In this case, the removal widths of the upper and lower ends of the door-holding piece 54 to be removed are made to correspond to the slide widths of the upper and lower outer locking portions 50 and 51.
In the embodiment, the door stop piece 54 is press-fitted into the case 5 in advance. However, as will be described later, it may be press-fitted into the case 5 after the upper and lower outer stopper pieces are fixed.
Next, the upper outer stopper portion 50 is slid downward along the sheath 55 and the lower outer stopper portion 51 is slid upward at least by the height of the upper and lower rails 41 and 42, and temporarily fixed by the screw portions 50d and 51d. Stop (FIG. 9 (2)).
Next, the case 5 is suspended from the outdoor side using the cutout spaces 41b and 42b of the upper and lower rails 41 and 42 of the window frame 4 (FIG. 9 (3)).
That is, the upper end 52 of the case 5 is suspended from the notch space 41b in the upper part of the window frame 4 in a Kendon manner, and the lower end 53 is inserted from the oblique direction of the notch space 42b (FIG. 9 (3)). It is made to fit in the fixing material 31 of the window frame 4 (FIG. 9 (4)).
Next, the upper outer stopper 50 is slid upward along the sheath 55 to engage with the notch end 41a of the upper rail 41, and the lower outer stopper 51 is slid downward to Engage with the cutout end portion 42a (FIG. 9 (5)).
That is, the fitting portion 50a of the upper outer stopper 50 is slid while sandwiching the notched end portion 41a of the upper rail 41, and the rail portion 50b is substantially brought into contact with the notched end portion 41a of the upper rail 41. On the other hand, the fitting portion 51a of the lower outer stopper 51 is slid while sandwiching the notched end portion 42a of the lower rail 42, and the rail portion 51b is substantially abutted against the notched end portion 42a of the lower rail 42 (FIG. 9). (5)).
Next, the upper outer stopper 50 is slid upward until the upper end of the slide portion 50c comes into contact with the upper end cover of the case 5 (not shown), and the fitting portion 50a is positioned at substantially the same height as the upper end 52 of the case 5. The lower outer stopper 51 is slid downward until the lower end of the slide 51c comes into contact with the lower end cover of the case 5 (not shown), and the fitting portion 51a is substantially the same as the lower end 53 of the case 5. It fixes with the screw part 51d in the same height position (FIG. 9 (5)).
Finally, the upper and lower ends of the door stopper 54 are press-fitted into the sheath 55 of the case 5.
The moving stile 6 is inclined with respect to the upper and lower rails 41 and 42 while pulling out the mesh member 7, and the upper and lower ends thereof are hung on the upper and lower rails 41 and 42 and then made vertical.

According to the attachment method of the above screen door apparatus 1, there exist the following effects.
1. When attaching the case 5 to the window frame 4, a fixing screw for the case 5 is unnecessary, and the screws of the screw portions 50d and 51d of the upper and lower outer stopper portions 50 and 51 need to be removed by temporarily fixing them. This eliminates the complexity of the work caused by the loss or dropping of screws.
Therefore, maintenance such as replacement of the mesh member 7 can be performed without being bothered by the loss of the fixing screw.
2. By fitting the fixing member 31 of the window frame 4 by the spring action, the case 5 can be firmly and speedily attached to the window frame 4.
3. The screen door apparatus 1 can be easily attached by slide mounting of the upper and lower rails 41, 42 to the cut-out end portions 41a, 42a using the grooves 500 of the upper and lower outer stoppers 50, 51.
4). The moving town 6 may be hung on the upper and lower rails 41 and 42 before or after the case 5 is attached, and does not hinder the case 5 attachment work.

