Claims (25)
- 支持構造物とスラストころ軸受との間に使用するための振動絶縁体であって、該スラストころ軸受が第1レースと、第2レースと、少なくとも1つのころ部材とを含む形式のものにおいて、該振動絶縁体には、
合わせ面と、支承面と、内周縁と、外周縁とを有する事実上ディスク形状の半径方向に延びる部分と、
前記半径方向に延びる部分の内周縁と外周縁の一方から軸線方向に延びる環状フランジと、
前記半径方向に延びる部分の合わせ面により形成される少なくとも1つの溝とが含まれ、
加えて、前記支承面が第1レースと第2レースの一方に当接するように構成され、前記合わせ面が支持構造物に当接するように構成されることで、少なくとも1つの溝と支持構造物との間に空所が形成される、支持構造物とスラストころ軸受との間に使用するための振動絶縁体。 - 前記少なくとも1つの溝が、半径方向に延びる部分の内周縁から外方へ外周縁まで延びている、請求項1記載の振動絶縁体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溝が、少なくとも1つのころ部材の長手方向中心軸線に対して曲線状である、請求項2記載の振動絶縁体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溝が、更に複数の溝を含む、請求項2記載の振動絶縁体。
- 前記環状フランジが連続している、請求項2記載の振動絶縁体。
- 前記振動絶縁体がエラストマー材料から成る、請求項2記載の振動絶縁体。
- 前記環状フランジが、半径方向に延びる部分の内周縁から軸線方向に延びている、請求項2記載の振動絶縁体。
- 前記環状フランジが、半径方向に延びる部分の外周縁から軸線方向に延びている、請求項2記載の振動絶縁体。
- 前記半径方向に延びる部分の外周縁のところでの前記少なくとも1つの溝の第1幅が、前記半径方向に延びる部分の内周縁のところでの前記少なくとも1つの溝の第2幅より大である、請求項2記載の振動絶縁体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溝が、更に複数の溝を含み、かつ前記合わせ面が、更に各対の隣接溝間に設けられた***部を含む、請求項1記載の振動絶縁体。

- 各***部が、更に、丸くされた頂部を含む、請求項10記載の振動絶縁体。
- 各***部が、更に、事実上平らな面を含む、請求項10記載の振動絶縁体。
- 支持構造物と共に使用するためのスラストころ軸受組み立て体において、
第1レースと、第2レースと、これらの間に配置された複数ころ部材とを有するスラストころ軸受と、
振動絶縁体とが含まれ、該振動絶縁体には、
合わせ面と、支承面と、内周縁と、外周縁とを有する事実上ディスク形状の半径方向に延びる部分と、
前記半径方向に延びる部分の内周縁と外周縁の一方から軸線方向に延びる環状フランジと、
前記半径方向に延びる部分の合わせ面により形成される少なくとも1つの溝が含まれており、
しかも、前記支承面が、スラストころ軸受の第1と第2のレースの一方と当接するように構成され、かつまた前記合わせ面が、少なくとも1つの溝と支持構造物との間に空所が形成されるように、支持構造物に当接するように構成されている、スラストころ軸受組み立て体。 - 前記少なくとも1つの溝が、前記半径方向に延びる部分の内周面から半径方向外方へ外周面まで延びている、請求項14記載のスラストころ軸受組み立て体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溝が、少なくとも1つのころ部材の長手方向中心軸線に対して曲線状である、請求項15記載のスラストころ軸受組み立て体。
- 前記環状フランジが、振動絶縁体の半径方向に延びる部分の外周縁から軸線方向に延びている、請求項15記載のスラストころ軸受組み立て体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溝が、更に、複数の溝を含み、溝の総数が、ころ部材の総数の倍数ではない、請求項14記載のスラストころ軸受組み立て体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溝が、更に、複数の溝を含み、前記合わせ面が、更に、複数の***部を含み、各***部が隣接溝対の間に設けられている、請求項14記載のスラストころ軸受組み立て体。
- 各ころ部材が第1と第2のレースの一方を横切る場合には常に、複数***部の少なくとも1つの***部の一部が、各ころ部材と支持構造物との間に配置される、請求項19記載のスラストころ軸受組み立て体。
- 支持構造物とスラストころ軸受との間で使用するための振動絶縁体であって、該スラストころ軸受が第1レースと、第2レースと、少なくとも1つのころ部材とを含む形式のものにおいて、該振動絶縁体が、
合わせ面と、支承面と、内周縁と、外周縁とを有する事実上ディスク形状の半径方向に延びる部分と、
前記半径方向に延びる部分の合わせ面により形成される少なくとも1つの溝とを含み、
しかも、前記支承面が第1と第2のレースの一方に当接するように構成され、かつ前記合わせ面が、少なくとも1つの溝と支持構造物との間に空所が形成されるように、支持構造物に当接するように構成される、振動絶縁体。 - 前記少なくとも1つの溝が、半径方向に延びる部分の内周縁から半径方向外方へ外周縁まで延びている、請求項21記載の振動絶縁体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溝が、少なくとも1つのころ部材の長手方向中心軸線に対して曲線状である、請求項22記載の振動絶縁体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溝が、更に、複数の溝を含む、請求項23記載の振動絶縁体。
- 更に、前記半径方向に延びる部分の内周縁と外周縁の一方から軸線方向に延びる環状フランジを含んでいる、請求項21記載の振動絶縁体。
