Description

The present invention relates to a cooking device, and more particularly to a cooking device printed with temperature-sensitive ink.
In addition, the said heating cooker shall include an electromagnetic cooker and an induction heating cooker.

When cooking is performed using a heating cooker, the portion in contact with the object to be heated, such as a pan on the top plate, becomes a temperature equivalent to the temperature of the object to be heated. When the object to be heated is moved after cooking, since the portion where the object to be heated has been placed is exposed, various devices have been conventionally made.
For example, in a conventional cooking device, the top plate that is installed on the upper part of the main body case and forms the installation surface of a metal heated container such as a pan is made of crystallized glass of transparent material with excellent heat resistance and impact resistance. At the same time, a warning display is described on the back surface of the top plate (top plate) using a reversible thermopaint that displays color at a predetermined temperature (for example, 80 ° C. or more), and the warning display is a container to be heated. A technique has been disclosed in which the warning display can be performed without any deterioration during the service life of the cooker by preventing it from being scraped off at the bottom of the cooker (for example, Patent Document 1). reference).
Further, on the surface on which the induction heating object of the upper plate for the induction heating cooker is placed, the discoloration temperature that is not discolored by a small amount of residual heat or temperature generated in a circuit device or the like is 40 ° C. or more, and the discoloration temperature is 90 ° C. or less The technique of forming at least one layer of the temperature-sensitive discoloration pattern layer is disclosed (see, for example, Patent Document 2).

特開2000−277244号公報(第2頁〜第3頁、図2)JP 2000-277244 A (2nd to 3rd pages, FIG. 2) 特開平7−161460号公報(第2頁〜第4頁、図1〜図5)JP-A-7-161460 (2nd to 4th pages, FIGS. 1 to 5)

However, in the conventional cooking device shown in Patent Document 1, the temperature-sensitive color-changing ink is printed on the back surface of the top glass in consideration of the printing peeling due to the scrubbing of the pan. Since it takes time to conduct the reaction, there was a problem that the reaction was bad.
Further, in the conventional induction heating cooker disclosed in Patent Document 2, there is a method of printing a temperature-sensitive color change ink, which is called an overcoat layer, and further printing a transparent ink for preventing peeling so as to cover from above. Because of the increase in the printing process, this was a factor that increased the cost.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and it is intended to obtain a heating cooker that can perform a warning display on the entire top surface or a part of the top surface while protecting the temperature-sensitive color-changing paint. It is aimed.

Heating cooker according to the present invention includes a heating unit for heating an object such as a pan, located above the heating unit, and the top plate to the object to be heated is Ru is placed, and the top plate Prevents slipping caused by forming a water film between the heated object and the top plate, and a reversible temperature-sensitive color-changing paint that changes color at a predetermined temperature or higher on at least a part of the surface of the heated object And the temperature-sensitive discoloration paint and the anti-slip paint are printed alternately in a two-dimensional horizontal direction without overlapping each other, and the thickness of the temperature-sensitive discoloration paint is It is thinner than the thickness of the anti-slip paint .

According to the present invention, a heating unit that heats an object to be heated, such as a pan, and the heating object that is positioned above the heating unit are placed on at least a part of the surface on the object to be heated side. A top plate on which a reversible temperature-sensitive color-changing paint that changes color at a temperature or higher and an anti-slip paint that prevents slippage caused by the formation of a water film between the object to be heated and the top plate are printed. Therefore, a warning display can be performed on the entire top surface or a part of the top surface while protecting the temperature-sensitive color changing paint.

