Description

The present invention relates to a member mounting structure mainly applied to the assembly of furniture and furniture.

The most typical method for attaching another member to one member is screwing using screws or bolts. However, the work of tightening or loosening a screw or the like with a screwdriver is troublesome.

As a method not using a screw or the like, it is conceivable to make an opening in advance on the mounting surface of one member and attach another member with a fastener such as a resin molded product inserted into the opening (for example, the following) See patent literature). If it is such a method, another member can be easily attached or detached by inserting and removing a fastener with respect to opening.
JP 2006-141484 A (pages 6-7, FIG. 8, FIG. 10)

When the method as in the above example is adopted, the fastener is inserted and removed along the normal direction of the mounting surface. In addition, since the insertion end portion inserted into the opening and the grip portion gripped by a human finger are included, the outer shape of the fastener also extends along the normal direction of the mounting surface. Therefore, it is not easy to insert and remove the fastener in the normal direction of the mounting surface. In other words, when the space required for the insertion and extraction operation cannot be secured, or the fastener extended in the normal direction interferes with another member. In some cases, it was difficult to adopt this method.

The present invention made in view of the above is intended to enable insertion and removal of a fastener along a direction deflected from the normal direction of the mounting surface when mounting another member on the mounting surface of one member. It is said.

In order to solve the above-described problems, in the present invention, a fastener used to attach another member to the attachment surface of one member is fixed to the first fixture, and the first attachment is held on the one member. Provided on one of the second fixture holding the other member between the fixture, the first fixture and the second fixture, and intersects the normal direction of the mounting surface. An insertion end projecting in the insertion / extraction direction, an insertion port provided in the other of the first attachment and the second attachment, and the insertion end inserted / extracted along the insertion / extraction direction, A locking mechanism that prevents the insertion end from being pulled out when the insertion end is inserted into the insertion port, and the insertion end extends in a direction perpendicular to the insertion / extraction direction. The engaging portion to which the engaging portion engages is provided at the insertion port portion. The locking mechanism is configured with the engaging portion and the engaged portion as elements, and the engaging end is inserted into the insertion port portion to a predetermined depth, and the engaging portion is engaged with the engaged portion. Rotate about the axis along the insertion / removal direction between the insertion / extraction position where the insertion / extraction is allowed without being engaged with the joint and the engagement position where the engagement is engaged with the engaged part and the insertion / extraction is prevented. The second fixture is provided with an elastic deformation portion that extends in a direction orthogonal to the insertion / extraction direction, and when the insertion end portion is at the insertion / extraction position, the elastic deformation portion is By holding the insertion member from the insertion / extraction position to the locking position, the elastic deformation portion is in contact with the other member and is elastically deformed to hold the other member without contacting the other member . It was supposed to be. Thereby, it becomes possible to insert / extract the 2nd fixture of a fastener along the insertion / extraction direction deflected from the normal line direction of the attachment surface with respect to the 1st fixture. Therefore, the present invention can be applied without problems even when it is not easy to insert and remove the fastener in the direction of the mounting surface or when the fastener extended in the normal direction interferes with another member.

Specifically, the insertion end portion is provided with an engaging portion that extends in a direction perpendicular to the insertion / extraction direction, and the insertion port portion is provided with an engaged portion that engages with the engaging portion. The locking mechanism is configured with these engaging portions and engaged portions as elements.

The insertion end portion is inserted into the insertion port portion up to a predetermined depth, and the engaging portion is engaged with the engaged portion without being engaged with the engaged portion, and the engaging portion is engaged. It is preferable that it can be rotated around an axis along the insertion / extraction direction between the engagement position and the locking position where insertion / extraction is prevented.

The second fixture is provided with an elastic deformation portion that extends in a direction orthogonal to the insertion / extraction direction and is bent so as to approach the first fixture, and the elastic deformation portion is provided on the other member. If the other member is held in a state where it abuts and is elastically deformed, the operation of crimping the other member to the mounting surface can be performed.

