Description
本発明の実施の形態1に係る基地局100の構成を図8に示し、本発明の実施の形態1に係る移動局200の構成を図9に示す。
本発明の実施の形態2に係る基地局及び移動局は、実施の形態1に係る基地局(図8の基地局100参照)及び移動局(図9の移動局200参照)と同様な構成を有しており、制御チャネル割当部(図8に示した制御チャネル割当部102)の一部の処理のみにおいて相違する。
本発明の実施の形態3においては、各移動局用のPUCCH間の循環シフト間隔が3以上である場合の制御チャネル割当について説明する。
Claims (19)
- 複数の循環シフト量の内のいずれか1つで定義される系列を用いて、ACK/NACK信号又はCQI信号を拡散する拡散部と、
前記ACK/NACK信号又は前記CQI信号を送信する送信部と、を有し、
前記拡散部は、前記ACK/NACK信号又は前記CQI信号を構成するシンボル毎に、前記ACK/NACK信号に対しては、前記複数の循環シフト量の一部である、隣接する複数の第1の循環シフト量の内のいずれか1つを用い、前記CQI信号に対しては、前記一部以外の複数の第2の循環シフト量のいずれか1つを用い、
循環シフト量が循環的に増加する方向に、前記第2の循環シフト量に隣接する循環シフト量は、前記ACK/NACK信号及び前記CQI信号のどちらにも用いられない、
無線通信装置。 - 前記複数の第1の循環シフト量は、循環シフト量が循環的に増加する方向に、前記第2の循環シフト量から所定間隔で離れた循環シフト量である、
請求項1に記載の無線通信装置。 - 前記所定間隔は、前記ACK/NACK信号に対する前記隣接する複数の第1の循環シフト量の最小の間隔よりも大きい、
請求項2に記載の無線通信装置。 - 前記所定間隔は、2である、
請求項2又は3に記載の無線通信装置。 - 前記ACK/NACK信号を構成するシンボルと他の無線通信装置から送信されるCQI信号を構成するシンボルとが、又は、前記CQI信号を構成するシンボルと他の無線通信装置からのACK/NACK信号を構成するシンボルとが、同じ1シンボルに配置される、
請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の無線通信装置。 - 前記ACK/NACK信号と他の無線通信装置から送信されるCQI信号とが、又は、前記CQI信号と他の無線通信装置からのACK/NACK信号とが、同一周波数及び同一スロットのリソースに配置される、
請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の無線通信装置。 - 前記ACK/NACK信号は、他の無線通信装置から送信されるCQI信号とコード多重され、又は、前記CQI信号は、他の無線通信装置から送信されるACK/NACK信号とコード多重される、
請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の無線通信装置。 - 前記拡散部は、循環シフト量で定義される前記系列として、系列長が12である系列を用いる、
請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の無線通信装置。 - 複数の直交系列の内のいずれか1つを用いて、前記ACK/NACK信号を拡散する第2拡散部、をさらに有する、
請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の無線通信装置。 - 前記第2拡散部は、前記直交系列として、系列長が4である系列を用いる、
請求項9に記載の無線通信装置。 - 前記送信部は、制御チャネルを用いて、前記ACK/NACK信号又は前記CQI信号を送信し、
前記拡散部は、前記制御チャネルから特定される循環シフト量で定義される前記系列を用いる、
請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の無線通信装置。 - データを、移動局装置に送信する送信部と、
前記移動局装置から、複数の循環シフト量の内のいずれか1つで定義される系列を用いて拡散されて、送信された、ACK/NACK信号又はCQI信号を受信する受信手段と、を有し、
前記ACK/NACK信号又は前記CQI信号は、前記ACK/NACK信号又は前記CQI信号を構成するシンボル毎に、前記ACK/NACK信号に対しては、前記複数の循環シフト量の一部である、隣接する複数の第1の循環シフト量の内のいずれか1つを用いて拡散され、前記CQI信号に対しては、前記一部以外の複数の第2の循環シフト量のいずれか1つを用いて拡散され、
循環シフト量が循環的に増加する方向に、前記第2の循環シフト量に隣接する循環シフト量は、前記ACK/NACK信号及び前記CQI信号のどちらにも用いられない、
基地局装置。 - 前記複数の第1の循環シフト量は、循環シフト量が循環的に増加する方向に、前記第2の循環シフト量から所定間隔で離れた循環シフト量である、
請求項12に記載の基地局装置。 - 前記所定間隔は、前記ACK/NACK信号に対する前記隣接する複数の第1の循環シフト量の最小の間隔よりも大きい、

複数の直交系列の内のいずれか1つを用いて、前記ACK/NACK信号を拡散する第2拡散工程と、を有し、
前記第1拡散工程において、前記ACK/NACK信号又は前記CQI信号を構成するシンボル毎に、前記ACK/NACK信号に対しては、前記複数の循環シフト量の一部である、隣接する複数の第1の循環シフト量の内のいずれか1つが用いられ、前記CQI信号に対しては、前記一部以外の第2の循環シフト量のいずれか1つが用いられ、循環シフト量が循環的に増加する方向に、前記第2の循環シフト量に隣接する循環シフト量は、前記ACK/NACK信号及び前記CQI信号のどちらにも用いられない、
