Description
The present invention comprises a housing having a flow path through which air can flow in the vertical direction, and a sensing unit that detects temperature, and the rear surface of the housing is addressed to an indoor wall surface. It is related with the sensor apparatus for an air conditioning installed in.
For example, in an air conditioning system provided in a house such as a general house or a condominium, a sensor device for detecting an indoor temperature (and humidity) is provided for controlling the air conditioner body. As shown in FIG. 6, this type of
By the way, although the
As described above, when the
That is, as shown in FIG. 7 (a), the
Although the
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to be installed on a wall surface, and even when a frame is attached to the wall surface for decoration purposes, it is improperly attached. This is to provide an air conditioning sensor device that can effectively suppress the temperature and humidity of the room air regardless of whether or not the frame is attached.
In order to achieve the above object, a first air conditioning sensor device of the present invention is configured by providing a sensing unit for detecting temperature in a housing having a flow passage through which air can flow in the vertical direction. It is installed in a state in which the rear surface of the housing is addressed to a wall surface in the room, and the housing has a horizontal shape in which the upper surface has a projection length of a certain length or more forward from the wall surface. And the lower surface has a projection length shorter than that of the upper surface, and the front surface connecting the tip of the upper surface and the tip of the lower surface is perpendicular to the surface so that the surface is obliquely downward. The lower end of the casing is provided with a protrusion that protrudes forward and can be used as a frame holder or a hanging tool. And an opening in the lower surface of the casing, and the flow path Circulation port end, the of the upper surface of the housing located on the front side closer characterized by the structure which is open (the invention of claim 1).
According to this configuration, when the user attaches a desired frame to the front side of the housing so as to hide the air conditioning sensor device installed on the wall surface of the room, the lower side portion of the frame is supported by the protruding portion. In other words, the projection is attached while being slightly inclined downward while using the protrusion as a receiving tool. In this first case, since the frame does not come below the casing, the flow opening at the lower end of the flow passage is not blocked, and air is distributed above the upper surface of the casing. Sufficient space is secured.
In addition, when a user attaches a desired frame using the housing without aiming to hide the housing, the lower side of the frame is placed on the upper surface of the housing with the upper surface of the housing as a base. Can be installed. In this second case, since the frame and the housing are arranged in the living space, an unstable placement method in which the frame falls in a normal life is avoided. Therefore, the lower side portion of the frame is installed on the back side of the upper surface of the housing, which is an intersection between the upper surface of the housing and the wall surface, and the frame is supported by the upper surface of the housing and the wall surface. At this time, since the opening at the upper end of the flow passage is located close to the front side of the upper surface of the housing and opens, the frame placed on the back side (wall side) of the upper surface of the housing, It is possible to prevent the flow opening at the upper end of the flow passage from being blocked. Of course, the flow outlet (the lower surface of the housing) at the lower end of the flow passage is not blocked.
Or when attaching a desired picture frame using a housing | casing, the said protrusion part can also be hung and attached by hanging a string etc. as a hanging tool (hook). Even in the third case, the flow port at the lower end of the flow passage (the lower surface of the housing) and the flow port at the upper end (the upper surface of the housing) are not blocked. Therefore, in any of the above three cases, air circulation (convection) in the flow passage in the housing can be ensured when a frame is attached to the wall surface for decoration.
In other words, the first air-conditioning sensor device of the present invention has an effect of preventing the structure itself such as the housing itself from being improperly attached so as to inhibit the air flow when the frame is attached. Even when the frame is attached, it is possible to ensure the flow of room air in the flow passage even when the frame is not attached. As a result, it is possible to maintain high detection accuracy of indoor air temperature and humidity by the sensing unit, and to prevent adverse effects on the air conditioning control.
Note that the air-conditioning sensor device of the present invention is generally installed at a height around the height (or face) of a person on the wall surface in the room. The above-mentioned predetermined angle α should be an angle that is easy to see when a person looks at the frame, and is about 10 ° to 20 °.
At this time, the tip end portion of the protruding portion is bent upward in a hook shape, and the inclination angle on the acute angle side with respect to the vertical state of the tip end can be configured to be equal to or smaller than the predetermined angle α. Invention). According to this, the tip portion of the projecting portion can be formed into a shape suitable for serving as a receiver for receiving the lower side portion of the frame or as a hook for hanging a string or the like. Since the tip does not face the front direction, safety for people and the like is also high.
Furthermore, the sensing unit may be provided on the front side in the vicinity of the upper end of the flow path (invention of claim 3). According to this, a sensing part will be arrange | positioned in the best part of the flow of air, and the temperature and humidity of indoor air can be detected more correctly.
The second air-conditioning sensor device of the present invention is configured by providing a casing having a flow path through which air can flow in the vertical direction with a sensing unit for detecting temperature, and the casing on the wall surface of the room. The upper surface of the housing is lowered as it goes forward from the wall surface and is an inclined surface that is difficult to mount on the lower side of the frame , The flow port at the lower end of the flow passage is opened at the lower surface of the housing, and the flow port at the upper end of the flow passage is formed by a plurality of vertically long slits on the inclined surface of the upper surface of the housing. It has the characteristics in the structure formed in the hole shape (invention of Claim 4).
According to this, when the user attaches a desired frame, even if he / she tries to place the lower side of the frame on the upper surface of the housing with the upper surface of the housing as a base, the upper surface of the housing goes forward from the wall surface. Therefore, it is difficult to mount the frame with the lower side of the frame placed. At this time, the upper end of the flow passage is formed in a plurality of longitudinally long slit holes on the inclined surface of the upper surface of the housing, so that the upper surface of the housing is in the vertical (front-rear) direction. It will be more slippery.
In this case, the back of the picture frame can be attached so as to follow (overlap) the front of the housing. In this case, the lower and upper flow ports of the flow passage are not blocked, and Therefore, air circulation (convection) in the flow passage in the housing can be ensured when the frame is attached by the user. In addition, it is possible to obtain an advantage that dust does not easily accumulate on the upper surface of the housing.
Therefore, the second air-conditioning sensor device of the present invention has an effect of preventing the structure itself such as the housing itself from being improperly attached so as to inhibit the air flow when the frame is attached. Even when the frame is attached, it is possible to ensure the flow of room air in the flow passage even when the frame is not attached. As a result, it is possible to maintain high detection accuracy of indoor air temperature and humidity by the sensing unit, and to prevent adverse effects on the air conditioning control.
A first embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the air-
The air-
Although not shown in detail, the
Now, the
Accordingly, the
And in the lower end part of the said housing | casing 12, the
Further, as described above, a flow passage through which indoor air flows in the vertical direction is provided in the
Next, the operation and effect of the above configuration will be described. The air-
Here, in the air
That is, as a first case, as shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, a case where a desired
In this first case, the
When the user attaches the desired
In this second case, since the
In this second case, the flow opening at the lower end of the flow path of the housing 12 (the lower surface of the housing 12) is not blocked, and the lower side of the
Next, as a third case, as shown in FIG. 3, the
As described above, according to the air

Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. Detailed description of portions equivalent to those of the first embodiment described above, for example, the wall surface W, the
In the air
The
The front surface of the
On the other hand, when the user attaches the desired
Thus, even with the air conditioning sensor device 31 of the second embodiment, when the
