Claims (3)
- 溶着予定領域に沿ってガラス層が定着させられた第1のガラス部材に、前記ガラス層を介して第2のガラス部材を重ね合わせ、前記溶着予定領域に沿って第2のレーザ光を照射することにより、前記溶着予定領域に沿って前記第1のガラス部材と前記第2のガラス部材とを溶着してガラス溶着体を製造するために、前記第1のガラス部材に前記ガラス層を定着させるガラス層定着方法であって、
ガラス粉及びレーザ光吸収材を含む前記ガラス層を、前記溶着予定領域に沿うように前記第1のガラス部材に配置する工程と、
前記溶着予定領域に沿って第1のレーザ光を照射することにより、前記ガラス粉を溶融させ、前記第1のガラス部材に前記ガラス層を定着させると共に、前記ガラス粉の溶融によって、前記第1のレーザ光の照射前に比べて前記ガラス層のレーザ光吸収率を高くする工程と、を含む、ガラス層定着方法。 - 前記第1のレーザ光は、前記ガラス層の温度が融点よりも高く且つ結晶化温度よりも低い温度となるように照射される、請求項1記載のガラス層定着方法。
- 前記第1のレーザ光は、少なくとも前記ガラス層において前記第2のガラス部材側に位置する部分の温度が結晶化温度よりも低い温度となるように照射される、請求項2記載のガラス層定着方法。
