Description
使用された触媒は、原子比Ni/Cr=1のニッケル/クロム混合触媒であり、事前にフッ素化されたアルミナに担持されており、ニッケル塩及び無水クロム酸(CrO3)の溶液を用いた含浸により調製される。含浸及び乾燥後、塩は、フッ化水素酸と窒素との混合物(窒素中のこの酸の濃度は、体積で5〜10%)の存在下で、温度320〜390℃での処理に供される。

Claims (10)
- ペンタフルオロエタンをパークロロエチレン及びHFからガス相において触媒の存在下で製造するための方法であり、(i)パークロロエチレンとHFとの反応は、20以上のHF/パークロロエチレンモル比及び5バール(絶対圧)より高い圧力で行われ、並びに(ii)この反応段階から流出する流れは、塩酸及びペンタフルオロエタンを含む軽い生成物の画分(A)並びに未反応のフッ化水素酸及び場合により未反応であるパークロロエチレンを含む重い生成物の画分(B)を得るための分離段階に供され、並びに(iii)前記画分(B)は、精製作業に供されることなく直接、前記反応段階に再循環させられることを特徴とする方法。
- 画分Bは、反応段階において生成されるジクロロトリフルオロエタン及び/又はクロロテトラフルオロエタンをさらに含み得ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 反応段階におけるHF/パークロロエチレンモル比は20から60であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 反応段階におけるHF/パークロロエチレンモル比が25から50であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 反応温度は310から400℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 反応温度が330から375℃であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 反応段階は、圧力6から15バール(絶対圧)にて行われることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 反応段階が、圧力6から12バール(絶対圧)にて行われることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 触媒は、フッ化アルミニウムから又はフッ化アルミニウムとアルミナとの混合物から構成される担体に担持された、ニッケル及びクロムの酸化物、ハロゲン化物及び/又はオキシハライドから構成される混合触媒であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 反応段階は酸素の存在下で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
