Description
Claims (14)
- 投薬バルブ(2)を有する、加圧流体の投与量を投薬するための計量デバイス(1)であって、
加圧容器(5)の蓋(4)に液密式に取り付け可能なバルブ本体(3)を備え、
バルブ本体(3)はバルブ要素(9)を取り囲み、バルブ要素(9)は、バルブ本体と蓋との間に取り付けられたガスケット(8)に向かって弾性的に押圧され、バルブ要素はバルブ送出管(10)を有している計量デバイスにおいて、
チャンバ(13)が設けられ、チャンバは、バルブ本体(3)を取り囲み、バルブ本体に向けた第1の開口部(12)と、加圧容器(5)に向けた第2の開口部(15)とを有し、ピストン(17)は、チャンバ内の上位置と下位置との間を往復可能であり、この上位置と下位置とが、投薬量を決定し、ピストン(17)は、第2の開口部(15)に向かってチャンバ(13)を密封し、容器(5)からチャンバ(13)へ流体通路が設けられ、容器(5)とチャンバ(13)との間の圧力差に基づいて、加圧流体がチャンバ中に流入し、ピストン(17)が上位置にあるとき、第1の開口部(12)を密封するようになっている、
ことを特徴とする計量デバイス。 - 流体通路は、ピストン(17)と、チャンバ(13)の内壁(23)との間の隙間によって提供されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の計量デバイス。
- 流体通路は、ピストン(17)に設けた孔によって提供されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の計量デバイス。
- 弾性要素(18)が設けられて、ピストン(17)を下位置へ押す、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の計量デバイス。
- チャンバは円筒形であって、バルブ本体(3)に結合されたルーフ(19)を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の計量デバイス。
- 内側シリンダ(14)は、ルーフ(19)に取り付けられ、バルブ本体(3)に密封結合されている、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の計量デバイス。
- 弾性要素は、コイルばね(18)である、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の計量デバイス。
- アクチュエータ(35)が容器(5)に取り付けられ、細長いマウスピース(30)と、弾性的な結合管要素(33)とを備え、結合管要素(33)は、送出管(10)に取り付けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の計量デバイス。
- アクチュエータ(35)は、容器(5)に対して傾動可能に取り付けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の計量デバイス。
- 細長いマウスピース(30)は、板状のストッパ要素(31)を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の計量デバイス。
- マウスピース(30)は、アヒルのくちばしの形状を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項8乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の計量デバイス。
- 流体に加わる過剰圧力が流体を計量チャンバ(13)に流入させるようにガスを所定の過剰圧力に維持するための圧力制御デバイスを備える圧力制御システムを有する容器(5)における請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の計量デバイスの使用。
- 容器(5)には、圧力制御デバイスの上方に、ピストンが設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の計量デバイスの使用。
- 流体通路が、計量デバイスのチャンバ(13)に入り、且つ圧力制御デバイスの上方で、容器(5)の底部にて終端する、浸漬管によって設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の計量デバイスの使用。
