Description
The present invention relates to a flexible waterproof wall / rainwater storage tank that prevents inundation of buildings and underground facilities such as buildings and suppresses the outflow of rainwater.
From the viewpoint of effective use of land, underground development is actively carried out in urban areas, and the number of entrances to the underground facilities is increasing. The underground facility is convenient because it is a space that is not affected by the weather, but it is also susceptible to flood damage from typhoons and torrential rains. That is, when a large amount of rainwater flows from the entrance of the underground facility, the entire underground shopping area is inundated if the drainage facility is insufficient. Similarly, in a building such as a building on the ground, a large amount of rainwater may flow from the entrance of the building and flood the interior of the building.
Here, as a technique for preventing inundation of buildings and underground facilities, there is a technique described in Patent Document 1, for example. The waterproof door described in Patent Document 1 includes a sealed bag-like flexible membrane that rises when a fluid is supplied to the interior and falls when the fluid is discharged. This flexible membrane is a hose-like bag, and the fluid supplied to the inside includes water from digestion faucets, firefighting faucets, indoor water supply piping, tap water, and water from water storage tanks. ing. By supplying tap water or the like into the flexible membrane, the flexible membrane stands and becomes a weir that prevents inundation.
However, although the waterproof door described in Patent Document 1 has a function of preventing inundation of buildings and underground facilities, it uses tap water as its working fluid and suppresses the outflow of rainwater to the river. Has no function. On the other hand, due to urbanization, the function of water that the land had previously penetrated (water retention function) and the function of water retention (recreational water function) have been lost and the amount of rainwater outflow has increased. There is. In order to prevent flood damage, it is very important to control the amount of rainwater runoff itself.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to have both an inundation prevention function for preventing inundation of buildings and underground facilities and a rainwater outflow prevention function for suppressing outflow of rainwater. It is to provide a flexible waterproof wall and rainwater storage tank.
As a result of intensive studies to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors have connected a water conduit for introducing rainwater that has fallen on the top of a building into a watertight tubular bag. The inventors have found that the problem can be solved by inflating the tubular bag body with rainwater, and based on this finding, the present invention has been completed.
That is, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention provides a watertight cylindrical bag body, one end connected to the cylindrical bag body and the other end connected to a building, and the upper part of the building. A water conduit that introduces rain water that has fallen into the cylindrical bag body, and the rain water is introduced from the water conduit pipe into the cylindrical bag body so that the expanded state of the cylindrical bag body is maintained. A flexible waterproof wall and rainwater storage tank is provided.
According to this configuration, by introducing rainwater from the water conduit into the cylindrical bag body and the cylindrical bag body inflating with the rainwater, the cylindrical bag body forms a weir that prevents inundation and the inside thereof. Stores rainwater (temporarily stores rainwater). As a result, the flexible waterproof wall / rainwater storage tank of the present invention has both an inundation prevention function for preventing inundation of buildings and underground facilities and a rainwater outflow prevention function for suppressing outflow of rainwater.
Moreover, in this invention, it is preferable that the said rainwater is introduce | transduced into the said cylindrical bag body from the said water conduit by the head pressure of the said rainwater.
According to this structure, it is not necessary to press-fit rain water into a cylindrical bag body using a pump etc. That is, the flexible waterproof wall / rainwater storage tank of the present invention does not require an auxiliary facility such as a pump and is a very simple facility.
Furthermore, in the present invention, it is preferable that the inside of the cylindrical bag is replaced with the rain water after the cylindrical bag is inflated with compressed air.
According to this configuration, it is possible to quickly exhibit the inundation prevention function for preventing inundation of buildings and underground facilities.
Furthermore, in the present invention, one end of the water conduit is connected to the cylindrical bag body via a check valve, attached to the cylindrical bag body, and from the pressure of compressed air supplied to the cylindrical bag body It is preferable to provide a relief valve that is set to an operating pressure that is higher than the hydraulic head pressure corresponding to the height of the building.
According to this configuration, it is possible to quickly exhibit the inundation prevention function for preventing inundation of buildings and underground facilities with a simple configuration.
Furthermore, in the present invention, the other end of the water conduit is connected to a rain gutter of the building, and the rain water is preferably introduced from the water conduit into the cylindrical bag body via the rain gutter. .
According to this structure, rainwater can be collected using the existing rain gutter, and the modification of the building can be minimized. Moreover, the initial cost required for the introduction of the flexible waterproof wall / rainwater storage tank can be kept low.
Furthermore, in the present invention, it is preferable that the cylindrical bag body is folded and stored before use. According to this structure, conveyance of a cylindrical bag body becomes easy. In addition, when the cylindrical bag body is previously installed at the place of use, it becomes easy to store the cylindrical bag body below the ground, and as a result, it will not hinder the passage of the cylindrical bag body. Can be.
Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The flexible waterproof wall and rainwater storage tank according to the present invention is usually folded and stored compactly, and stores and swells rainwater that has fallen in the event of heavy rain to prevent inundation of buildings and underground facilities. , To prevent rainwater from flowing into the river.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing a flexible waterproof wall / rainwater storage tank 1 (hereinafter referred to as “waterproof wall / storage tank 1”) according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a detailed view of the
(Tubular bag)
The
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, both ends of the
Moreover, the
(Pressure hose)
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, one end of the
(Operation of flexible waterproof wall and rainwater storage tank)
Next, the operation of the waterproof wall / storage tank 1 will be described. Rainwater that falls on the roof or roof of the
Here, as described above, rainwater is introduced from the pressure-
Moreover, in this embodiment, the
(Modified example of cylindrical bag)
When a large amount of rain suddenly falls and the
FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a modification of the cylindrical bag body illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2. As shown in FIG. 3, a
One end of the
Next, formation of the weir using the
When rainwater accumulates in the
When the pressure inside the
(Other embodiments)
Next, another embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing a waterproof /
As shown in FIG. 4, the difference between the waterproof wall /
Rainwater that falls on the roof or roof of the
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made as long as they are described in the claims. .
