自動変速機の後方側に、減速手段および動力分配手段を具えるトランスファ機構を配設してなる自動変速機のアウトプット構造であって、
自動変速機の変速機本体ケースの後方側にアダプタケースを連結し、このアダプタケース内に、自動変速機の出力軸上に組付けたアウトプットギアを含む減速手段を収納配置するとともに、変速機本体ケースとアダプタケースとに跨って、前記減速手段からの出力を取り出す動力分配手段を配設し、その減速手段を構成するギアの一枚以上を、アダプタケースとの協働下で支持する中間壁を、アダプタケース内に固定配置し、
アダプタケース内で、変速機本体ケースと中間壁との間にパーキングギアを配設してなる自動変速機のアウトプット構造。