The other member is provided with an attachment surface that contacts the attachment surface, and a holding surface that is inclined with respect to the attachment surface and faces the insertion / extraction direction, and the holding surface is attached to the second attachment tool. If it is held, the mounting stability is improved.

If the one member is provided with a plurality of the mounting surfaces facing a plurality of directions, and the insertion / extraction direction is set to an intermediate direction between the plurality of directions, the other member is attached to the plurality of mounting surfaces. The positioning can be performed by simultaneously contacting the surface.

And a locking mechanism that prevents the insertion end from being pulled out, and includes an internal passage that is shielded from the insertion / extraction direction in the vicinity of the attachment surface of the one member. A duct extending in an orthogonal direction, a window communicating inside and outside of the duct along the insertion / extraction direction, An entrance / exit that is larger than a recording window and allows the first fixture to be taken in and out of the internal passage, and the first fixture is disposed in the internal passage of the duct via the entrance / exit. The first fixture can be held without using screws or bolts if it moves to a predetermined holding position along the duct extending direction and the insertion port is exposed from the window at the holding position. it can.

According to the present invention, when attaching another member to the attachment surface of one member, the fastener can be inserted and removed along the direction deflected from the normal direction of the attachment surface.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the description, the use end side where the user who uses the desk is seated is defined as the front, and the counter use end side is defined as the rear.

FIG. 1 shows a desk to which the mounting structure of this embodiment is applied. This desk includes a leg 2, a top plate 1 supported by the leg 2 from below, and a panel 3 (screenboard or desktop panel) supported by the leg 2 or the top plate 1 via a bracket 9. Due to the presence of the bracket 9, the top plate 1 and the panel 3 are separated by a predetermined dimension in the front-rear direction, and a power supply cord connected to a device such as a personal computer, a telephone, or a task light placed on the top plate 1 A communication cable can be inserted through the gap and wired. The gap is concealed by an elastically deformable cover 5. In this embodiment, the cover 5 is attached to the front side of the panel 3 and the panel 3 is installed on the back of the top plate 1 so that the cover 5 is disposed in the gap between the top plate 1 and the panel 3. I have to.

Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 8, the panel 3 includes a panel body 4, an edge member 6 attached to the panel body 4 from the front side, and a cover attached to the panel body 4 together with the edge member 6. The member 5 is a main component.

The panel body 4 is a member having a substantially rectangular shape in front view formed by bending a sheet metal material, for example, and the upper end portion thereof faces the rear end of the top plate 1 through the gap described above. The panel body 4 is obtained by joining a sub-surface plate 42 to the main surface plate 41 that forms the rear surface of the panel 3 from the front by welding or the like.

The main surface plate 41 has an upper end surface 411 that is bent at the upper edge and extends forward, a cover edge setting surface 412 that is refracted slightly at the front edge of the upper end surface 411 and then extends forward again, and a cover edge setting. It has a front end surface 413 that hangs downward at the front edge of the surface 412 and faces forward, and a retraction surface 414 that is bent at the lower edge of the front end surface 413 and retracts backward.

The sub-surface plate 42 has a channel shape in which an upper portion is opened rearward in a side sectional view. By joining the main surface plate 41 and the sub surface plate 42, the rear side of the channel-shaped portion is closed by the main surface plate 41, and the internal passage becomes a duct 421 extending exclusively in the width direction. On the front surface of the duct 421, a window 422 that communicates with the inside and outside of the duct 421 and an entrance / exit 423 that deviates in width from the window 422 and opens larger than the window 422 are formed. In the illustrated example, the window 422 and the entrance / exit 423 form a single continuous hole.

The edge member 6 is an aluminum extrusion molded product, for example. The edge member 6 includes an upright surface 61 that hangs vertically, an inclined surface 62 that is refracted at the lower edge of the upright surface 61 and faces the front lower side, and a horizontal surface that is bent at the rear edge of the inclined surface 62 and extends backward. 63. An insertion port 621 is formed in the inclined surface 62 so as to correspond to the window 422. A ridge 64 is formed behind the vertical surface 61 and in the vicinity of the boundary between the vertical surface 61 and the horizontal surface 63. The flange 64 has a bottom wall 641 extending rearward, a back wall 642 rising upward from a rear edge of the bottom wall 641, and an edge piece 643 extending forward and backward from the upper edge of the back wall 642. And open upward. In addition, a protrusion 65 projecting upward is formed at the boundary between the inclined surface 62 and the horizontal surface 63.

