Description
Claims (8)
- 連続相有機ポリマーと、前記連続相有機ポリマー中に分散した微多孔性ポリマー材料とを含み、
前記微多孔性ポリマー材料が、通常は平面状の第一化学種を含む有機巨大分子から本質的に成り、強固なリンカーによって最大で2つの他の前記第一化学種に優勢に結合され、前記強固なリンカーは、前記リンカーによって結合した隣接する2つの第一平面状化学種が非共面の配向(non-coplanar orientation)に保持されるように、ねじれ点(point of contortion)を有する、
混合マトリックス膜。 - 前記微多孔性ポリマー材料の前記ねじれ点が、置換または非置換のスピロ−インダン、ビシクロ−オクタン、ビフェニルまたはビナフチル部分によって提供される、請求項1に記載の混合マトリックス膜。
- 前記連続相が、ポリスルホン;ポリ(スチレン)、スチレン含有コポリマー、ポリカーボネート;セルロース系ポリマー、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルイミド、およびポリアミド、アリールポリアミド、アリールポリイミド、アリールポリエーテルイミド;ポリエーテル;ポリ(アリーレンオキシド);ポリ(エステルアミド−ジイソシアネート);ポリウレタン;ポリエステル、ポリスルフィド;ポリ(エチレン)、ポリ(プロピレン)、ポリ(ブテン−1)、ポリ(4−メチルペンテン−1)、ポリビニル、ポリアリル;ポリ(ベンゾベンズイミダゾール);ポリヒドラジド;ポリオキサジアゾール;ポリトリアゾール;ポリ(ベンズイミダゾール);ポリカルボジイミド;ポリホスファジン;等、ならびに、上記ポリマーによる繰り返し単位を含有するブロック共重合体を含む共重合体、からなる群より選択される1種類以上のポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の混合マトリックス膜。
- ガスの混合物から少なくとも1種類のガスを分離するための方法であって、
a)前記少なくとも1種類のガスに透過性であるポリマーから本質的に成る連続相中に分散した微多孔性ポリマー材料を含む混合マトリックスガス分離膜を提供すること;
b)前記混合物を前記混合マトリックス膜の片側に接触させて、前記少なくとも1種類のガスを前記混合マトリックス膜に透過させること;および
c)前記膜を透過する前記少なくとも1種類のガスの一部を含む透過ガス組成物を、前記膜の反対側から除去すること、
を含み、
前記微多孔性ポリマー材料が、
置換されていても置換されていなくてもよい、
方法。 - 前記ガスの混合物が、水素/メタン、二酸化炭素/窒素、メタン/窒素、および、オレフィン/パラフィンからなる群より選択されるガスの組み合わせを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
