Description
Claims (9)
- 各々が、所定の加湿条件において最適な動作特性を有する固体電解質の一方の側にアノードを有し、他方の側にカソードを有する複数の個々の電池を含み、前記アノード側に燃料気体供給回路(11)を有し、前記カソード側に燃焼性気体回路を有する燃料電池(1)と、
前記燃料電池により消費されなかった気体をリサイクルし、前記消費されなかった気体内に含まれる水を除去することを可能にする除湿装置(3)を含み、前記燃料電池の下流側の湿った気体を収集して、前記湿った気体を前記除湿装置に送り、除湿した気体を、前記気体が前記除湿装置を通った後で、前記燃料電池の上流側の前記燃料気体供給回路(11)に通す、前記燃料気体又は燃焼性気体の1つのための少なくとも1つのリサイクル回路と、
を含む電気生成システムであって、
前記リサイクル回路が、前記除湿装置(3)の下流側に取り付けられた、ポンプ(63)を含む制御されたリサイクル・パイプ(13)を含み、前記除湿装置と並行して取り付けられた、ポンプ(65)を含む直接回路(15)を含み、前記直接回路(15)が、前記燃料電池の下流側の前記湿った気体を取り出し、前記除湿装置(3)を通ることなく、前記湿った気体を前記燃料気体供給回路(11)に通し、さらに、前記燃料電池の上流側に戻された前記湿った気体と前記除湿した気体との間のそれぞれの比率を制御するための測定手段を含み、前記測定手段が、前記制御されたリサイクル・パイプ(13)に含まれるポンプ(63)及び前記直接回路(15)に含まれるポンプ(65)の動作を選択的に制御することを可能にする制御ユニット(7)を含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記リサイクル回路が、前記制御されたリサイクル・パイプ(13)と並行に取り付けられた受動リサイクル・ライン(14)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記リサイクル回路が、前記燃料気体供給回路に取り付けられたエゼクタ(4)に至ることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御ユニット(7)が、湿度センサ(74)により伝送される値の関数として、選択的に、前記制御されたリサイクル・パイプ(13)に含まれるポンプ(63)及び前記直接回路(15)に含まれるポンプ(65)の動作を制御することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- リサイクル回路を燃焼性気体回路に含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記燃焼性気体回路が純酸素供給回路であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記燃焼性気体回路が純酸素と少なくとも1つの中性気体との混合物を与える回路であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記燃料電池が、高分子膜をもつ種類のものであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 自動車のための請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