The cover member 5 is a two-color molded product made of, for example, a hard resin and a soft resin. The cover member 5 includes a flexible body 51 made of a soft resin having a substantially C-shape that extends forward in a side sectional view, and a base body made of a hard resin that supports the flexible body 51 by joining to the rear end of the flexible portion. 52. The base 52 includes a rear edge portion 521 that extends rearward to form the rear edge of the cover 5, a hanging portion 522 that hangs downward from the rear edge portion 521, and a lower end portion that extends rearward from the lower edge of the hanging portion 522. 523, a projecting piece 524 that rises upward from the rear edge of the lower end 523, and a protrusion 525 that projects rearward from the rear surface of the hanging part 522.

In this embodiment, the panel body 4 is attached in a state where the contact surface of the edge member 6 is attached to the attachment surface of the panel body 4. In the panel main body 4, the front end surface 413 of the main surface plate 41, the retracting surface 414, and the lower surface and the front surface of the duct 421 of the sub surface plate 42 function as attachment surfaces. In the edge member 6, the upright surface 61, the upward surface of the edge piece 643 of the flange 64, the horizontal surface 63, and the rearward surface of the protrusion 65 function as a contact surface.

The fastener used in the mounting structure of this embodiment is a set of a first mounting tool 7 and a second mounting tool 8. The first fixture 7 and the second fixture 8 are, for example, resin molded products. The first fixture 7 can be held on the panel body 4 and can lock the second fixture 8. The second fixture 8 is held by the first fixture 7 and holds the inclined surface 62 of the edge member 6 so that the edge member 6 and the cover member 5 are attached to the panel main body 4 as the attachment surface. Fix against. That is, the inclined surface 62 in the edge member 6 functions as a holding surface.

The first fixture 7 is a block body that is inserted into the duct 421 of the panel body 4 via the entrance / exit 423 and is slidable along the extending direction, that is, the width direction of the internal passage of the duct 421. The first fixture 7 is provided with an insertion port 71 into which the following insertion end 81 is inserted and removed. The insertion port 71 has a cylindrical hole 711 that extends in a direction from the front lower side to the rear upper side. The inner periphery of the cylindrical hole 711 has a substantially rectangular shape expanded in the width direction. The extending direction of the cylindrical hole 711 is substantially equal to the direction of the inclined surface 62 of the edge member 6. Further, the upper surface of the first fixture 7 is an inclined surface 72 facing the extending direction of the tube hole 711, and the end of the tube hole 711 is opened to the inclined surface 72. A small recess 73 is formed in part of the opening edge (upper and lower edges in the illustrated example) on the end side of the cylindrical hole 711.

The second fixture 8 includes an insertion end portion 81 that is inserted into and removed from the insertion port portion 71 of the first fixture 7, an engagement portion 82 provided on the distal end side of the insertion end portion 81, and a proximal end side of the insertion end portion 81. And a handle portion 84 provided at the most proximal end beyond the elastic deformation portion 83. The insertion end 81 is so thin that it can be rotated around the axis while being inserted into the tube hole 711. The engaging portion 82 extends in a direction orthogonal to the extending direction of the insertion end portion 81, and the outer peripheral shape when viewed from the extending direction of the insertion end portion 81 is substantially equal to the inner peripheral shape of the cylindrical hole 711. The elastically deforming portion 83 is a thin strip that is greatly expanded in a direction orthogonal to the extending direction of the insertion end portion 81 and bent (curved) toward the distal end of the insertion end portion 81. The expansion direction of the elastic deformation portion 83 is deflected by approximately 90 degrees with respect to the expansion direction of the engagement portion 82. The handle 84 is a part for gripping with the fingers when the second fixture 8 is inserted and removed.

