Description

The present invention relates to a lighting unit that is used by being attached to a top bag of a storage furniture including a top bag and a ground bag and is suitable for illuminating a space between the top bag and the ground bag.

As storage furniture to be installed at a front door or the like, a furniture having a top bag and a ground bag is widely used. In such storage furniture, the space between the top bag and the ground bag is generally used as a display space for small items, etc., but the space is a dim place where the surrounding light is difficult to insert. For this reason, there was a problem that it was difficult to display display products.

In order to solve such problems, conventionally, a lighting fixture is separately prepared and directly attached to the bottom plate of the top bag. However, in this method, the lighting fixture and wiring are arranged inside the top bag. There is a problem that the storage space is reduced.

Therefore, the advent of a lighting unit that can illuminate the space between the top and the ground without sacrificing the space for storing the top is expected, and as a technology that satisfies such a demand, for example, Patent Literature A lighting unit such as 1 has been proposed.

In this conventional lighting unit, a separately prepared rectangular frame-shaped member (four-round frame) is attached to the lower surface of the top sack, and the plate material on which the lighting fixture is installed is attached to the four-span frame with screws. It becomes possible to illuminate the space between the top bag and the ground bag without reducing the amount of storage.

1)JP 2000-340029 A (page 3, FIG. 1)

In the prior art, since the plate material is attached from the lower side of the quadrilateral frame, after the completion of the construction, both the quadrilateral frame and the plate material on which the operator has performed the attachment work can be seen from the outside. Therefore, there is a problem that how to attach the four-frame frame to the bottom of the top bag and how to attach the plate material to the four-frame frame (which greatly depends on the skill level of the worker) greatly affects the appearance after construction. .

In addition, in the prior art, when fixing the plate material to the four-frame frame, it was fixed firmly with screws, so when maintaining the lighting fixture, remove all the screws from the four-frame frame and attach all the screws again when the maintenance is complete There was a need. That is, there is a problem that maintenance work is very troublesome because it takes time to remove and retighten the fixing screws.

The present invention has been made in view of such conventional problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an illumination unit that can be easily and easily constructed by anyone, has an excellent aesthetic after construction, and is easy to perform maintenance work. To do.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, “a pair of left and right receiving bars 12 attached to the lower surface of the top bag 104 of the storage furniture 100 at a predetermined interval and disposed outside the receiving bar 12, A pair of left and right side plates 16 slidably latched in the longitudinal direction, a front plate 18 provided on the front end surface of both side plates 16, and a lighting fixture mounting hole 20a. It is comprised with the lighting fixture storage shelf 14 provided with the baseplate 20 attached to the lower part of 18 ". It is the lighting unit 10 characterized by the above-mentioned.

The invention described in claim 2 is characterized in that the receiving bar 12 is attached so as to extend in the front-rear direction of the storage furniture 100.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, a pair of left and right receiving bars are attached to the bottom surface of the top bag, and then the side plates of the lighting fixture storage shelf are slid along the receiving bars to be hooked on the receiving plates. Simply complete the installation work. In other words, only a pair of left and right receiving rails are necessary for the construction, and anyone can easily perform construction without any trouble, and it does not require support from others when installing the lighting fixture storage shelf. Attaching the unit to the storage furniture as well as maintaining the lighting fixtures can be done easily and independently.

Moreover, the only member that can be seen from the outside when the lighting fixture storage shelf is attached to the receiving frame is the lighting fixture storage shelf, and the pair of left and right receiving beams that are attached on site are hidden behind the lighting fixture storage shelf from the outside. Is not directly visible. Therefore, there is no finish variation after construction by the operator, and anyone can finish it beautifully.

Furthermore, when installing the lighting unit, the lighting fixture storage shelf to which the lighting fixture is attached is attached to the receiving rail by hanging the side plate of the lighting fixture storage shelf on the receiving rail, and the conventional screw fixing is It is unnecessary. Therefore, there is no need to remove or retighten the fixing screw during maintenance, and the maintenance work becomes very easy.