Next, a method for removing the screen door device 1 will be described.
This removal method is performed in the reverse order of the above attachment method.
First, the upper and lower ends of the door-holding piece 54 press-fitted into the sheath 55 of the case 5 are removed from the sheath.
Next, the screw portion 50d of the upper outer stopper portion 50 engaged with the notched end portion 41a of the upper rail 41 is loosened, and the upper outer stopper portion 50 is slid downward along the sheath 55, while the lower The screw part 51d of the lower outer stopper part 51 engaged with the cut-out end part 42a of the rail 42 is loosened and slid upward along the sheath 55, and temporarily fixed by the screw parts 50d and 51d.
As a result, the case 5 is released from the fitting of the fixing member 31 using the cutout spaces 41b and 42b of the upper and lower rails 41 and 42 of the window frame to be formed, and is removed from the window frame 4 to the outdoor side.
In this case, the case 5 can be removed using the free end 31a on the outdoor side of the fixing member 31 as a fulcrum.
Note that the moving stile 6 may be removed from the upper and lower rails 41 and 42 before removing the case 5, or may be removed from the upper and lower rails 41 and 42 after removing the case 5.

According to the removal method of the above screen door apparatus 1, there exist the following effects.
1. When removing the case 5 from the window frame 4, there is no fixing screw for the case 5, and the screws of the screw portions 50d and 51d of the upper and lower outer locking portions 50 and 51 need not be removed by temporarily fixing them. The complexity of work due to the loss or dropping of screws can be eliminated.
2. By disengaging the upper and lower outer stoppers 50 and 51 from the upper and lower rails 41 and 42 and sliding them in the vertical direction, cutout spaces 41b and 42b for removing the case 5 are formed. Is easy.
3. At that time, since the case 5 is fitted to the fixing member 31, the case 5 can be removed by twisting the case 5 using the spring action of the fixing member 31 while remaining in a stable state.
4). The moving town 6 may be removed from the upper and lower rails 41 and 42 before or after the case 5 is removed, and the removal work of the case 5 is not hindered.

As shown in FIG. 5, when the mesh member 7 is opened, the above-described screen door apparatus 1 is opposed to the upper and lower ends 70 and 71 of the mesh member 7 and the upper and lower frames 43 and 44 of the window frame 4. An insect repellent material 9 capable of closing the gap G is provided.
10 is an enlarged sectional view of the insect repellent material on the upper rail shown in FIG. 5, and FIG. 11 is an enlarged sectional view of the insect repellent material on the lower rail shown in FIG.

The insect repellent material 9 has a gap G (see FIG. 5 and the like) formed between the upper and lower ends 70 and 71 of the mesh member 7 and the upper and lower frames 43 and 44 of the window frame 4 when the mesh member 7 is opened. It is a long member that can be closed and is disposed along the upper and lower frames 43 and 44.
This gap G is a gap required when the screen door storage case 5 is attached to or removed from the facing surface 40 of the window frame 4.
The insect repellent material 9 that closes the gap G between the upper end 70 of the mesh member 7 and the upper frame 43 of the window frame 4 is press-fitted into the attachment groove 430 of the upper frame 43 as shown in FIG. And a lower facing portion 91 facing downward toward the upper end 70 of the mesh member 7, and the tip of the lower facing portion 91 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape in order to stabilize the shape.
The insect repellent material 9 of the embodiment is formed by two-color molding made of rubber or synthetic resin, and the press-fit portion 90 has high hardness while the lower facing portion 91 has low hardness. does not change.

A gap g is formed between the upper end 70 of the mesh member 7 facing the tip of the lower facing portion 91 of the insect repellent material 9, and the upper end 70 of the mesh member 7 is formed on the lower facing portion 91. In order to prevent the tip from being rubbed and to allow the moving stile 6 to run smoothly, the width is difficult for insects and the like to enter the room, for example, about 1.5 mm.

The insect repellent material 9 is arranged along the upper frame 43, and its specific position corresponds to the position of the upper end 70 of the mesh member 7 to be opened and closed.
In this embodiment, the upper end 70 of the mesh member 7 is opened and closed between the upper rail 41 and the airtight material mounting fin 48. This is to prevent the upper end 70 of the mesh member 7 from getting over the upper rail 41 against the strong wind pressure (positive pressure) from the outdoor side. Therefore, the mesh member 7 can be protected without opening and closing the upper end 70 of the mesh member 7 while being wound on the upper rail 41. On the other hand, the upper end 70 of the mesh member 7 can flexibly cope with the wind pressure (negative pressure) from the indoor side by hitting the side surface of the upper rail 41.
In order to achieve both wind pressure countermeasures and insect repellent countermeasures by the insect repellent material 9, the insect repellent material 9 is also positioned substantially vertically while abutting the upper end 70 of the mesh member 7 between the upper rail 41 and the airtight material mounting fin 48 of the window frame 4. It is arranged on the line.