The procedure for attaching the edge member 6 and the cover member 5 to the panel body 4 using the fastener will be described. First, the first fixture 7 is held on the panel body 4. As shown in FIG. 6, the first fixture 7 is inserted into the duct 421 from the entrance / exit 423 and then slid in the width direction as shown in FIG. 7 to be arranged at a position where the window 422 exists. The window 422 is smaller than the entrance / exit 423, and the first fixture 7 does not fall off from the window 422. At this holding position, the insertion port 71 of the first fixture 7 (opening on the start end side of the cylindrical hole 711) is exposed through the window 422.

Next, the edge member 6 and the cover member 5 are brought into contact with the mounting surface of the panel body 4. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 4 and the like, the rising surface 61 of the edge member 6 and the rear edge 521 of the cover member 5 are brought into contact with the front end surface 413 of the panel body 4, and the flange 64 of the edge member 6 is The edge piece 643 is brought into contact with the retracting surface 414 of the panel body 4. At the same time, the horizontal surface 63 of the edge member 6 is brought into contact with the lower surface of the duct 421 of the panel body 4, and the protrusion 65 of the edge member 6 is brought into contact with the front surface (lower edge portion) of the duct 421 of the panel body 4. . Further, the rear edge portion 521 of the cover member 5 is brought into contact with the cover edge setting surface 412 of the panel body 4 from above.

Subsequently, as shown in FIGS. 4, 7, 8, etc., the insertion end portion 81 of the second fixture 8 is inserted into the insertion port portion 71 of the first fixture 7 through the insertion port 621 and the window 422. To do. The handle 84 is gripped with fingers, and the second fixture 8 is rotated about the axis along the extending direction of the insertion end portion 81 so that the outer peripheral shape of the engaging portion 82 and the inner peripheral shape of the tube hole 711 are obtained. Match. In the illustrated example, the expansion direction of the engaging portion 82 is matched with the width direction. Then, the insertion end 81 is inserted into the cylindrical hole 711 along an oblique direction from the front lower side to the rear upper side. The insertion / extraction direction of the insertion end portion 81 is different from the direction (forward or downward) of the mounting surface of the panel body 4. In this state, the elastic deformation portion 83 faces the rising surface 61 and the horizontal surface 63 of the edge member 6, and is not engaged with the inclined surface 62.

When the insertion end 81 is inserted to a depth at which the engaging portion 82 reaches the vicinity of the terminal end of the cylindrical hole 711, finally the second attachment 8 is rotated around an axis along the extending direction of the insertion end 81. In other words, the insertion end 81 is rotated approximately 90 degrees around the axis along the insertion / extraction direction. Then, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the engaging portion 82 engages with the inclined surface 72 of the first fixture 7, and the extraction of the insertion end portion 81 from the insertion port portion 71 is prevented. At this time, the engaging portion 82 is fitted into the recess 73 formed in the opening edge on the terminal end side of the cylindrical hole 711, and an action like a so-called click stop occurs. Further, by the turning operation of the second fixture 8, the expansion direction of the elastic deformation portion 83 faces the width direction, and the elastic deformation portion 83 contacts the inclined surface 62 of the edge member 6, and this inclined surface is elastically deformed. 62 is held.

As a result, the edge member 6 and the cover member 5 are attached to the panel body 4. The cover member 5 (the hanging portion 522) is sandwiched between the panel body 4 (the front end surface 413) and the end edge member 6 (the standing surface 61). The lower end portion 523 of the cover member 5 is received by the flange 64 of the end edge member 6. The protruding portion 525 of the cover member 5 is positioned directly below the retracting surface 414 of the panel body 4, and the protruding piece portion 524 of the cover member 5 is positioned immediately below the edge piece 643 of the flange 64 of the edge member 6. These protruding portions 525 and protruding piece portions 524 prevent the cover member 5 from being pulled upward.

Needless to say, in order to remove the end edge member 6 and the cover member 5 from the panel main body 4, a procedure opposite to the above may be taken.

