Description
The present invention relates to a relative movement member, a shake correction device, and an optical device.
In an optical device such as a camera, many devices have been proposed for the purpose of preventing a photographing failure caused by vibration applied to photographing equipment such as a so-called “hand shake” of a photographer.
Among them, by detecting the vibration applied to the photographic equipment, calculating the image blur amount from the detected value, and controlling and driving a part of the photographic optical system so as to cancel this image blur amount, an image without image blur An image blur correction apparatus aimed at obtaining the above has been developed. In such a correction device, the correction lens can translate in the X direction and the Y direction, for example, in a plane substantially perpendicular to the optical axis, and can be driven and controlled with two degrees of freedom.
In this system, a lens to be decentered, that is, an image blur correction lens, must be able to be driven by some actuator and its position can be detected.
In a conventional image blur correction device, a drive mechanism of an image blur correction lens generally uses a VCM (Voice Coil Motor) as the actuator. The VCM is an electromagnetic actuator that uses a Lorentz force generated by passing a current through a coil in a magnetic field as a driving force, and includes a permanent magnet, a coil, and a yoke.
In a conventional image blur correction lens drive mechanism, a coil is generally provided on the movable side, that is, the displacement correction lens side in order to reduce the mass of the movable part. Therefore, in order to obtain a driving force, it is necessary to wire between the coil provided on the movable side and the actuator drive circuit provided on the fixed side.
However, depending on the arrangement method of the wiring member described above, the rigidity of the wiring member becomes a load on the movable side and may adversely affect the controllability of the correction lens.
On the other hand, in order to control and drive the correction lens to a desired position, it is necessary to detect the position of the correction lens and calculate the deviation from the target position. Therefore, a sensor for detecting the correction lens position is provided. .
このセンサとしては、PSD(Position Sensitive Detector)が使用されている。 As this sensor, PSD (Position Sensitive Detector) is used. This PSD is a sensor that outputs the position of the center of gravity of light emitted from an LED (Light Emitting Diode) or the like as a position signal. Here, by arranging the LED on the movable side, the center of gravity position of the light emitted from the LED toward the PSD is displaced by the same amount as the actual lens displacement amount along with the control driving of the correction lens. The position can be detected.
However, even when the sensor is arranged on the operating side in this way, it is necessary to supply power to the LED provided on the movable side, so it is necessary to wire between the LED and the electric circuit board. As in the case, an increase in the control error of the correction lens due to the rigidity of the wiring member becomes a problem.
For this problem, for example, it has been proposed to use a flexible printed circuit board as a wiring member (see Patent Document 1). As described above, in the method using the flexible printed circuit board, by providing the bent portion on the flexible printed circuit board, the restoring force accompanying the rigidity of the flexible printed circuit board has an azimuth difference with respect to the driving direction of two degrees of freedom. It is assumed that there is nothing.
However, in this method, even if the position of the bent portion is slightly shifted, the rigidity becomes larger than the desired rigidity, the driving load increases, the controllability deteriorates and the power consumption increases, which is preferable. No.
Further, when driven with two degrees of freedom, depending on the bending condition, the rigidity varies depending on the driving direction, and the mechanism has different characteristics in the X direction and the Y direction, which is not preferable in terms of control. Furthermore, since wiring is separately performed in the X direction and the Y direction, the load obtained by combining the rigidity of the two flexible printed boards is equivalent in the X direction and the Y direction, that is, the azimuth difference is There is no need to design and assemble so that there is no.
Here, in order to solve these problems, if the bending position and bending state of each of the two flexible printed circuit boards are accurately managed, mass productivity is significantly deteriorated. Variations in the characteristics of the resulting products are not an essential solution.
In addition, it is possible to reduce the driving load by using a material with low rigidity, such as a very thin wire, as the wiring member. However, there is a high possibility that the thin wire will be disconnected due to a slight mistake in assembly work. Since it is necessary to wire a total of four wires to this coil, the number of work steps is large, which is not preferable.
The present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and an object thereof is to transmit electric power and / or an electric signal between two members that can move relative to each other in at least two directions, and to achieve an azimuth difference.

Hereinafter, the zooming operation will be described.

The

Hereinafter, the focus adjustment (focusing) operation will be described. The

The image blur correction device includes an actuator, a correction lens position detection sensor, a guide mechanism, and a correction lens lock mechanism. The actuator is a device for generating a driving force for driving the image
(Actuator)
ここで、VCM40(第1の駆動部)はX方向駆動用であり、VCM41(第2の駆動部)はY方向駆動用である。
First, an actuator for generating a driving force for driving the image
As shown in FIG. 3, the
The
The
In the

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the correction lens

In the correction lens
Therefore, if the relationship between the amount of variation in voltage and the amount of displacement is known in advance, the position of the
Guide mechanism
Next, a guide mechanism that guides the image
As shown in FIG. 3, the
The correction
Therefore, the correction
Correction lens lock mechanism
Next, a correction lens lock mechanism that holds the image
The
As shown in FIG. 4, the lock
The
By making the first
A
As shown in FIG. 4, the correction
On the other hand, when the
Wiring member
Here, the
As shown in FIG. 3, a
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The center of the winding shape of the
A connecting
The
If the
Further, according to the present embodiment, the
That is, according to the present embodiment, the wiring having load characteristics with no azimuth difference is provided to the
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be variously modified within the scope of the present invention.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4,
In such a case, the fixing
In the case of such an embodiment, the
In still another embodiment of the present invention, the