Note that the upper end 70 of the mesh member 7 for the inner shoji 2 is close to the indoor side surface of the upper rail 41, while the upper end 70 of the mesh member 7 for the inner shroud 3 is closer to the airtight material mounting fin 48. Is located.

The insect repellent material 9 that closes the gap G between the lower end 71 of the mesh member 7 and the lower frame 44 of the window frame 4 is press-fitted into a mounting groove 430 of the lower frame 44 as shown in FIG. And the upper facing portion 92 facing upward toward the lower end 71 of the mesh member 7, and the tip of the upper facing portion 92 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape, and its strength is supplemented. Other configurations and effects are the same as those of the insect repellent material 9.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, a plurality of the lower opposing portions 91 and the upper opposing portions 92 of the insect repellent material 9 may be provided.
In this case, since the plurality of lower facing portions 91 and the upper facing portions 92 can cope with the displacement of the upper and lower ends 70 and 71 of the mesh member 7 due to wind pressure, it is possible to effectively take measures against wind pressure and insect repellent by the insect repellent material 9. Both can be achieved.
In order to effectively achieve both the wind pressure countermeasure and the insect repellent countermeasure by the insect repellent material 9, the upper and lower ends 70, 71 of the mesh member 7 that is opened and closed with the insect repellent material 9 are moved to the right and left in the drawing while moving a plurality of positions. Of the book's lower facing portion 91 and upper facing portion 92, the most appropriate lower facing portion 91 and upper facing portion 92 may be selected and adjusted.

In the screen door apparatus 1 provided with the insect repellent material 9, there exists an effect as follows.
1. Since the gap G (see FIG. 5) is formed, the cassette-type screen door storage case 5 can be easily attached and detached and the gap G can be blocked by the insect repellent material 9 while satisfying the need for maintenance and the like. Because it can, insecticidal effect is demonstrated.
2. Since the upper and lower ends 70 and 71 of the mesh member 7 to be opened and closed are positioned between the upper and lower rails 41 and 42 and the airtight material mounting fin 48, the mesh member 7 is protected against strong wind pressure from the outdoor side. The upper and lower ends 70, 71 do not get over the upper and lower rails 41, 42 and come into contact with the outdoor side surface of the airtight material mounting fin 48. Therefore, the upper and lower ends 70 and 71 of the mesh member 7 can be protected without being opened and closed while being wound on the upper and lower rails 41 and 42.
3. On the other hand, the upper and lower ends 70 and 71 of the mesh member 7 can be flexibly coped with the wind pressure from the indoor side so as to be in contact with the upper and lower rails 41 and 42, and the protection can be achieved.
4). Since the lower facing portion 91 and the upper facing portion 92 of the insect repellent material 9 are in positions where they abut against the upper and lower ends 70, 71 of the mesh member 7, it is possible to provide an insecticidal effect and a measure against wind pressure.
5. When there are a plurality of the lower opposing portions 91 and the upper opposing portions 92 of the insect repellent material 9, the movement of the upper and lower ends 70 and 71 of the mesh member 7 due to wind pressure causes the plurality of lower opposing portions 91 and the upper opposing portions to face each other. Since the unit 92 can cope with it, it is possible to more effectively achieve both wind pressure countermeasures and insect repellent countermeasures using the insect repellent material 9.

As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the screen door catch 8 includes inner and outer operation levers 80 and 81, a catch main body 82 fixed to the legs 800 and 810, and an interlock connected to the main body 82. The plate 83 includes a sickle 84 fixed to the interlocking plate 83, and an interlocking plate guide 85 that guides the ascent and descent of the interlocking plate 83. Another sickle (not shown) is fixed to the interlocking plate 83, and the upper and lower sickles 84 are moved up and down in conjunction with the lifting and lowering operation of the inner and outer operation levers 80 and 81. The engagement operation is performed. In addition, the sickle 84 and the receiver 8A of the screen door catch 8 are substantially located in a plane formed by the upper and lower rails 41 and 42.