According to this embodiment, the first fixture that holds the fastener used to attach the other member (edge member 6) to the attachment surface of the one member (panel body 4). 7 and the second fixture 8 that holds the other member between the first fixture 7 and the insertion / extraction that is provided on the second fixture 8 and intersects the normal direction of the mounting surface. An insertion end 81 projecting in the direction, an insertion port 71 provided in the first fixture 7 and into which the insertion end 81 is inserted / removed along the insertion / removal direction, and the insertion end at the insertion port 71 Since the locking mechanism that prevents the insertion end 81 from being pulled out when the portion 81 is inserted is provided, the second attachment 8 of the fastener is attached to the first attachment 7 (front end 413). , Along the insertion / extraction direction deflected from the normal direction of the retracting surface 414, the lower surface and the front surface of the duct 421) It is possible to disconnect. Therefore, the present invention can be applied without problems even when it is not easy to insert and remove the fastener in the direction of the mounting surface or when the fastener extended in the normal direction interferes with another member. In this embodiment, since the rear end portion of the top plate 1 exists in front of the mounting surface, it is difficult to insert and remove the second mounting tool 8 in the front-rear direction, and the second mounting tool 8 is directed in the front-rear direction. It is also difficult to place in a different posture. In the present embodiment, this problem is avoided by setting the insertion / extraction direction to an oblique direction from the front lower side to the rear upper side.

The insertion end portion 81 is provided with an engaging portion 82 that extends in a direction orthogonal to the insertion / extraction direction, and the insertion portion 71 is engaged with the engaged portion (recess 73). Including the inclined surface 72 or the opening edge on the terminal end side of the cylindrical hole 711), and the locking mechanism is configured with the engaging portion 82 and the engaged portion as elements. The insertion end portion 81 is inserted into the insertion port portion 71 to a predetermined depth, and the engagement portion 82 is not engaged with the engaged portion and is allowed to be inserted / removed (FIGS. 4 and 8). ) And a locking position (FIGS. 2 and 3) at which the engaging portion 82 engages with the engaged portion and is prevented from being inserted or removed, can be rotated around the axis along the insertion / removal direction. Therefore, the second fixture 8 can be locked by a simple operation. In particular, unlike the present embodiment, the counterpart first fixture 7 to which the second fixture 8 should be locked cannot be directly seen, and the insertion port 621 into which the insertion end 81 is to be inserted faces obliquely downward. Even if it is open to the inclined surface 62 that is difficult to visually recognize, the insertion end 81 can be securely engaged by simply inserting the insertion end 81 and turning it around the axis. Being able to stop greatly contributes to the simplification of the assembly process.

The second fixture 8 is provided with an elastic deformation portion 83 that extends in a direction perpendicular to the insertion / extraction direction and is bent so as to approach the first fixture 7, and the elastic deformation portion 83 is Since the other member is held in a state of being elastically deformed by coming into contact with the other member, it is possible to perform an action of crimping the other member to the mounting surface.

The other member is provided with a contact surface that contacts the mounting surface, and a holding surface (inclined surface 62) that is inclined with respect to the contact surface and faces the insertion / extraction direction. Since the second fixture 8 is held, the stability of the attachment is improved.

The one member is provided with a plurality of mounting surfaces facing a plurality of directions, and the insertion / extraction direction is set to an intermediate direction between the plurality of directions (an oblique direction between the front-rear direction and the vertical direction). Therefore, positioning can be performed by bringing other members into contact with a plurality of mounting surfaces simultaneously.

A duct 421 that includes an internal passage that is shielded from the insertion / removal direction in the vicinity of the mounting surface of the one member and extends in a direction orthogonal to the insertion / removal direction; And a door 423 that is larger than the window 422 and that allows the first fixture 7 to be taken in and out of the internal passage. It is arranged in the internal passage of the duct 421 via 423, moves to a predetermined holding position along the extending direction of the duct 421, and exposes the insertion port 71 from the window 422 at the holding position. The first fixture 7 can be held without using screws or bolts.