加熱コイル8a〜8t(以下、加熱コイル8と呼ぶ場合もある。)
Embodiment.
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a configuration of a heating cooker according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the heating cooker 10 includes a main body 1 of the heating cooker and a transparent heat-resistant glass top plate 3 on which an upper surface of the main body 1 is formed and a heated object 2 such as a pan is placed. Composed. Further, the top plate 3 is provided with a thermal power setting unit 4 for setting the strength of the thermal power in the heating unit, a thermal power display unit, and the like. The main body 1 also has a grill 5 suitable for grilling fish and meat, and a plurality of rotary buttons and display units so that conditions such as heating power, cooking time, temperature, etc. can be set and displayed for the heating unit and the grill 5 etc. The front operation unit 6 is provided, and a heating coil (not shown) provided below the top plate 3 and constituting the substance of the heating unit.
In addition, although it is also possible to arrange | position the coil with the substantially same diameter as the heating coil conventionally used as a heating part, by using many heating coils smaller than this coil by disperse | distributing and using it, such as a pot It is also possible to arrange the object to be heated at a free position on the top 3. The configuration and operation for realizing such a system are as described in Japanese Patent Application No. 2007-267673, and heating coils 8a to 8t are dispersedly arranged below the top board 3 as shown in FIG. ing. In FIG. 8, 21 is a circuit for supplying a high-frequency current to each heating coil, 6e is a power switch, 22 is a display means, 10 is a heating coil 8a to 8t, a housing for housing the circuit 21 and the display means 22, and 6a to 6d. Represents a front operation unit on which the user adjusts the power. The heating coils 8a to 8t (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the heating coil 8) have a coil diameter of 100 mm or less, the distance between the edges of the coil is 20 mm or less, and the total area of the heating coil is the top plate lower surface area. A plurality of them are arranged in the depth direction and the lateral direction so as to be 50%. Although not shown, a heating coil having a coil diameter smaller than that of the heating coil 8 is arranged so as to fill a space between the heating coils 8.

FIG. 2 is a conceptual view showing a printing pattern on the top plate according to the present invention. 2A is a view of the print pattern A as viewed from above, FIG. 2B is a view of the print pattern B as viewed from above, and FIG. 2C is a view of FIG. It is A sectional drawing or BB sectional drawing of FIG.2 (b).
The dot pattern indicated by white circles in FIGS. 2A and 2B is a print pattern of an anti-slip print pattern, and the dot pattern indicated by black circles in FIG. 2B is temperature sensitive. It is a printing pattern of a discoloration paint (hereinafter referred to as a temperature-sensitive discoloration printing pattern). Further, as shown in FIG. 2C, pattern printing of an anti-slip paint (hereinafter referred to as anti-slip printing pattern) is performed with a thickness larger than the thickness of the discoloration ink. In this case, a printing pattern constituted by using a glass-based inorganic material, a thermosetting resin, an ultraviolet curable resin, or the like as the material of the anti-slip printing pattern is made and further finished by a baking process. The material for the anti-slip print pattern is not limited to the above, and a wide range of materials can be used as long as the material has relatively high rigidity and low brittleness and does not contain harmful substances.

As shown in FIG. 2, a reversible temperature-sensitive discoloration printing pattern 11 having a discoloration temperature of approximately 40 ° C. or higher, and an object to be heated, on the surface on which the object to be heated 2 such as a pan of the top plate 3 of the cooking device is installed. The anti-slip printed pattern 12 intended to prevent water slip caused by the formation of a water film between the top plate and the top plate is printed alternately without overlapping each other.
In the above figure, the dot pattern has a lattice shape, but as shown in FIG. 3A, the temperature-sensitive discoloration print pattern and the anti-slip print pattern extend continuously in a predetermined direction (vertical direction in the figure). These patterns may be printed alternately so as to form a striped pattern. Moreover, it may be printed alternately so as to form a grid pattern as shown in FIG. 3B, or may be printed alternately so as to form a honeycomb pattern as shown in FIG. Further, although not shown, printing may be performed alternately so as to form simple characters.
In addition, in the printing process, a slight misalignment can be allowed by providing a slight gap in anticipation of misregistration in the printing process so that the temperature-sensitive discoloration printing pattern and the anti-slip printing pattern do not overlap each other. It is necessary to devise.

FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram showing a contact portion between a printed pattern on the top 3 and an object to be heated in the embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4A is a schematic diagram showing a contact cross section of the contact between the top plate and the heated object when the heated object 2 is placed on the top plate 3, and FIG. It is an enlarged view of a contact surface with the to-be-heated material 2. FIG. If the pitch of the anti-slip stop printing pattern is too wide, the same problem as in the conventional case occurs. Conversely, if the pitch is too narrow, the heated portion 2 becomes slippery. As shown in FIG. 4B, the pitch is preferably 2.5 mm to 5 mm, which is sufficiently smaller than the size of the article 2 to be heated. Further, the thickness of the temperature-sensitive discoloration printing pattern is made smaller than the thickness of the anti-slip printing pattern so as to come into contact with only the printing pattern of the anti-slip printing pattern. As shown in FIG. 4B, the thickness of the temperature-sensitive discoloration printing pattern is preferably about 0.1 mm, and the thickness of the anti-slip printing pattern is preferably about 0.2 mm.

As shown in FIG. 2C, the object to be heated 2 such as a pan is displaced on the printing surface by printing so that the thickness of the temperature-sensitive discoloration printing pattern is smaller than the thickness of the anti-slip printing pattern. As shown in FIGS. 4A to 4B, the object to be heated 2 just comes into contact with the anti-slip printed pattern, and the printed surface of the temperature-sensitive discolored printed pattern directly contacts the object to be heated. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the temperature-sensitive discolored printing pattern from being peeled off.
Ideally, the thickness of the anti-slip print pattern should be larger than the temperature-sensitive discoloration print pattern, but the anti-slip print pattern has high hardness even at the same height, so the temperature-sensitive discoloration print pattern will peel off. We can expect effect to protect.

In this way, by applying the temperature-sensitive color-change printing pattern 11 printed with the reversible temperature-sensitive color-changing ink that changes color at 40 ° C. or higher between the protrusions of the anti-slip printed pattern 12 on the entire surface of the top plate 3, Regardless of where the heated object 2 is placed on the entire surface, the heated object 2 that has become hot due to cooking is detected and the color of the top surface of the top changes, so that the user can be alerted and burns can be prevented. Can do. In addition, unlike the prior art, relatively inexpensive LEDs are not used, and a lower cost printing technique is used, so that the cost can be reduced.
This effect is further enhanced by applying the temperature-sensitive discoloration printing pattern 11 to the entire surface of the top 3.
Instead of the conventional three-port type heating coil provided below the top plate 3, it is distributed almost uniformly below the top plate 3 and has a diameter smaller than the diameter of the conventional heating coil. When the heating unit 7 is composed of a plurality of induction heating coils 8 having a heating cooker that does not fix the position of the object 2 to be heated, such as a pan, and that can heat the object to be heated anywhere on the top plate, By applying the temperature-change color printed pattern 11 to the entire surface of the top plate 3, the cost can be significantly reduced.
The conventional electric display method using indicator lights such as LEDs incurs a remarkably high cost, and the arrangement of heating coils is limited due to the size, and there are cases where a sufficient number of LEDs are not arranged for alerting. However, the above-described problems can be solved by using the above-described temperature-sensitive discoloration printing pattern 11.
Further, by printing the temperature-sensitive discoloration printed pattern 11 in the gaps between the protrusions of the anti-slip printed pattern 12, there is almost no problem of peeling of the print due to rubbing with the pan, and the display performance can be maintained for a long time.

Moreover, the heating part 7 with the heater on the upper surface of the top plate 3 may be configured to display an electrical caution by an LED or the like and to apply a discoloration printing pattern to other parts other than the heating part 7. As a result, even if the high-temperature object to be heated after cooking is moved to a part other than the heater part, it is possible to alert the high-temperature part by the action of the discoloration ink, and the heater part is more visually effective. Safety can be enhanced by calling attention to high temperature with a high LED.

If the topcoat is not provided, the discoloration pattern is visible to the user as it is, so the degree of discoloration can be easily confirmed, and cost reduction can be realized.
