Description
The present invention relates to a liquid silicone rubber coating agent composition particularly useful for forming a silicone rubber coating film on an air bag base fabric of a vehicle or the like comprising a fiber fabric such as 6,6-nylon, 6-nylon, polyester, and the like, and The present invention relates to an airbag using the composition.
Conventionally, various silicone rubber compositions aimed at forming a rubber film on the surface of an air bag base fabric have been proposed. Specifically, a liquid silicone rubber coating for an air bag having excellent adhesion to a base fabric, comprising an inorganic filler, a siloxane resin, and an epoxy group-containing organosilicon compound as components of an addition reaction curable composition. Agent composition (Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-214295), addition of an inorganic filler, a siloxane resin, an organic titanium compound and an alkyl silicate as a constituent of an addition reaction curable composition, Liquid silicone rubber coating agent composition (Patent Document 2: JP-A No. 2002-138249) excellent in adhesion to a base fabric by heat curing, vinyl group-containing organopolysiloxane which is a component of an addition reaction curable composition Airbag coating with excellent thin film coatability with a viscosity limited to 8,000 centipoise or less Grayed composition (Patent Document 3: JP 2001-287610 JP), and as a component of the addition reaction-curable composition, with BET specific surface area average 150 to 250 2 / g, an average particle diameter of 20μm or less A liquid silicone rubber composition for coating with reduced adhesion feeling, which is obtained by adding wet silica having a Na ion content of 0.35% by weight or less as Na 2 O (Patent Document 4: JP 2001-59052 A). No. Gazette) has been proposed.
However, when these silicone rubber compositions are used as coating agents on airbag base fabrics made of fiber fabrics such as 6,6-nylon, 6-nylon, polyester, etc., which are treated with a fiber treatment agent in particular, After the curing, an odor that is considered to be derived from the fiber treatment agent or the like is generated. This odor is generated during the heat-curing operation of the composition, causing discomfort to the operator, and also occurs after curing, so it also discomforts the user of the airbag.
On the other hand, it is known to treat the fiber with a coating agent containing a deodorant, but when the silicone rubber composition as described above is coated, the deodorizing effect is hardly obtained.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and is a liquid silicone rubber coating composition that can remarkably reduce the generation of odors considered to be derived from the fiber treatment agent and the like during and / or after curing. An object is to provide an air bag in which the odor is remarkably reduced.
As a result of intensive studies to achieve the above object, the present inventors have found that (A) an organopolysiloxane having an alkenyl group bonded to an average of two or more silicon atoms in one molecule, (B) one molecule A liquid silicone rubber coating composition containing a specific amount of an organohydrogenpolysiloxane containing at least two silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms, (C) an addition reaction catalyst, and (D) an adhesion improver. E) A liquid silicone rubber coating composition containing a specific amount of inorganic compound powder loaded with a polyamine compound is found to be useful for solving the above problems, and the present invention has been made.
