outsole, and the color of the visual recognition material is set to a color different from the outsole, and the outsole is a mother ball part, a small ball part on the back of the wearer's foot, Corresponding to each part of the buttocks, there is a main baseball part region, a small baseball part region, and a base part region, and the visual recognition material is out between the base baseball part region and the small baseball part region. Front where the grip design protrudes from the bottom of the sole Central region, and, provided in each heel region, with the progress of wear of the outsole, a shoe sole, characterized in that exposed from any one area stepwise to the next region. Further, the shoe has a shoe sole having such characteristics on the bottom surface.
The present invention can produce the following effects. Specifically, the bottom sole of the outsole (the back side of the shoe sole) usually has a protruding grip design made of foamed polyurethane, which retains a certain amount of adsorption force against the grounding surface and further enhances slip resistance. However, the visual recognition material according to the present invention is exposed when the grip design of the shoe sole disappears or when the outsole is worn out. Even if the outsole wears and the visual recognition material begins to be exposed, the outsole is “hard” to some extent and therefore does not wear immediately. Therefore, even if the visual recognition material starts to wear, it seems that the exposed area of the visual recognition material gradually expands. When the visual recognition material starts to be exposed, in other words, when the visual recognition material starts to appear, “the slip resistance decreases. As a warning message “Be alert, since it has started,” it is possible to provide an effect of warning the wearer so that the wearer can perceive and recognize that the quality of the shoes is gradually decreasing. Moreover, since the visual recognition material has the same degree of wear and hardness as the outsole, it does not wear immediately. The fact that it does not wear immediately means that it still has slip resistance and is difficult to slip. In addition, the wear speed is equivalent, and there is almost no possibility of liquid such as water penetrating into the shoe.
When the visual recognition material is completely exposed, it is in an excessively worn state, and the dynamic friction coefficient of the shoe sole of the shoe is less than the specified value 0.20 of the slip resistance defined by the JIS standard or the JPSA standard. It can be determined that the performance has deteriorated. In such a case, there is a risk of falling, and it is necessary to change shoes, and the information can be perceived by the wearer.
From the above, regarding the slip resistance of shoes, the visual confirmation material according to the present embodiment is merely a “standard for slip resistance”, and the wear resistance is reduced when the outsole wears and the visual recognition material starts to be exposed. A person can be warned, and it is possible to visually judge the replacement time of the shoes. In this way, it is possible to notify the wearer that it is time to replace the shoes by using the visual recognition material with the change in appearance as a visual clue. A shoe having slip resistance conforming to the JIS standard or JPSA standard can be made into a product, and a third party can be urged to replace the shoe when the slip resistance is deteriorated.

<1.2. Outsole 10 and midsole 20: For foam>
In an embodiment of the present invention and an embodiment of the invention different from the present invention , the

Moreover, as foams other than PU, it is also possible to form with the foam of an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer resin (ethylene vinyl acetate: EVA) and a vinyl chloride resin, for example.

<2.4. About “Color”>
In addition, even if simply referred to as “color”, here are three types of sensory attributes used to describe the color: three attributes of color such as hue (hue), lightness (brightness), and saturation (brightness) It is used as a general term. Note that white, gray, and black gray scales are distinguished by lightness and do not include hue and have zero saturation. Such a color is called an achromatic color, and colors other than grayscale are chromatic colors having all three attributes. In practice, however, even white, black, and gray usually show some saturation, so it is inappropriate to make so-called white, black, and gray colors that have only one of the three attributes of color. .
From the above, it is preferable that any one of hue, brightness, and saturation is set so that the
<2.5. The form in which the visual recognition material 50 has discriminating power changes as the wear of the
Moreover, the visual recognition material 50 can also be configured such that the shape, pattern, and color of the visual recognition material 50 having discriminating power change as the wear of the
Further, since the slip resistance varies depending on the material forming the sole 1 and the shape of the
<2.5. Hardness of visual recognition material 50>
Moreover, the hardness of the visual recognition material 50 is set to be equal to that of the

<3.2.
From the above, the
With such a configuration, the visual observation material 50 is provided in the main
It should be noted that the visual recognition material 50 arranged in the region corresponding to at least two of the main
Of the above three regions, the region where the wearer's weight is the most is the
Each of the ball segments of the

Furthermore, since the
<5.効果>
<5. Effect>
With the configuration as described above, the shoe sole according to the present invention and the shoe 100 (safety shoe in the present embodiment) using the shoe sole 1 can obtain the following effects.
Usually, the lower sole 10b of the
In addition, when the visual recognition material 50 is completely exposed, it is in an excessive wear state, and the dynamic friction coefficient of the sole 1 of the
From the above, the anti-slip properties of
Moreover, even if the movement of the load in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction during walking occurs due to the shape of the ground contact surface, the
In addition, since the visual recognition material 50 should just function as a means for having the said effect, it functions as a means for notifying that the
Further, the way the
<6. Embodiment of the Invention >
The present invention can be variously modified or modified without departing from the technical scope of the present invention.
In the above-described embodiment, the visual recognition material
In the above-described embodiment, the visual recognition member 50 is disposed at two places. However, it is preferable to place the visual recognition member 50 at a place where the wear is intense or a place where it becomes slippery when worn. It is also possible to prepare several arrangement patterns, and the wearer can select and purchase and use
Further, in the embodiments of the present invention, as in the above embodiment,
6 and 7, a plurality of triangular shapes are provided as the
Unlike the
As described above, first, the
In addition, about providing the
In order to prevent the nail from stepping out from the
In the above-described embodiment, the safety shoes having the two-layer bottom structure have been described. However, the visual recognition material according to the present invention can be applied to the safety shoes having the single-layer structure and the safety shoes having the multilayer bottom.
For example, as one form of the bottom layer, an outsole having a contact portion with a grounding surface is formed as a single unit by injection molding or pressure molding using a molding die, and the outsole is bonded to the bottom surface of the upper There are some that form shoes by adhering using a.
Further, at least one visual recognition member 50 in the present invention is laminated between the
In addition, as in the above-described embodiment, the present invention can be applied to a shoe that does not have the
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the
