Claims (7)
- タイヤ内にパンク修理液が注入されたホイールのタイヤバルブからバルブコアを取り外し、前記タイヤ内に充填された加圧空気を前記タイヤバルブを介して排出し、前記タイヤ内の加圧空気が排出されている間に前記タイヤバルブから前記パンク修理液の液面まで届くようにチューブを挿入し、前記タイヤ内の残留圧力を利用して該タイヤ内のパンク修理液を前記チューブを介して回収することを特徴とするパンク修理液の回収方法。
- 前記チューブの外径を前記タイヤバルブの貫通孔の最細部の内径よりも小さくし、前記チューブの内径をその外径の50%〜90%の範囲にしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパンク修理液の回収方法。
- 前記チューブの外径を2.5mm〜3.0mmの範囲にしたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のパンク修理液の回収方法。
- 前記タイヤ内の加圧空気が排出されている間に前記タイヤバルブから前記タイヤ内に前記チューブを挿入し、その後、前記タイヤの配置状態を変化させることで前記チューブを前記パンク修理液の液面まで届くようにすることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のパンク修理液の回収方法。
- 前記タイヤ内にパンク修理液が注入されたホイールのタイヤをその中心軸が水平となるように接地させ、前記ホイールのタイヤバルブが前記タイヤの中心軸の直下位置から該中心軸周りに20度以上ずれた位置となるように前記タイヤを配置し、その配置状態で前記タイヤ内の加圧空気を前記タイヤバルブを介して排出し、前記タイヤ内の加圧空気が排出されている間に前記タイヤバルブから前記タイヤ内に前記チューブを挿入し、その後、前記タイヤバルブが前記タイヤの中心軸の直下位置となるように前記タイヤを転がすことにより、前記チューブを前記パンク修理液の液面まで届くようにすることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のパンク修理液の回収方法。
- 前記タイヤバルブから前記チューブを挿入する際に、前記タイヤバルブが前記タイヤの中心軸の直下位置から該中心軸周りに60度〜120度ずれた位置となるように前記タイヤを配置することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のパンク修理液の回収方法。
- パンク修理液を凝固させるための凝固剤と、パンク修理液を収容するための可撓性を有する袋とを用い、タイヤ内から抜き取られたパンク修理液を前記袋の中に投入し、該袋の中で前記パンク修理液と前記凝固剤とを混合し、前記パンク修理液を凝固させた状態で回収することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のパンク修理液の回収方法。
