Description
The present invention relates to an electrical connector for connecting a coaxial plug to a circuit board, and more particularly to a technique for stabilizing the holding of the electrical connector by a manufacturing apparatus such as a chip mounter.
Conventionally, there is an electrical connector for electrically connecting a coaxial plug to a circuit board. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses an electrical connector that is arranged on a wireless circuit and that is equipped with a coaxial plug for inspecting the wireless circuit. In this electrical connector, a cylindrical mounting portion to which a coaxial plug is mounted is formed at the upper portion of the housing. An insertion hole into which the pin-shaped center conductor of the coaxial plug is inserted is formed in the mounting portion. A movable terminal for connection to a signal conductor pattern on the circuit board is disposed below the mounting portion. When the coaxial plug is mounted, the movable terminal is pressed downward by the central conductor inserted into the insertion hole of the mounting portion and is elastically deformed, and is electrically connected to the central conductor of the coaxial plug. Thus, the central conductor of the coaxial plug and the conductor pattern of the circuit board are conducted through the movable terminal.
The electrical connector of Patent Document 1 has a fixed terminal that contacts the movable terminal before elastic deformation in addition to the movable terminal, and has a switch function for switching the signal path to the coaxial plug side when the coaxial plug is mounted. ing. Specifically, a signal conductor pattern to which the movable terminal is attached and a signal conductor pattern to which the fixed terminal is attached are formed on the circuit board. Before the movable terminal is elastically deformed, the movable terminal and the fixed terminal are in contact with each other, and the pair of signal conductor patterns provided on the circuit board are electrically connected via the movable terminal and the fixed terminal. On the other hand, when the coaxial plug is mounted, the movable terminal is pressed downward by the central conductor that has entered the housing from the insertion hole of the mounting portion, and is separated from the fixed terminal. As a result, conduction between the pair of conductor patterns is interrupted. The central conductor of the coaxial plug is electrically connected to one of the conductor patterns via the movable terminal.
However, there is a problem in that the number of parts increases in the structure in which the holding of the electrical connector by the suction nozzle is stabilized by another member such as a cap.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an electrical connector that can stabilize the holding of the electrical connector by the suction nozzle without causing an increase in the number of parts. There is.
In order to solve the above problems, an electrical connector according to the present invention includes a housing and a movable terminal. The housing has a mounting portion on which the coaxial plug can be mounted from above, and an insertion hole into which the central conductor of the coaxial plug is inserted is formed in the mounting portion. The movable terminal has a pressed portion positioned below the insertion hole, and is formed to be elastically deformable so that the pressed portion is separated downward from the insertion hole. And the said to-be-pressed part is arrange | positioned so that the said insertion hole may be plugged up from the downward direction.
According to the present invention, the pressed portion of the movable terminal is disposed so as to close the insertion hole, and the holding of the electrical connector by the suction nozzle can be stabilized without causing an increase in the number of parts.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an electrical connector 1 as an example of an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the electrical connector 1. FIG. 3 is a plan view of the electrical connector 1 disposed on the
As shown in FIG. 2 or FIG. 3, the electrical connector 1 has a
The electrical connector 1 is a connector for electrically connecting the
As shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 2, the electrical connector 1 includes a
As shown in FIG. 6 or FIG. 7, the
Further, the upper surface of the
As shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 6, or FIG. 7, the
The electrical connector 1 is provided with two
The
As shown in FIG. 7, a holding
As shown in FIG. 2, the fixed
The fixed
The distal end side of the
The
The
As shown in FIG. 5, the
As shown in FIG. 4 or 6, the
As described above, the fixed
As shown in FIG. 5,
The
As shown in FIG. 5, the pressed
As shown in FIG. 6, the pressed
In this description, the pressed
In the example described here, in addition to the pressed
As shown in FIG. 10, the
The operation of the electrical connector 1 will be described. As described above, in the normal state, the distal
In the electrical connector 1 described above, the
The pressed
The
Further, the electrical connector 1 includes a fixed
The
In addition, the movable terminal includes a pair of left and right right extending
In addition, this invention is not restricted to the electrical connector 1 demonstrated above, A various change is possible. For example, in the above description, the pressed