Further, when the receiving bar is attached so as to extend in the front-rear direction of the storage furniture as in the invention described in claim 2, the installation of the lighting fixture storage shelf and the maintenance of the lighting fixture are performed from the front side of the storage furniture. Work becomes possible. Therefore, it is possible to handle both cases where there is no space on the left and right of the top sack, or where the left and right space on the sack is lost after remodeling, making the indoor space design plan more flexible in design. be able to.

It is a front view which shows the storage furniture to which the illumination unit concerning this invention was applied. It is a left view of FIG. It is principal part sectional drawing which shows the state which attached the illumination unit to the top bag. It is a disassembled perspective view of an illumination unit.

The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Since the lighting unit 10 according to the present invention is used by being attached to the storage furniture 100, the storage furniture 100 will be briefly described first, and then the lighting unit 10 will be described.

The storage furniture 100 is mainly installed at the entrance or the like. In the present embodiment, the storage furniture 100 is provided on one side upper portion of the main storage portion 102 and the main storage portion 102 from the floor surface F to the ceiling surface C, and the upper surface thereof is The top bag 104 provided in contact with the ceiling surface C, and a ground bag 106 provided in contact with the floor surface F provided at one side lower portion of the main storage portion 102 (FIGS. 1 to 1). 2).

Doors 102a, 104a, and 106a are attached to the front sides of the main storage unit 102, the top bag 104, and the ground bag 106 via hidden hinges (not shown).

A space X for displaying small items or the like is provided between the top bag 104 and the ground bag 106. In order to illuminate the space X, an illumination unit 10 described later is attached to the bottom surface of the top bag 104. .

As illustrated in FIG. 4, the lighting unit 10 includes a pair of left and right receiving bars 12 and a lighting fixture storage shelf 14.

Each receiving bar 12 is a rod-shaped member made of wood or resin having a substantially L-shaped cross section, and a step portion 12a is formed at the lower end portion of the outer surface over the entire length in the longitudinal direction. The step portion 12a is a portion that functions as a “latched portion” on which a side plate 16 to be described later is slidably latched in the longitudinal direction.

A plurality (five in this embodiment) of screw holes 12b (see FIG. 3) are formed on the lower surface of each receiving bar 12 at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction.

The lighting fixture storage shelf 14 stores the lighting fixture L, and includes a pair of left and right side plates 16, a front plate 18, and a bottom plate 20.

Each side plate 16 is a rod member made of wood or resin having an inverted L-shaped cross section, and a flange portion 16a is formed on the inner surface upper end portion of each side plate 16 over the entire length in the longitudinal direction. In addition, this collar part 16a is latched by the step part 12a as a to-be-latched part of the receiving bar 12 mentioned above.

A front plate 18 is attached to the front end surfaces of the pair of left and right side plates 16. The front plate 18 is a rod-shaped member made of wood or resin, and is formed in a triangular cross-section in a side view (of course, the front plate 18 can be configured in an arbitrary shape such as a plate shape). In this embodiment, in FIG. 4, the front side is inclined so that the upper side is wide and the width becomes narrower toward the lower side. The front plate 18 is attached so as to conceal the wooden surface of the side plate 16 and the wooden surface of the bottom plate 20 described later.

A bottom plate 20 is attached to lower ends of the inner side surfaces of the pair of left and right side plates 16 and the front plate 18. The bottom plate 20 is a plate member made of wood or resin, and its size is appropriately set according to the size of the top bag 104 of the storage furniture 100 (the lighting fixture storage shelf 14 is attached below the top bag 104). The outer surface of the side plate 16 or the front plate 18 is set to be flush with the side surface or front surface of the storage furniture 100).

A lighting fixture mounting hole 20a for mounting the lighting fixture L is provided in the center portion of the bottom plate 20, and a separately prepared lighting fixture L is attached to the lighting fixture mounting hole 20a. In this embodiment, the lighting fixture mounting hole 20a is formed as a round hole, but the shape thereof is not particularly limited, and may be appropriately set according to the shape of the lighting fixture L. Further, the number of lighting fixture mounting holes 20a is not limited to one, and a plurality of lighting fixture mounting holes 20a may be provided, and the formation position is not limited to the central portion of the bottom plate 20. For example, the bottom plate 20 The front plate may be provided at a position deviated from the center of the bottom plate 20.

