Abstract
【解決手段】排ガス浄化装置2は、ケーシング13とこのケーシング13内に配置された第1排ガス流路5を有する浄化ユニット12を備え、第1排ガス流路5は、1つ以上の排ガス浄化要素9,10を有する。上記浄化ユニット12に一体化された部材として第2排ガス流路6が浄化ユニットの空洞21に設けられ、上記浄化ユニット12に一体化された部材として合流部7が設けられ、この合流部7で第1,第2排ガス流路5,6が、排ガス浄化装置2の共通排ガス出口26を成すように合流している。更に、排ガス浄化システムは、上記排ガス浄化装置2と流路切替装置から成る。

Description
装置に関する。
上記仕切り部材は、L字状仕切り部材として設けることができ、L字状は、A-A線に沿った断面から見た場合の形状である。
吸音器を排ガス浄化装置内に合流部の部品として、或いは、合流部に接続して配置することによって、コンパクトで機能的で容易に取り付けられる排ガス浄化装置が提供される。
排ガス浄化システムが放出規制海域に無いと上記制御装置が判断すると、第1ガス出口が閉じ,第2ガス出口が開くように、流路切替手段が駆動される。
更に、ガスライン24は、第2排ガス流路6と第2排ガス入口22の箇所に(図示しない)拡張蛇腹部材などの拡張要素を備えることができる。振動減衰要素および拡張蛇腹部材は、例えば温度変化によるガスライン24や第2排ガス流路6の動きに起因する装置の不具合を防止することができる。
Claims (6)
- ケーシング(13)とこのケーシング(13)内に配置された第1排ガス流路(5)を有する浄化ユニット(12)を備え、上記第1排ガス流路(5)は、1つ以上の排ガス浄化要素(9,10)を有する排ガス浄化装置(2)において、
上記浄化ユニット(12)に一体化された部材として第2排ガス流路(6)が浄化ユニット(12)の空洞(21)に設けられ、上記浄化ユニット(12)に一体化された部材として合流部(7)が設けられ、この合流部(7)で上記第1,第2排ガス流路(5,6)が、排ガス浄化装置(2)の共通排ガス出口(8)を成すように合流し、
上記第2排ガス流路(6)は、上記ケーシング(13)の少なくとも一部で形成された空洞(21)内に配置され、この空洞(21)は、仕切り部材(25)によって第1排ガス流路(5)から分離され、
上記空洞(21)は、浄化ユニット(12)を外部に対して区画する表面の凹部内に配置された流路として形成され、
上記空洞(21)は、ケーシング(13)の2つの隣接する壁(15,16)の間の長手縁部に沿って形成され、この長手縁部に沿って仕切り部材(25)が配置され、空洞(21)を第1排ガス流路(5)から分離し、
上記合流部(7)は、ケーシング(13)内に配置され、
上記第2排ガス流路(6)は、上記空洞(21)内に配置された分離したガスライン(24)であり、
上記ガスライン(24)は、管状であり、
上記ガスラインは、上記空洞(21)内の浄化ユニット(12)に動けるように取り付けられ、
第1,第2排ガス流路(5,6)は、上記浄化ユニット(12)の第1端部(19)に配置された各ガス入口(18,22)を有し、各排ガス流路(5,6)は、上記ガス入口(18,22)から浄化ユニット(12)の第2端部(20)近傍の上記合流部(7)に向かって延びており、
各排ガス流路(5,6)は、長手方向線(L)と概ね同じ方向にガス入口(18,22)から合流部(7)に向かって軸方向に延びており、
第1排ガス流路(5)に面する表面をもつ側壁(17)の少なくとも一部に、第1排ガス流路(5)およびその内部の浄化要素(9,10)の保守および点検のため開くことができるハッチ(26)が設けられ、
上記第2排ガス流路(6)は、上記空洞(21)内に配置されて上記仕切り部材(25)に対向するチューブ(24)で形成されており、
上記ハッチ(26)は、上記ケーシング(13)の上記第2排ガス流路(6)側とは反対側の上記側壁(17)の少なくとも一部に設けられ、
上記第1排ガス流路(5)は、上記軸方向に対して垂直な面で切った断面が、断面矩形の一つの頂角の部分を除去したような略L字形状を呈し、
上記第2排ガス流路(6)は、上記断面矩形の一つの頂角の部分に位置し、
上記排ガス浄化要素(9,10)は、上記軸方向に対して垂直な面で切った断面が略L字形状を呈している排ガス浄化装置。 - 請求項1に記載の排ガス浄化装置において、上記第2の排ガス流路(6)は、浄化要素(9,10)を有さない排ガス浄化装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載の排ガス浄化装置において、上記ケーシング(13)内に合流部(7)の部品として、或いは、合流部(7)に接続して吸音器を設けた排ガス浄化装置。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の排ガス浄化装置(2)を備えた排ガス浄化システムにおいて、このシステムは、排ガスライン(4)を介してエンジンに接続されるガス入口(30)をもつ流路切替装置(3)を備え、この流路切替装置(3)は、第1排ガス流路(5)の入口(18)に接続される第1ガス出口(28)と、第2排ガス流路(6)の入口(22)に接続される第2ガス出口(29)と、第2ガス出口(29)が閉じているとき第1ガス出口(28)を開き、第1ガス出口(28)が閉じているとき第2ガス出口(29)を開くように第1,第2ガス出口を開閉する流路切替手段(30,31,32,33,34,35,36,37)を備える排ガス浄化システム。
- 請求項4に記載の排ガス浄化システムにおいて、このシステムは、排ガス浄化システムを自動または手動で調整する制御ユニットを更に備える排ガス浄化システム。
- 請求項5に記載の排ガス浄化システムにおいて、このシステムは、
システムが放出規制海域に在るか否かを決める信号に基づいて排ガス浄化システムが放出規制海域に在ると上記制御装置が判断すると、第1ガス出口(28)が開き,第2ガス出口(29)が閉じるように、流路切替手段(30,31,32,33,34,35,36,37)が駆動され、
排ガス浄化システムが放出規制海域に無いと上記制御装置が判断すると、第1ガス出口(28)が閉じ,第2ガス出口(29)が開くように、流路切替手段(30,31,32,33,34,35,36,37)が駆動される排ガス浄化システム。