In addition, in a present Example, the magnitude | size of each structural member (the side plate 16, the front plate 18, and the bottom plate 20) of the lighting fixture storage shelf 14 so that the external shape of the lighting fixture storage shelf 14 and the lower surface shape of the top bag 104 may correspond. However, for example, each component of the lighting fixture storage shelf 14 may be formed so that the outer shape of the lighting fixture storage shelf 14 is smaller than the lower surface shape of the top bag 104.

Next, a method for attaching the lighting unit 10 configured as described above to the storage furniture 100 will be described.

First, a pair of left and right receiving bars 12 are placed at predetermined positions on the bottom surface of the top bag 104 in the storage furniture 100. The pair of left and right receiving bars 12 are arranged so as to extend in the front-rear direction of the storage furniture 100, and the interval thereof is appropriately set according to the interval between the pair of left and right side plates 16 provided on the lighting fixture storage shelf 14. Then, the tip of a separately prepared screw 22 is received and screwed into a screw hole 12b provided on the bottom surface of the crosspiece 12. Thereby, the attachment to the storage furniture 100 of the receiving tray 12 is completed.

Next, the separately prepared lighting fixture L is fitted into the lighting fixture mounting hole 20a of the lighting fixture storage shelf 14 (see FIG. 4), and the lighting fixture L and the lighting fixture storage shelf 14 are integrated.

Next, the lighting fixture storage shelf 14 to which the lighting fixture L is attached is lifted, the tips of the flange portions 16a of the pair of left and right side plates 16 are hooked on the step portions 12a of the pair of left and right receiving bars 12, and this is slid to the back. If pushed in, the attachment of the lighting fixture storage shelf 14 to the receiving tray 12 is completed. And if wiring processing of the lighting fixture L is performed at the end, the attachment operation | work to the storage furniture 100 of the lighting unit 10 will be completed.

According to this embodiment, a pair of left and right receiving rails 12 are attached to the bottom surface of the top bag 104 of the storage furniture 100, and then the lighting fixture storage shelf 14 is simply hooked on the receiving rail 12 to the receiving rail 12. The installation work of the lighting fixture storage shelf 14 is completed. That is, only the pair of left and right receiving bars 12 are necessary for the construction, and anyone can easily perform the construction without any trouble.

Moreover, the only member that can be seen from the outside when the lighting fixture storage shelf 14 is attached to the receiving tray 12 is the lighting fixture storage shelf 14, and the pair of left and right receiving trays 12 that are attached in the field is the lighting fixture storage shelf 14. It cannot be seen directly from the outside. Therefore, there is no finish variation after construction by the operator, and anyone can finish it beautifully.

Further, when the lighting unit 10 is mounted, the lighting fixture storage shelf 14 to which the lighting fixture L is attached is attached to the receiving tray 12 by the hanging of the lighting fixture storage shelf 14 to the receiving tray 12 as in the conventional case. No screw fixing is required. Therefore, there is no need to remove or retighten the fixing screws as in the conventional case during maintenance, and the maintenance work becomes easy.

In the above-described embodiment, the pair of left and right receiving bars 12 are attached so as to extend in the front-rear direction of the storage furniture 100, but the space X provided in the lower portion of the top bag 104 as in FIG. 1 embodiment. However, if it is opened not only in front of the storage furniture 100 but also on the side (left side in the embodiment of FIG. 1), the receiving bar 12 may be attached so as to extend in the left-right direction of the storage furniture 100.

Further, the contact surface between the stepped portion 12a of the receiving bar 12 and the flange portion 16a of the side plate 16 is configured as a tapered shape inclined downward so that the front side is at a high position and becomes a low position toward the back. If it does, it becomes easy to do the slide operation of the lighting fixture storage shelf 14, and can improve the work efficiency at the time of construction work or maintenance work.
